My first visit to Salon Reyna was absolutely wonderful!!! I loved every bit of my experience. First, the appointment/booking process was super easy! I received a call (and a text) back within the hour. The salon was able to accommodate my sister and I for a color and cut. When we arrived, the exceptional service continued. We were greeted by its welcoming staff and talented employees! Great vibe and with friendly, helpful staff. Our stylists both knew what they were doing - they asked us what we were envisioning and brought our visions to life!!! They were all great at their jobs and we loved how our hair came out! Definitely recommend coming here!!! The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant. In sum, great haircuts, amazing color job, fantastic services, and lovely atmosphere, nothing but a good afternoon. ‍‍ We will be back!!

Salon Reyna was able to fit me in same day due to a cancellation; it was my first time there and I saw Marty for color correction, highlights, and hair cut. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk me through what would be best for my hair color/condition/type. He was very thorough and did an amazing job. This was my first professional color after years of box color and he managed to even everything out and get the pop of color I wanted. All the other staff were very nice as well and all commented on how great he did. I have been going to Salon Reyna for just over a year. Ive never felt more trusting of a stylist than I do of Marty, and Im sure that stands for all of the stylists in the salon. I ran 20 mins late to my appointment but Salon Reyna was so kind and patient and they offered me to do my hair cut as soon as when i reached there. Marty did an excellent job and was very friendly. Have been here twice and would definitely continue this place. Highly recommend.

I brought my mom here to clean up the many previous box color shed been using and to color hair for gray coverage. She was able to spend her bday with me last minute and I wanted to have her feel her best by getting her hair fixed. Marty and the salon owner, and the young lady at the counter accomadated us and Marty did a fantastic job. My mom felt rejuvenated with her new hair and she was ablw to enjoy photos with her grandkids. Marty is a true professional and was very precise with his work. Fully recommend Marty and the salon!

A little late posting this but just wanted to share my experience going to the salon after reopening. As soon as I walked through the door I felt extremely safe and comfortable. I was greeted and asked to sit in a chair right at the door. Was given a squirt of hand sanitizer and my temperature was taken. Then I was brought to my hairdresser Marty’s chair. There was only one other client there at the time and they were on the other side of the salon. Everyone was wearing masks and or big face shields. I have another appointment next week and I’m sure I will feel just as safe!! Thank you everyone at Salon Reyna for making your clients feel safe and beautiful!!!

Finding the right hair stylist and salon can be a daunting task, particularly if you are time starved, and have extremely high standards. Ive been a client of Salon Reyna since they first opened for business three salon locations ago, and I feel like I hit the jackpot when I found them! My stylist Marty Beecy is a master level stylist, and his coloring talent is the best I have ever encountered. Getting my hair coloring right is critical, as Im on TV, and under harsh lighting conditions, yet my hair looks absolutely amazing and natural due to Martys incredible coloring and styling skills. I also love going to Salon Reyna, as the owner Lori Reyna and the rest of her talented and caring staff make you feel incredibly welcome. The icing on cake, is that I always leave their salon feeling like Im on top of the world with delight from the results of Martys magical stylist ability. I promise you that you will want to have Marty as your stylist too!

I preface this with I hate to do negative reviews. I went to Salon Reyna to get my brows done. This was my first visit. When I was shown the mirror, I literally had a bald spot in the middle of my right brow. I went in with two brows with beautiful shape and just needed a cleanup and walk out with a bald spot. What upset me the most was the tech just denied it and said it was how she combed it. Are you serious? Lack of total accountability. Granted I was offered the service for free but that is not the point. I am frankly so upset and have to try to mask a spot with powder. How does this even happen? Was she trained? #upset #disappointed

My daughter got her hair colored for the first time. They were great with her. They made her feel special and took their time and made sure her hair came out right. Since it was the first time color it had to sit longer to take. They waited and let her know why. So it would look better. She will definitely go back again..

In 40 years Pino has never steered me wrong or given me an unmanageable cut. Compliments abound on my hair and everyone asks where I “go”. In addition to his expertise Pino has become a dear friend. He has a quiet, kind, and easy demeanor that immediately brings you comfort and makes you feel important. I’ve seen him interact with a customer for the first time and I’ve experienced 40 years of his service. He treats everyone with such equal respect. He cares about you as an individual. You will never be “just a customer” to Pino and you will NEVER be disappointed with his work.

Alex was SO AMAZING with my virgin black hair!! I was so afraid my hair would turn red or orange but he gave me a perfect golden/caramel balayage! Very pleased with Salon Reyna and his service.

Alex is wonderful. After several months of not coloring my hair (COVID) he examined the natural color and tweeked the tone of my formula. This will extend the time between coloring. I could not be happier.

The salon was extremely clean and sanitized, which it is always. The stylists and clients wore face masks and were not sitting closely together. Lori and the stylists followed all the COVID19 protocols and my hair looked fantastic! I felt safe and comfortable at the salon just as I do on any other day I have been there and I looked great when I left! I have my next appointment booked already. Lori and her team observed all recommended safety protocols for number of guests, distancing, protective equipment and sanitization procedures. I wore my own mask as well. I went for an appointment I booked online. Loved that feature, made it easy and fast and I could see all the times available. I just moved to the area so I was looking for a place that I could make my regular salon. I went in and had my eyebrows done by Le. My eyebrows look better than they ever have! She dad a fantastic job. She was gentle and even filled them in for me afterwards. I then had a haircut with Lori. I was looking to go from long hair to a long bob at my collarbones. She nailed it! She took her time and explained all of the products she was using in my hair. I even bought the ones she used because my hair felt so good! I recommend this salon to anyone in the area. Shes affordable, knowledgeable, and super nice! I didnt feel pressured in the least to add on to my session or buy any extras. Cant wait for my next appointment!

Laurie was so kinda and detailed when asking questions about what type of hair I had in order to best match me to a hair dresser.Melanie was extremely kind and meticulous when it came to the haircut. She took her time with the consultation and the entire process. When I first arrived at Salon Reyna my hair was damaged and felt like straw, and the color was wrong and did not compliment my skin tone. Within a short amount of time after Marty began working on my hair I saw dramatic improvements. My hair is now healthy looking and actually feels like silk. Lori recommended a hair care line that works wonders as well. I wish I took before and after pictures....the improvement is remarkable! Recently Lori did my makeup. I was amazed by this as well. I was accustomed to spending a great deal of money on my department store makeup. I am compelled to say, that the makeup Salon Reyna sells outstanding. The skin care line is even better, if that is possible. Whats more....it is less expensive than the products I used to use. The makeup is so natural looking, it evened out my skin tone and I dont look made up. I have horribly dry skin and in one night it was fixed!!!! I never had products work so well.

I dont normally write reviews, but I just received another compliment on my hair and had to comment. Prior to finding Salon Reyna, owner Lori and stylist Marty, no one ever commented on my hair. Now its continual. Why didnt I find you sooner? I have fine, straight hair that other stylists told me wouldnt do anything. One told me its hopeless and to grow it long and pull it back in a ponytail. A few, after viewing pictures Id brought, told me they could give me that look. I NEVER had the look. Then I found Salon Reyna. Marty studied my hair, my coloring, face shape and talked to me about what I was trying to achieve. He suggested a darker color than Id ever considered. Its fabulous! My haircuts are always great and even with an occasional tweak to the style that Marty does, I can style it easily at home, which never happened before. I walk out each time looking and feeling great. Id highly recommend Salon Reyna and Marty!

I wanted a change, so I decided to go to Salon Reyna after a coworker recommended it to me. Lori was very welcoming and Marty gave me a great cut after seeing a couple photos and adapting the style to fit me. He is a perfectionist who pays a lot of attention to detail. From the moment you walk into the lovely salon, Lorie and her staff make you feel right at home.I see Marty for my hair. So far I had it cut, colored, highlighted, and recently had the keratin treatment. Im thrilled will all the results! Marty is brilliant and creative, but doesnt have an ego. Marty and his colleagues really listen to their clients. If you love your long hair, you should still see Marty. My hair is still long after my cut. He promised he would take a half inch off, and thats precisely what he did.Salon Reynas fees are very reasonable, especially given the talent and experience of the stylists.Another added benefit is the free parking right in front of the building. Lori is gracious and pays close attention to the details with each customer. She really makes customers feel special! All the stylists are fabulous but I am partial to Marty, who I began with when I first found this salon a year ago. Marty is an artist. He takes the time to get to know you and what you like plus takes into account your bone structure and skin tone when he is cutting and coloring. This weekend I had a hair appointment with Jordan who works at this amazing salon. I was nervous to go, per usual, but Jordan really calmed my nerves. I was happily greeted and we spent time talking about what to do with my hair. I told her that I really wanted to keep the length even though I know I had a lot of dead ends. She really kept the integrity of my hair and really kept what I said with her. The experience was finonimal and the outcome was even better. I am usually really picky with my hair and I was so so so so happy! She also did my eyebrows which came out amazing and really painless. I can definitely say I have found my hair dresser for life!

Marty really should have been named Merlin, because he works absolute magic with the cut and color of your hair. He also considers the shape of your face and the texture of your hair before cutting -- and he really listens to what you have to say. My hair has never looked better. The salon itself is also a delight, beautifully decorated, with a relaxed atmosphere, and friendly staff who make you feel like family. By far the best salon in Chelmsford! My hair has never looked better. The owners are super nice and the atmosphere cant be beat. I recommend Salon Reyna to anyone who is looking place to get their hair cut.

I have been going to Salon Reyna in Bedford, MA for almost a year now and I’m very pleased with Marty Beecy as my new hairstylist. Marty is one of the best hairstylists that I’ve ever had. Lori, the owner of the salon, has created a pleasant and relaxed ambience.

I love the staff and selection of services available at Salon Reyna. I have been a loyal client for years, and it is their skill and attention to detail that keeps me coming back. As a female, the appearance of my hair is very important and I wouldnt trust anyone but the staff here to keep me looking my best. Staff is always going to shows and conferences to keep up to date with the latest trends and traditionally trusted techniques. I know I am in great hands when I come to Salon Reyna. The salon is beautifully designed, with ample parking. Truly a relaxing experience- its like going to Newbury Street but without the inner city hassle. Marty and Lori are exceptionally talented and I recommend all my friends and coworkers to check into the salon. The addition of a talented esthetician providing waxing and spa treatments is also a plus. This is a great place for cuts, colors, extensions, corrective care, facials, waxing, wedding services, etc. Treat yourself and spend a day at Salon Reyna.

Dawn has been cutting my hair for the past 8 years or so and I have never been anything less that absolutely satisfied. I no longer live in the are, but I make sure to plan trips home to Bedford so that I can have Dawn cut my hair. Shes just quite simply, the best.

If you are looking for an outstanding haircut and color that pops you need to visit Marty at Salon Reyna. Beware you may have to listen to a new song that he is working on while he is doing your hair! Salon Reyna is a comfortable intimate salon that is a joy to visit.

This shop is always clean; staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the décor is pleasant and relaxing. I am so happy Salon Reyna opened in the heart of Chelmsford Center. Having Marty take care of my cut and color makes my life so much easier! When it comes to styling hair, Marty is an artist. Marty has been styling hair for a while and is up to date on trends, products and styles. He has great vision, and can take a look at a face and come up with the perfect style and color. I trust his judgment and have never been disappointed. I love that Lori, the shop’s owner, will email me a reminder for each appointment. She also emails out a copy of the bill breaking down charges. Excellent service for a reasonable price.

Called Friday night for a Saturday morning appointment and the owner, Lori, was incredibly accommodating. Not only did she color my hair to perfection (correcting mistakes from several drug store hair color shades), she gave me a complimentary make-up tutorial afterward. I walked out feeling beautiful!

Really accommodating, great service, Marty was wonderful and really did a phenomenal job - I have very thin, fine hair and it can be hard to get a good cut that gives it volume, but Marty got it spot on - not surprising since hes been doing it for 40 years.

Five stars, and two thumbs up! My master designer was Jordan, and I have never had someone take such care with my hair. I have been to many salons (all very good quality) but she was truly the best! I am a blonde, and my hair was so dry and needing some love, and Jordan not only mastered the shade of blonde I desire, but transformed the texture and integrity of my hair! My hair felt amazing after her treatment, and I bought the products she recommended immediately. This salon was fantastic in their service and the designers are top notch. I recommend it completely, coloring hair is truly an art...and from where I stand (or in this case, sit) Jordan is an exquisite artist! Thank you Jordan!
