Everyone is right. It is the WORST Walmart ever. I cant believe the chain allows this store to stay open. I cant believe it ran Target out of the area. The only reason we go there is because it is the only store left in the area.Everytime my husband goes there he comes home furious.I just dont go there. Id rather drive 10-15 min away. Its still quicker than waiting in their lines.WALMART DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!

This is THE WORST walmart I have ever been to . Expired food on shelves. Old magazines in the racks. Horrible customer service. Poorly stocked shelves. Messy. Employees look homeless. All have attitudes. No one knows anything. This place needs closed down. The end.

Racists against white people. 3 clerks at customer service my clerk had to get managers approval. I waited for him to get there and help her. Well I was waiting a long time so I called the store and told them I was standing in line could they send the manger over to service department. Well he got there. But I was the one that got him there. With all the workers there you cant find anyone to assist you. When you do find someone that isnt hiding or standing around talking to each other that person really will help you. I cant say I will never go there again because never say never. But its going to have to be the last resort! Dont waste your time....

Called the deli department to order a meat tray, they didnt know what a meat tray was... Not to mention the woman answering the phone was very rude, no phone etiquette. The store is always poorly staffed, disorganized and staff is unhelpful and unknowledgeable.A follow up to this review, went to pick up my deli trays 3 weeks after the initial issue, received the wrong trays, they didnt seem to care. The employees actually laughed at the error! NEVER shopping at Walmart again.

Absolutely the worst customer service and attitude of all the Wal-Marts in the area. This location has a reputation for being dirty and horrible with regard to customer service. I would go somewhere else any day!!

Right now as i type i have now been on hold for 45 minutes with the phone just ringing in my ear just to ask a simple question and then a girl picks up and says oh i forgot to transfer you ill try again now the phone is ringing again.

This is by far the worst walmart i have ever been to! they never have more then just a few lanes open and tons of people standing in each one b/c they move so slow! just 2 days ago i stood in line to cash my check for 45 minutes when there were 2 people at the service desk and only 7 people ahead of me! they need to do some thing quick new management or i dont know it is just a terrible experience every time i go there.

I love Walmart but this one like many others has horrible management... I went across town to this one cuz I hate the one by me. At 1 AM the parking lot was FULL of carts, there were pallets and boxes blocking every aisle, employees standing around talking loudly about personal issues and cursing. Nothing was stocked and the cashier was as rude as could be. She also needs a lesson on how to pack groceries... Walmart, I am disappointed with u...

After shopping at this location many times and based on all the horrible reviews, I am not surprised that they are closing this Walmart. The expression stands true, when you think you have seen it all, go to Bedford Walmart, and youll be surprised. Its always a show there, especially on the first of the month. No where else will you see items taken off the shelf, half eaten, then put back somewhere else. Ive seen bones from chicken wings that were eaten, thrown on the floors and placed on shelves. I bought pringles that were opened and 1/4 of the way eaten. I have heard the n word used many times while shopping there. The shelves are never stocked, and you have to go on a scavenger hunt just trying to find what you want, dont bother asking one of the employees. The customer service is non existent there, its obvious they dont want to be there. Once you have found everything you need, plan on spending another 30-45 minutes standing in line, where they usually have 3 lanes open. The theft there is outrageous, both internal and external, im surprised the store lasted as long as it did! I put up with all the shenanigans going there only because the store is in close proximity to where i live, and I am not one who likes to drive. Its a shame the store is closing but its probably for the best.

Need a whole store revamp. Including firing all existing customers and better security.

This is the worst Walmart in Cleveland. I am in management and would love to take my team there to straighten that place out. The service is nonexistent to say the least! The items are always in the wrong places and when you are finally able to get to the checkout, you find out that the price of the item you wanted to purchase is wrong, (usually higher).Finally, there are almost always only 1 or 2 checkout lines open with over 30-40 people waiting in line. Workers are walking around on their cellphones while we wait to check out.I wouldnt recommend going to this Walmart to anyone and try to avoid it as often as I can. I now only go there when absolutely necessary.

This Wal-Mart actually turned me off from ever going to a Wal-Mart again for a year. It is an awful place to go to shop. Every time I expected to go in for a convenient purchase, I would be faced with uncaring staff, long wait times, and the inability to find anything placed in the right spot. It is a very frustrating buying experience.

Poor service, very dirty store, and it is no surprise that the store is now closed! When you are not able to effectively and efficiently serve your customers, you will not last.

This is BY FAR TH EWORST WALMART THERE IS. The staff is rude, not very helpful, and they hang up on you when you call to ask a question on the pharmacy. THE ENTIRE STAFF NEEDS TO REVIEW THEIR PEOPLE SKILLS.

This store will be shut down soon Im sure of it. Items are always placed in the wrong places and the employees have the nerve to get mad when youre telling them that something rang up wrong. Theres always only 2 or 3 aisles open and its always packed to the max

This was a decent store,and very convenient to those on the bus (especially#40). Now its either South Euclid or Mayfield Heights Walmart. S-east (Cleveland, Maple Heights, Bedford, Bedford Heights, Garfield Hts) side is really declining. Sad that Giant Eagle will have a monopoly in Bedford and Maple Heights,since they will have no competition. Enjoy paying more for food.

This store is ALWAYS a mess and nothing is organized. No idea what the price of anything is since everything is just thrown on the shelves. No sense of urgency to help the customers and everyone that works there is rude.

Entering this Wal-Mart is the most regrettable experience you will ever have. Where theyre are normally shelves with stocked product, its simply a mound of unorginized items. Where there should be productive lines checking people out efficiently, there is one or two lanes available, manned only by a half interested employee and 20 customers each buying their month worths of groceries with some money but mostly coupons and vouchers. This location has destroyed the local economy, and is slowly killing everyone that roams its 24 hour never ending escapade. It should be demolished at once. Set the fish in the aquatic section free, release the plants into the wild and allow the children to rummage through the mess that is the toy isle and take as they please.It is unfortunate the workers that live behind the chairs in the furniture section will have to find a new place to rest their head, but the end of this poison must be done for the greater good.

Compared to the Steelyard and South Euclid location this one is ok...but not by much. Our cashier kept talking to another cashier how he has 3 kids with 3 different women. Avoid this Walmart!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the supercenter version of the walmart in cleveland heights! Same employees, same everything!

Nasty service, two to three lines open ALL THE TIME, and everything in store looks so messy and misplaced. I feel it adds bad reputation to the already horrible reputation that Walmart already has.

The store looks like a war zone. Staff is inconvenienced by customer questions. I must admit it is hilarious to go in there. - like an SNL sketch where no one knows or cares about what they are doing.

Fail to re-stock often .. Needs to open more lanes , especially on the First of the month. Can hardly find what I am looking for to buy and have to go to other stores.

Never seems to be stocked with what I want and is kinda empty all the time.

People should be warned that the tire guy is so freaking slow!!!! Its been over three hours and Ive been the only one here since the tire center opened this morning.

Never will I go back to this store. I had to go to the Macedonia Wallmart because every person I asked refused to help me. The shelves looked like hurricane Katrina was about to hit with how disorganized it was, it was disgusting. You cant sell products if you dont stock!

Never enough registers open. Employees fly past you in fear that you will ask them a question!

I asked if they carried a certain product on the phone, and they put me on hold twice, hung up three times, and finally listened to me, and yelled at me for saying they had bad customer service when I confronted their behavior.
