Not one person got up from their desk to see if we needed any help, my wife and I were in there for twenty minutes. We were interested in a faucet and would have bought if someone actually got up to assist us. Terrible customer service and these companies wonder why people just buy online.

Standoffish staff with an air of self-importance. I had expected that someone would offer assistance pretty early on in my browsing, as typically happens at other stores like this. I can’t speak to the quality of their products, because I didn’t end up buying my bathtub from them. The showroom is clean and somewhat inspired, though.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Unless of course you want to deal with the headache of being sold a plumbing fixture that is illegal in the state of MA and then be completely ignored when trying to rectify the situation. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. I would give 0 stars if I could. OH and might I add I am not just a homeowner but the wife of a general contracting company who gives them quite a bit of business every year. Despicable. Go to Ferguson or Kohler down the street.

Great experience/very helpful. Went to see installed versions of sinks and cabinet hardware. Stephanie was great and really helped us make some decisions. No pressure/only help and guidance. Very pleased with the support.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They do not carry the poorly constructed models the big box stores stick, everything there is built to last. More expensive than the boiler box stores and work it!

I went in this store to look at bathtubs. After we looked over the while store I did find one I liked. Got someone to help, Barb talked me through the size options and I went home to measure the space. I emailed twice to ask for a quote on the tub, no response. You would think I quote on a single tub would be simple. Very strange experience.

We met with a friendly, informative and most helpful staff member (Paula) and made our purchases. We were pleased with the experience and if the delivery process is as good, Frank Webb will earn my fifth star.

IRS personnel performed “official duties” on the company in April of 2012. Since that event, the company has gone through significant physical growth through new branch openings and the acquisition of other supply houses. Furthermore, FW Webb has both stretched and filled its product portfolio to include more than just plumbing & heating, HVAC/R, and PVF supplies. I do not have confidence in the current President. There does not seem to be an explicitly stated target state for FW Webb.

Shawn is without doubt the most incompetent sales person I have ever met. Promised a two week in stock tub now its been five weeks. Told me on Monday it would be in today now he is saying next week. Horrible experience. Will never go back or recvonend. Im building a home and this stupid thing is holding up the contractor for three weeks now. Horrible horrible horrible

My recent experience was with Jessica Ben, one of your representatives at the Bedford store. For a long time, I had looked unsuccessfully to find old stems for the faucets of my bathtub. I was told that they were no longer made and if they could be found anywhere, they would cost an exorbitant amount. As a result, I would need to take down a side of my bathroom wall to install the latest mixed/diverter water faucet. I was not pleased.When I contacted your store, Jessica answered me with an encouraging tone of voice asking me to take pictures of the old stems and that she would do all the necessary research to obtain the stems that I needed. She had contacts at several of the company stores and was able in a short time to locate exactly what I wanted, thus saving me lots of extra trouble and expense.She was very dependable, followed through with my request in a timely manner with telephone calls or e-mails, informed me of the steps she was taking, and located a store in my area where I could buy them at a very reasonable price.What struck me the most, besides her professionalism, efficiency and positive attitude, was the fact that she wanted me to be satisfied. She genuinely wanted to help me out. Her last words after each conversation always were: Dont worry, we will take care of you! and I truly felt that she meant it. This sort of high personal quality service is rare nowadays. When you are lucky enough to get it, however, you appreciate it and dont forget it.I thank F.W. Webb for having someone like Jessica to serve me.

My first and last time going to FW Webb!I walked into the service counter.No hello, or welcome, I got a what now, attitude from the second guy, the first guy pretended I was not even there.Melrose Ma location.I needed a stainless steel laundry sink.The guy helping me said we dont have those and we cant get them.I asked, what brand of sink do you carry?He said EKLD but it was Elkay.He was trying to throw me off track.I Googled EKLD and luckily Elkay result appeared.That guy was your typical guy that gets paid an hourly salary and doesnt care about sales.He only thinks about resting.What is management doing with these lazy minded non helpful people.The Elkay website has MULTIPLE stainless steel laundry sinks in which to choose!Two enthusiastic thumbs down for FW Webb!

Not one sales person got up from their desk to see if we had any questions..found that really odd and made me not want to spend a cent in that store..we walked around the entire shiwroom looking at fixtures and tubs..Not one person working there could be bothered to actually do their job

I would never ever EVER recommend FW Webb to anyone. We have had horrendously bad service, wrong parts recommended that could not fit the pre-drilled vanity top, wrong parts sent, Hans Grohe sinks (yes, TWO) that could not hold water long enough to shave, the HG rep telling us that a certain amount of leakage is acceptable in the industry), an HG shower mechanism that broke within one month, double plumbing bills incurred to fix the problems, and absolutely the worst communication with the sales personnel including the store manager. A complete study in frustration. You can not leave a voice mail after hours, but even on the rare successful effort, no call back.Wish we had gone back to Daddario - they did our kitchen and it was perfect.
