So glad I discovered this place as my family usually tries Burlington Mall but we almost always get turned away and can’t get an appointment. However, I had a very smooth, fast and easy experience at Verizon in Bedford. Carlos was super helpful and informative, and even stayed past closing to finish setting up my phone. I will definitely be back and recommend this location. Thank you Carlos and Verizon Bedford!

Negative or zero stars is more appropriate. BEWARE and Watch out for this particular store in Bedford, MA. The sales person, Carlos, SCAMmed me out of money by blatantly lying and saying that I needed to make a deposit for my new Iphone and that I needed a new SIM card for my new phone?! He overcharged $100 extra for my phone and $40 for a SIM card that I did not need or ask for. Not to mention, changed our phone plan without communicating to me what he was doing and without my consent, just to make the sale. Ask for a paper invoice (he will quickly swipe over the invoice over an iPad) and check carefully anything you are signing. When I returned the next day to ask questions, he acted aggressive and started shouting in Spanish & English, threatening to call the police, then vanished in the back room screaming ‘final sale final sale’. Talk about unprofessional behavior. In retrospect, I should have called the police and filed a report, because he is robbing people in plain sight by lying about the price/sale policy/items sold. Store manager: please take note and use caution before you hire this type of unscrupulous person to represent the store.

I recently just switched over to Verizon and have been having diffuculty transfering data at first CARLOS absolutely went that extra mile in providing me w cust service making me feel like i matter!! and not just a customer and BRANDON just now was EXCEPTIONALLY polite, patient, and BEYOND helpful giving me the extra time and not rushing me off the phone this location is BOMB DOT COM and these guys are the dynamic duo for sure!!!

It is unfortunate that I will have to be writing this review, but I believe all things that happens should be dealt with transparency. I recently visited this Verizon store in Bedford where I was met with complete unprofessional. I was under the assumption that the employees, specifically Andrew, would provide a great experience when purchasing a new phone. Instead, l Andrew gave me a jet pack, and he failed to explain to me the price and the monthly. He, in an baffling manner just put it on my account without any authorization. I personally will partake in any bussiness here again.

On the poster it says it closes at 6:30pm on Sundays and then I get there around 6:13 because It says its still open. At then inside it says it closes at 6pm not 630.

I came in at 530pm and he was extremely accommodating with getting me my phone before the store closed at 6pm for the evening. I am incredibly grateful that he was so nice and was able to get me my S9 that night! Would highly recommend this store!

WOW...bate and switch, flat out lies, misinformation on products and a $75.00 restocking fee for a next day return and nothing had even been opened. I could be more specific...but the only message that would matter is shop around and avoid this store. Almost forgot...they tried to use my credit card for someone elses purchase, which was well over $2000.00. Fortunately my card company caught it.

Jardel was Extremely courteous knowledgeable professional and helpful. He made our transition from AT&T to Verizon simple and seamless. He even arranged to have a phone transported to that store on short notice to accommodate my wife and stay open late in order for me to get there to complete the process. I would highly recommend anyone make the trip to the store to get the services that they need.

I came in the store to see if I could transfer my texts from my existing Motorola Droid to a newly purchased Google Pixel 2XL . The salesgirl in the store did not look like a computer geek and I did not think she could do what Best Buy and my company wireless expert claimed may be difficult or impossible. Boy, was I surprised when she accomplished the transfer. It took about a half hour and she did it while at the same time attending other customers. I highly recommend this store and the competence of its employees especially this salesgirl!!

Alex was very knowledgeable and experienced. He was friendly and helped me easily upgrade my phone. He was not pushy at all. While there he helped another somewhat unhappy customer recover all his lost text messages. The three of us were there for quite a while waiting for our phones to upload and had a nice chat. I would definitely recommend seeing Alec for any issues.

Dan helped me get everything I needed. He was well informed and could answer all the technical questions I had. The customer he helped before me was not very tech savvy but he was really patient with her and was able to simplify his answers so she didnt get confused. The male staff here is awful. I was told when I bought a charger (blond hair bearded guy) it was guaranteed and all I had to do was come in an exchange it for a new one if it broke. Well, the 1st one I bought for $29.99 stop charging after 3 weeks. I go in and the an the lady working exchanged it no questioned asked an apologized. Exactly 3 weeks later the charger broke again this time the little metal peice came off for no reason at all. I did not abuse it and it was no over used it had only been 3 weeks. I even had the box that said it had a 1 year warranty. Instead the same guy working (blond hair with a beard) implied that I could of done it and that is not a exceptible reason and I would have to pay another $29.99 for a new charger. Needless to say I stormed out of there pissed off. I am sticking with SPRINT wireless, Verizon is overpriced and clearly does not back up the products they sell.

I had been to the Billerica location to try to do this a few weeks earlier but the staff there were very unorganized and not very helpful so I came to the Bedford location as it had better ratings - it was well worth the extra 10 minute drive.

Clerk at store rude and lazy. Did not know how to transfer a phone number from old phone to new phone. Store lost the sale of a new iPhone X. Went to Burlington mall company store instead. Very good experience there.
