We worked with them prior to closing to get all of our carpet and hardwood ordered and we scheduled the installs 2-3 weeks after closing giving us time to paint! Thank You Crown Flooring. I have to say that Mike and Stacy along with the rest of the team at Crown are wonderful. We came in with big plans to have about 90% of our floors done. We had LVP, Tile, rug and hardwood done throughout the house. Stacy was so patient with my wife and I during this very long process. She answered all of our numerous questions with grace and withstood our evolving product changes. Mike was always available for us. If there were any issues, he solved them quickly. Kyle and Ken were terrific too. Crown also has very competent installers. We had Andy in our house for over 10 days and he is quite the craftsman. His attention to detail is amazing and his knowledge is second to none. His work ethic speaks for itself and hes a great person also. Johnny installed the rugs in three bedrooms and on our stairs from the basement up to the top floor. I couldnt believe that one guy could carry in all that rug. He also did great work and is his attention to detail was super as well. You will be fortunate to have Andy and Johnny installing your new flooring or rugs. I cant say enough about those two men. The pricing was competitive and we feel we made the right choice because of there awesome customer service and installers. Do not overlook Crown Flooring you will not be disappointed. My wife and I are remodeling our house. The tile we chose was a great match to our upgraded master bathroom. We were extremely happy with the outcome of the bathroom that we picked out a coretec floor for our basement. And once again the outcome was beyond our expectations. Crown flooring did the entire basement install in one day. There was a lot of floor to cover. We now have plans in the works with the to install hardwood floors on the stairs and first floor. We are looking forward to seeing what they have for options.******** Here is an update********. My wife and I picked out a nice clean maple option. While placing the order mike showed us the same wood but in a upgraded quality. All I can say is WOW!! We chose a 4in plank and let me tell you what an amazing transformation it made! I will always highly recommend Mike and his team. Incredible work through and through.

Carpet vs early 1800’s wide Pune flooring. I went with carpet in the living room, my bedroom and two walk-in closets. I’m extremely happy with the carpet, it makes both rooms feel so comfortable and warm. Cazu was very polite, explained everything he was going to do. He was very friendly as well as his coworker (unfortunately I forget his name), they took extra care to not track mud into the house by making a runner from their van to my front door. They worked great as a team doing their own thing but were there to help each other when they needed it. This was all done within a three day period. I was in a hurry to get it done and Mike squeezed me in. Met my deadline which was amazing. The only sign of them in the end was two rooms carpeted. No mess left behind 😊 The carpet looks great. I’m impressed with the quality of the carpet as I am with the quality of the Installation. The guys did a great job Mike. A great reflection to your company. When the boys room and guest room are ready I’ll be calling til then I’ll recommend you guys to anyone I know looking for carpet. Thanks again for an awesome job.

Everything about our experience with Crown Flooring was extremely professional.Ken,in store was very knowledgeable.Mike measured the room perfectly and Jonny did an outstanding job of installing our new carpet.This was all done in a timely fashion and at a great price.We are happy customers and have recommended them to our nephew.We will have no problem using their services again should the need arise.

Mike and his crew did an outstanding job replacing my living room and kids playroom floors with Rigid Core-tech flooring. The attention to detail during the install is second to none. From the first time we stepped inside the store, upon recommendation by our friends about the service, we experienced the most excellent of well mannered sales activity. We were shown where different types of carpets were and left us to search through the samples. We went home with several samples and made our choice.We returned the samples and placed our order after Mike came to the house to measure. At no time did we feel sales pressure and we did the deal.A couple of days ago, Jimmy and Parrish arrived at 8:00 am to do the installation of the new carpet through the whole house and were finished before 5:00 pm. These two men were most professional, polite and plainly very well qualified to do the job.We would use Crown Flooring and these same installers again any time we have a need and recommend them to any friends or strangers whenever possible.A very good experience from beginning to end.

If there was 0 star I would have chose it. I scheduled an appointment with them. Took a day off from and they never showed up. They didn’t even call me to tell me they weren’t coming I had to call them. They then said they would call me back to reschedule...still waiting. That was two weeks ago. Unbelievably unreliable. Beware they don’t care about your time. I will be happy to give someone else my project.

This is a top notch business. Crowne took a stinky old wool rug I found in a thrift shop for $10.00, throughly cleaned, and re-banded the back for an extremely reasonable price to return to me a rug that would easily cost $1,000. Great customer service and one stop shopping for floor refinishing, shopping for beautiful flooring of all kinds, at home rug cleaning and even custom made showers that can be made from the beautiful tiles they offer.Only regret: that I didnt find this place sooner. Couldnt be happier.
