While smaller than the HPB that I usually go to, I really like this one. Its nice its quiet its well organized and clean. The people working there were also very nice, while they were doing their job and I was in their way they apologized to me. They had the books I was looking for, and then some LOL I will definitely be back.

Never disappointed, always find what Im looking for. I go to find comic books. Never leave empty handed.

This place is HUGE! Much larger than most hpbs I have been to in the past. Ton of selection and a super friendly staff. Now I gotta take my wife and kids back.

Nice store but dont plan on getting much if youre selling anything. I took five vintage albums in there that were in excellent condition & they gave me about 0.65 cents a piece for them. What a joke!

For a smaller Half Price Books this one has the most organization and options than most HPB!

Due to an unexpected life situation I visited Half Price to liquidate some books and the staff at this location were all super customer friendly! Great experience!

We love Half Price Books. We have been going there since one of their original locations on Oak Lawn in Dallas many many years ago. This location is great, clean and has some nice folks working there.

Half Price Books is always one of my favorite stores to visit. Each location is amazing. The employees are helpful and friendly, the selection is great, and the prices can’t be beat! This store has COVID safety and social distancing signs clearly displayed, which is superb!

If you collect Funko Pops!, proceed with caution. The Pops! are overpriced by alot. There are also so.e fakes showing up at many store, because they do not know how to spot fakes.

Many of the books I saw were priced higher than you can get it new. when I pointed it out to an employee, I was quickly informed they knew what they were doing...

I have ALWAYS loved this franchise! I have never been to a store and been disappointed in anything! The book selection, the atmosphere, and of course the customer service! Everyone is always super kind and helpful and its just so homey and wonderful!

This is my go to place to discover rare gems in the form of hard to find DVDs, classic video games, and textbooks at incredible prices. I also frequent HPB to drop off items I dont need anymore for in-store credit. Its a lovely cycle.

I could stay lost among all the different books available here... At pretty decent prices! They even have a section of new some releases. I havent ever sold books to them so I cant review that part.

I miss these in Maryland so every time we make it to Texas we stop in for plane reading materials. Cute journals too

Definitely would earn a 5 star reward if not for the fact that prices seem to be slowly rising and are now at the point where Amazon is cheaper. However, it’s a great place to buy used textbooks and the primary reason I continue to visit - they’ll be slightly outdated but extremely cheap for what you’re getting.

Love the atmosphere of this store. It’s a little confusing to navigate but staff is friendly and it’s hard to not like this place if you’re a book lover!

Wasnt a very warm welcome because I didnt realize you couldnt sell on Thursdays, but I was reluctantly helped. Another guy had come in before me, and the guy who took our books wasnt very friendly & acted VERY annoyed that we were there. Offered a laughable price for my books, but I was 100% ready to get out, so I said whatever and left. Sorry to inconvenience yall today. 🤷‍♀️ Only positive was it was quick, so I was able to run out from embarrassment much quicker. *Be kind to your customers* - will not be returning.

They didnt have any of the 3 things I went hoping to get, but somehow I still left with 3 things and excited about my finds. Easy to navigate, clean and well lit, this is one of the best bookstores around. And thats only half the store, because the music and DVD selection is where I always seem to lose my money. Friendly employees and great selection, this is a 5 star store.

I came in looking for a beautiful journal for my daughter and I was not disappointed. So many choices with very artistic covers! This is the first place I check for books. Half price for gently used books is a bargain!

I love the deals and the selection of books they have they always try to get every book of a series and even do deals was when it comes to series. It could definitely update its CD racks tho. Id like to see more of a mix of genres

Half Price Books is fantastic! Just today I brought in several books for resale. While waiting for my offer, I found my favorite calendar for 2021 ... When my offer came through, it was the exact amount I needed for the calendar!

Half Price Books is a treasure, offering just what it says in the name (books at half of the publishers price). They do an excellent job of keeping things organized and clean, and the staff are always both friendly and knowledgeable. In addition to books they offer a variety of other media, from CDs and vinyl to old video games, but youll probably have to use your best judgement about the price of anything that isnt a book. They also buy books and other media, but dont expect to make a fortune if you go there to sell.

Its fine, but there are better book stores

This place is so nice! They have more than just books! They have toys, records, and have so many books, but not very many movies.

This location has great selection and service. We love coming here for something specific or just to browse for something new. Atmosphere is great, store is clean/today and well staffed.Games, books, movies, puzzles? They probably have what your looking for, but if not they will check inventories of other local stores and have it shipped to the store free of charge.

Very rude girl behind the counter. I came in to sell some very rare books and records. Her & 2 others were standing behind the counter chatting. When I started talking, she cut me off and asked very sternly if I had an appointment. I replied no. She said very rudely that I had to have an appointment. I will happily take my business elsewhere. Chatting is obviously more important than making money for them. I may also add that I called and asked about selling my items before & no one mentioned having to make an appointment. She seemed more concerned with getting me to go away.

Good selection of books and always helpful

The staff here is always great, but today I experienced something over and above... A staff member discovered cash in a book they had purchased over 6 weeks ago. They had multiple team members trying to locate the seller to return the money. This is something that I haven’t experienced from a store that purchased an item the previous day, much less weeks ago. Incredible customer focus and integrity.

Good customer service but the company is ripping off customers when items are taken in to sell. I took in 7 hardback novels that all came out in the last year or less which retail for nearly 30.00 each. They offered me 11.00!!! That is a joke!! I looked at similar books in the store and they are selling them for 15.00 and up!! I vowed years ago not to go back there to sell anything after a similar experience but decided to give them another shot. That was definitely the LAST time!! They are making a fortune by doing this to people.

Just a heads up for those who fall into the exemption category that they refuse to serve unmasked customers.Incovenient but thems the brakes. I wont make a fuss, Ill just take my money to Bookdepository.com or Barnes & Noble which although pricier, respects people with disabilities and will serve you without question.
