I have had two disappointing experiences with other Toyota dealerships. So far, this service department is not out to scam you or make you buy anything you dont need. They are owned by Penske which sets them apart from other service centers for Toyota.Greg was great, I LOVED THE VIDEO SHOWING ME MY BRAKES and comparison of the front and rear. I was surprised you do get charged for a brake inspection when I was well aware I needed rear brakes. The Video is unlike any other dealership I have taken my 4Runner to. Ill pay for that.Tony, besides being good looking, was super professional and jumped at an opportunity to ensure me that my tires were in fact rotated. (be smart, mark your tires) My car was not washed, and before I said anything, he offered. His awareness and professionalism is what every service department should have. THANK YOU, you have restored my faith in Toyota Service.Every person working in the service department I have spoken to, is extremely friendly and polite.

I received a recall notice and was told when I made the appointment it would take an hour. When I got to Toyota they said there was another recall and it would take between 1-2 hours. I asked if they were too busy to do an oil change and tire rotation and the said no and it wouldn’t take that much longer. I sat there for three hours and I probably would still be there if I hadn’t said something. There was no sense of urgency and there was only one employee actually waiting on customers. Avoid this service center.

Detail my car I only have 8000 miles on it it is dirty as it was when I 1st brought it in.wheel well was still dirty..seat cover was remove to clean seats..or string wheel covers all very unhappy with this service.

About a month ago I stopped in to get new tires and an alignment, there was a miscommunication with the call center and when I arrived for my appointment they didnt have the tires I ordered and I was informed that They were closing in an hour but that they could take me. They gave me alternative tires that they claimed were of equal quality and took my car back for the alignment and new tires. All in all I was there for about 20minutes. The rep that I worked ensured me that they did an alignment (process which normally takes close to an hour) and when I left my car which normally would drive straight was pulling hard to the left. Im no mechanic but based on the time I spent there, I dont believe they did the alignment- from this experience I would have given 1 star.I called back a week later and after explaining my situation to a few people was told I could come in to have it checked and realigned for free. They told me my car needed alignment which to me proved that they didnt the first time.I wish I remembered the two reps names so I could give credit to where its due because the second rep was awesome and that experience helped make up for the first. But still I cannot give over 3 stars since the first rep was dishonest about the alignment.

There is NOTHING good to say about this service company!!! The only reason they are getting 1 star is so I could write in detail about how incompetent they are! I had knowledgeable service that needed to be done to my car and they agreed with me that I didnt need anything fixed. Had to take my car to a REAL dealership and get it fixed. Then had to pay out of pocket when I have top notch warranty coverage simply because it wasnt fixed by these clowns.
