I was recently looking for an engagement ring for my now soon to be wife. I decided after reading reviews and all to stop on in to Naser, as well as not buying from a chain was very important to me. From the second I stepped into the store to days later and numerous different times stopping in, Donna was always more than willing to help me out and was a fantastic educator on diamonds. I had not much knowledge of diamonds so before we even began looking at rings Donna took the time to educate me on everything I could possibly need to know which made things so much easier. I HIGHLY recommend Naser, and even more so highly recommend working with Donna. She was awesome!

We purchased my engagement ring through them during the pandemic, March of 2020. Things always look different when you purchase them online...but I was tickled pink with it... absolutely gorgeous!Not long after buying it my finger swelled and I broke out. It didnt make sense, Id worn white gold all my life without issue. We brought it back, he (the owner) brought it up a size. Two weeks later we were back with the same issue.This time it was decided we would have the ring done over in platinum. Some jewelery stores use more nickel in white gold than others. While we were having it done over we also decided to change the setting. The ring was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. He sent me a video of the process so I was kept in the loop.To make a long story short, here we are 10 months later and Im still having issues... Im seeing a dermatologist who cant even figure it out. Yesterday July 23rd we went back and explain what steps we had taken and what we had gone through. He filed the band down a bit and polished it off. I wore it to bed for the first time without issue, my finger finally feels like its healing!I dont know of any jewelery who would go above and beyond as they have... still, almost a year later theyre taking care of a customer!I applaud the hard work and dedication of Naser Diamonds! If youre out looking for that special someone, or any jewelery for that matter... go with Naser, you wont ever regret it!I wish I could show a picture... it tells a better story than any review I could ever write!

Naser has given us the utmost best customer service! My Tacori set was purchased there and recently I lost a diamond and Naser took it right in and fixed it in less than a day! I had a necklace expertly re-built to that it would be sturdy and not fall away from the chain. Turnaround time was quick, only one day to repair it! Price was fair. Last week, I brought in a bracelet that needed adjusting, they fixed it in just a few minutes and didn’t charge me anything. Friendly staff, lots of hand sanitizer and expert workmanship. On recommendation from a friend, I visited Naser Diamonds to shop for an engagement ring. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. When I couldnt find a stone in store that I was happy with, they had 3 stones shipped in to choose from. They were very knowledgeable and helped me to understand what each characteristic meant. Once I found a stone, I asked them to provide me all the details so I could cross shop, which they were happy to do and explained to me the corners other jewelers would try to take. I went to 5 other jewelers and I saw first hand the corners other jewelers would try to cut exactly as they described. I purchased the ring from them, proposed, and when we went back to visit, they were just as excited as we were to talk about the entire experience. I highly recommend them, and would encourage anyone looking for an engagement ring or any diamonds in general to visit them.

I have visited Naser Diamonds in Bedford several times over the last few months to have earrings and a pendant designed by Elie. They are absolutely beautiful, and I was very well advised by the knowledgeable and friendly women, Donna and Marie. Naser Diamonds has been my jewelry store for many years and I would never trust anyone else for design, sales, and repairs.

When I came, I saw these gloating reviews. It was too good to be true. Completely rip off is the only thing I have to say about them. I got my ring sized from a 7 to a 5.25. They took 4 days to do it. When I got another one sized they did it within 40 minutes earlier this year. Thats not even the worst part. They are thieves to say the least. NASER Diamonds took out 4 small diamonds out of my ring. Not only that, they replaced the whole band to a silver metal and not 10k gold. They stole the diamonds and gold. I knew when I saw the ring something was most definitely off. This is a serious allegation and I fully put my honesty into this. I would give them no stars if I could.Dear NASER Diamonds, please do not ask for $70 to size my ring while you replace the whole entire GOLD band with silver painted yellow and take out four diamonds. You did not give back my gold or diamonds nor tell me. This is absurd just because I am young does not mean I am stupid. You have literally stolen 4 diamonds and a gold band from me and had the nerve to charge me $70.Thanks,Your very unhappy customerI do not think anyone should ever bring any jewelry to them. If you have anything worth something, do not, I repeat do not give them it because they will steal from you! All these reviews must be self made because the only thing they make is counterfeit rings, they will take your gold and diamonds and then charge you for it. This is illegal and absolutely not okay.

I previously purchased and item at a different store and had a bad experience. Then I was referred to Naser Diamonds and Elie made our special time absolutely amazing.

I received great service but felt deceived after i left. i went in to get a pair of earings for my long time girlfriend. I thought i had found a great pair, and although she does love them the manager would move on price at all saying yellow gold was worth more, after my salesman just said the opposite. when i got home i found the same earrings on multiple online stores including wal mart!!! it had them for $130 less. I was just a guy trying to get my GF a nice present and i felt duped by the company. I have friends who overpaid for similar products (wedding rings). I just felt taken advantage of and should have done more research, I would not suggest doing business with them in the future. The offerings are overpriced, and to my dismay mass marketed stuff! very disappointed and feel ripped off. it was my fault for not walking away but I would never go back!
