My truck had an engine light, ABS activated problem. Alongside that, the speedometer shut down. I went to Don Davis Nissan in Arlington (the closest one available) only for the Service Rep to explain that they had to leave my vehicle for FOUR DAYS in order to figure out what the problem with my truck was. Yea, I had to work. So, I had to find a second option over to Grubbs Nissan. Well, I was approached by Jacky and he had to explain the whole situation at hand, as he set me up an appointment (due to a conflicting schedule on my job). On that appointment day, I dropped my vehicle over and had them take a look at my problem. Later on that day, Jacky gave me a call telling me that my vehicle needed very minor tune-up and they fixed the situation, in that exact day. THAT EXACT DAY... not four days later, like the rep in Don Davis said (I think her name was Veronica, or something)! The next day, I got my truck and I could have never felt more happy to see those lights go off, alongside the speedometer being active. I do plan on returning back to Grubbs for tune-ups, in the future. Thank you for servicing my truck, Grubbs crew!

Extremely fast service. Great customer service staff. Went in for a recall on my Altimas hood latch and received a free oil change for the wait. In and out in less then an hour. Definitely recommend for any Nissan service you are needing for your vehicle.

The worst experience I have had since I have been there. I have purchased two Nissan Muranos from Grubbs and have also had them serviced there. My automobile was first in line to be serviced for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was give a guarantee that everything would be finished well before two hours. Two hours later, I had to stop them and let them know I had an appointment. They said they had still had to change the oil and complete that immediately. When I checked out they told me the tire rotation had not been done. When I got in my car, it had a strong oil odor and my windshield wiper fluid light was still on. I have tried to call twice and text once today, but no one has returned my call. WORST EXPERIENCE I have had anywhere!!!!!!!

They had me in and out before I had to get to work. They went above and beyond and did a multi-point inspection on my car within that time and aired up my tires! They made my experience a pleasant one during a very stressful time! Thank you Grubbs Nissan!

I was very pleased that Grubbs now have this Service. You dont have to wait around for your vehicle to be Serviced, you have to try and catch a ride with a friend or Family, you just come in and after all information is given then Grubbs calls for a Driver to take you home. They will also have a Driver to pick you up when Services has been completed. Im impressed and they constantly text you to let you know about what time the Driver will be there, they send you a picture, the description of the vehicle and a site for you to track is progress. I wasnt too Happy with Grubbs Nissan about their customer Service but after today, I think Ill give them another chance. Service Guys were very Professional and very Courteous. My experience today, will allow me to upgrade Grubbs Nissan from a F- to an A+. Keep up the Good Work, Grubbs

The service was fine, waiting time was fine, but I had asked if my window washer could be checked they said for $150., which Im pretty sure that should be covered under warranty. That was the 3rd bad experience I have had with Grubbs will never buy a car there again and I was actually going to look at new cars while I was waiting on recal to get fixed.

I brought my car in to repair my back passenger door lock, it would not lock when the lock button was pressed from the front driver seat.I would just like to express my appreciation for Buddy Melvin and his excellent customer service. He always makes me feel like I am the number one customer he has & keeps me in the loop on every detail as my car is being repaired.

Brought my car here trusting them to fix it. I spent $700 alone on getting it fixed just to get my car back and another part of it to be damaged. The company denies it but my car was damaged the same day I picked it up and doesn’t match the drop off photos. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP ‼️

The staff was so friendly and made sure that I was comfortable and consistently informed of the status of my vehicle at all times. No worries about random fees, if the work is being done right or if your being lied to. This is a really great and reliable place and it will be the place I go to from now on for car repairs.

My service advisor, Jeff Norris, made transport arrangements for me to and from my residence, which I greatly appreciated. Upon picking up my vehicle, he explained not only the charges but what other concerns were found that needed attention quickly.

My experience at Grubb’s was nothing short of extraordinary to say the least. I called the service department before going there and Salvador listened to the problems my car was experiencing and explained what they could do. The next day when I took the car up there I was greeted almost immediately by a friendly employee who offered me water while he found Salvador.When Salvador arrived he took very detailed notes and listened to all the symptoms that the car was experiencing, and assured me they could diagnose the root problem, which they did. Their service department also provided me with a detailed description of other issues they found with the vehicle and were incredibly thorough and explained every issue.Overall, I can’t speak highly enough of their service department. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of and that I was satisfied.

I purchased a Maxima from Grubbs way back in the 90’s and remember having a great experience. This year, when I learned the 2022 Frontier was starting to hit showroom floors, I stopped to see what they had coming in and get an idea of when they’d be here. I worked with Dawson and couldn’t be happier that we connected. He let me know the moment the truck arrived with the Frontier I was interested in and we knocked out the deal later that day. No messing around, no tacked on charges, just a fair negotiation and smooth transaction. That is not the case with other Nissan dealerships I talked to. In fact, one tried to get me to pay $4000 over sticker! Dawson, Travis and the other Grubbs folks are my go-to car folks now. Though this new Frontier is so nice it’s not going anywhere for a long time!

As soon as I arrived, the manager came promptly and attended me. We where told it would be an hour and a half wait. We stuck it out, everyone was so friendly, they informed me what else was wrong. Everything went quickly and in timely mannered.

Very bad experience, I bought Nissan Rouge 2021 , did not crossed 5000 miles yet and started making noises. There service said its manufacture fault and they cannot do anything about it. Sales person manager is not ready to take any responsibility. Not satisfied at all. I would not recommend to buy any car from Grubbs, cause they dont want to own anything after they sell the car.

Even with an appointment had a long wait to get someone to check me in and then the services took awhile. The requested service was not fully completed. However when I bought it to their attention the next day there was an attempt to correct the error. Unfortunately I had already taken care of it and they credited my account.

My truck had an ongoing problem with the AC making a squealing noise. And also my steering was completely off. I took in my truck to other repair shops, however, it was not fixed correctly. In fairness Danny, Nacho and Thao were excellent.The used car sales manager is a different story.After finding damage to the vehicle not reported on carfax or disclosed to us we asked for some help restoring the value to what we paid. That dirty sales manager told me no over and over until his boss gave me what I wanted. If youre ready to struggle for an ok car go here. Otherwise Id find somewhere else

I went last yr to replace my transmission. I have a yr warranty or 12K miles whichever comes first. I haven’t drove my vehicle 12K miles so the warranty is still active. My vehicle is having the same issues and they refused to fix it. I’m sure they’re waiting for the warranty to expire so that I have to come out of pocket again.
