They are truly about taking care of people. The General Manager actually saved me several hundred dollars.I submitted an online estimate for some repairs. I got the estimate back same day. After reviewing, I had a couple questions so called the next morning. They were very helpful answering my questions and even did a follow up to make sure that I was getting the correct parts and price quotes. The General Manager called me back later in the day and asked if I could bring the truck in, from the pictures I sent in he didnt think I needed as much work done as I thought. I went to the shop and he looked at my truck and determined that I just needed a part from Dodge that I could easily replace myself. I will defiantly use them again for any body shop work I need done to any of my vehicles.

They did a great job on my car bumper. They were fast, efficient and ways to deal with. The only thing to note is the website and a note on their door states that everyone must wear masks and no one had one on at Caliber.They need to update their website saying they wear them and sanitize all cars etc. This was part of the reason I went with Caliber.That said, everyone was kind and ways to deal with and its not a complaint on their quality of service. Just a observation I made when at their place of business.

One of the best body shops ever. My husband was in a rear end accident. We had gone to get a rental so we could drop off our car to get it fixed. On our way to Caliber Collision I wast-boned on my drivers side by a hit and run driver. So we had not one repair but two. They did out repairs beautifully. They kept us informed through the whole process. I can’tsay enough good things about the service we received. Our car looks brand new. Everything was great! I called and schedule an estimate which Saul did and I mostly dealt with him thru the process. He was thorough and wrote 2 estimates for me, depending on if I wanted to repair or replace my front bumper. Luckily, they were able to take my car the same day. I didn’t have any major damage to my car only some deep scrapes and a piece knocked out on my front bumper. I dropped it off late on a Tuesday and they were able to drop me off back at home and also picked me back up when my car was ready. Saul told me the car should be ready either late Thursday or early Friday. He called toward the end of the day Thursday to let me know it was ready but he wanted to do one last inspection beforehand. I picked it up early Friday. Jesus came and picked me up in the pouring rain and everything looked great! I will definitely use them!! This did not involve any insurance. I paid out of pocket.

State farm adjuster Chris Patrick did an absolutely horrible job. Part of this starts with my insurance dropping the ball so I cant blame him but he still could have handled it better. I had damage to front and rear of my truck, state farm only sent over info for the rear. He told me Id have to get insurance to send over confirmation for the front as well which I totally get, but why he couldnt go ahead as assess the damage and put the estimate together after insurance calls is what I dont understand. I had limited time and insurance was going to have it straightened out in 30 minutes or less. But he tells me I have to come back. Gives me his card. Tells me he can get me in any time just to call. I call the next day around 11 to let him know Id be back over that afternoon, this is a Friday and now is when he tells me hes about to leave and wont be back until Monday. Had I known that the day before I could have made arrangements. So Monday rolls around and I go up around 430 to get the estimate. We go over everything in detail, including my aftermarket bumper, I told him where it was purchased, he took a picture of the name and logo, we discussed comparable options in case he couldnt find it, the works. He tells me he will have a quote in an hour which I knew wouldnt happen so I waited until Tuesday, nothing, called today (Wednesday) and had to tell him to send me the quote. Well he did and guess what? My bumper is not even listed on the estimate along either some other minor things we discussed. Called to figure out what was going on and he dances around the subject with a bunch of technical jargon and abbreviations I dont understand to muddy the subject but the end result is he just forgot to put it on and now its locked in and he cant change and it and explains all the run around ill have to do with insurance to get it added on after I buy a new one. Short version here he didnt want to do his job from the get go, when i finally did get him to do his job he messed it up and didnt want to take responsibility for it. Quite pathetic. I called my insurance and set up to get it looked at somewhere else and get a whole new quote. Thanks for wasting my time chris.

Chase is a miracle worker! We brought in my mom’s Honda CRV because I hit it on the garage backing out of the driveway. Chase brought out mineral spirits and wiped the “damage” away. He didn’t try to charge for an unnecessary paint or body work job. He knew the paint from the garage frame had just gotten smudged on. Before that, Caliber did work on the same car and did a fabulous job. I’ve also had my car in twice for body work and was extremely pleased. Thanks for your honesty, professionalism, and great quality work! We’ll be back I’m sure!

My 2011 Mazda 6 had a large number of scratches on 3 of the doors (probably from fingernails when opening the doors). They weren’t deep scratches but they looked pretty awful. I am an older woman on a fixed income so I couldn’t spend a lot of money but I had Saul look at the car to give me an estimate to repair it. He not only buffed all of scratches out but he didn’t charge me anything. I don’t remember getting service like that from anyone before. Thank you Saul for taking such good care of me!

These folks always take good take of me. I have needed their services on several occasions. They are always prompt, courteous, professional and do great work. They always go the extra mile. If something can be fixed while you wait, they will do it. One time, I didnt have a ride right away to come pick up my vehicle and an employee came to my home and picked me up so I could have my vehicle when it was ready. Love these people!

Apparently, I forgot how to park a car. I messed up the bumper and the splash guard underneath it. They could have charged me a lot because I really couldnt tell how bad it was. Turns out it was not a big deal and I was in an out in less than an hour, with a bill that was next to nothing. Thanks to Chris Patrick for his honesty and courtesy!

I took my vehicle into the Caliber Collision location on Airport Freeway near Industrial Rd in Bedford recently for repair. The work was completed professionally AND ahead of schedule. The entire staff was very helpful from opening the claim with my insurance company through completion, and communicated very well throughout. There was even a minor glitch that I had to return for afterward, but I was in and out in literally under 60 seconds. It was awesome. I would recommend Caliber in general, and this location specifically for any repair work.

They updated me every couple days on the progress. I really appreciated that. The day my car was promised to me they found a malfunction so my car had to be in the shop over the weekend so it was three days late. But, better to have found that malfunction in the shop than on the road. I didn’t mind waiting. The job was done well.

Just went in for an estimate on my truck. Brett the manager was very professional and helped with all the questions I had about the process. Will definitely be bringing my truck in when its time to repair it. Its great to see a manager involved even in the smallest parts of the business

After a 10+ hour work shift, found the nearest, highest rated, and earliest to open repair shop to check out a window that would no longer go up. Rolled up early around 6:38 AM to see an open trunk on a parked vehicle, business closed, and no employees in sight. It rained overnight.When employees finally arrived, the male employee didnt even bother to look at my vehicle, I was told they were 2 weeks behind on work, and technicians wont even arrive before 8.Cant recommend for rudeness and unprofessionalism.They also missed out on the opportunity to replace my windshield which was recently damaged.

Outstanding team. Drop off and pick up so easy. When I arrived they had the rental company pick me up from their shop. Above all Ray was a gentleman he not only fixed what I paid to get fixed, he also touched up the entire vehicle fixed scrapes that were not part of the job, and detailed my car! They were 5 star class treatment highly recommend and ask for Ray!

They were wonderful. I received morning text updates from Ray. He also called the last couple of days of service. My car looks great..I was also able to leave my rental car there and they got it back to the Hertz..Excellent!!

10/21/19 - We picked up our car and they fixed the bumper. Looks like new again. They cleaned up a few other areas and gave it a new paint job. We were notified during the week with text messages on the status of the vehicle. Very good experience with Caliber.10/7/19 - Our sedan got into a fender bender with a badly dented corner on the back bumper. Brought the car here (had a reservation) and everybody was very friendly and helpful. The process was pretty smooth. The admin called the rental car place to have someone pick me up. The rep who handled our car took photos and circled other dings and scuff marks collected over time. So far so good. Ill update this review after the car is returned to us.

I havent gotten my car back yet but I have to say how impressed I am already. I got in a minor accident on March 6 (Friday) and took my car in on the following Tuesday. Ray told me they *might* be able to have it done Friday, but probably more like the next Tuesday. Their text message system kept me updated once (or more) per day and I was so impressed with their punctuality getting me a quote. They told me my car would be ready today (Friday! Only four whole days!) and Ray was staying late to inspect it and get it to me today. I hope for my sake I dont have to come back soon, but if for some horrible reason I get in another accident, I know where to go!

Very fast and efficient. I came in for a quote and was helped by Chris. He had me in and out the door in under 20 minutes. Explained everything to me in detail and emailed me a copy of the quote (which was a way better price than the dealer!).

This place knows how to repair a car, more over, they seem to understand customer service. It has been a very pleasant experience to me. They have this text message system, they stayed in touch every day, and I could just text them when I had a question, and it was answered fast by text message. It was nice not having to call! Lol! Mr Ray, who was in charge of my Jeep was nice, and I want to say Mr Brett, the manager has been really helpful with the issues I had with car rental. It was overall a very good experience (other than that I had a car accident!).

I went to this location because it was the one the insurance suggested. Jonathan was in charge of my car. From the start he explained everything that would happen. He sent me text with status updates on a regular basis, and returned my calls quickly when I called with a question. He said the repairs should take about a week, when he sent me a text saying it would be ready on a day that I was going out of town, he told me not to worry and let him see what he could do. He called me back a little bit later and said that he would get it ready even sooner, and he did, 3 days before the original pick up date. Not only did he have it ready it was completely detailed inside and out. Upon pick up, he went out and explained all the repairs they had done, and the life-time warranty on the repairs and if there were any issues all I need to do is call and they will fix it immediately. He went above and beyond in my book!! So thankful to him and his team. Definitely will recommend to everyone I know . Thanks again!!!

I had a previous repair done here after getting side swiped. I had the door skins and mirror replaced. 2 years later, my mirror cap came off during some strong storms. Brett the manager got my mirror cap replaced with no issue. I would definitely recommend

Excellent experience. I thought the accident would be a headache but these guys, especially John, took good care of us. Kept us updated and he knew how to work with the insurance company and got our car out quickly and it looked great. I thought it would be difficult to match the light brown color but they made it happen. Hopefully no more accidents but if so then this is the place I’m coming to.

Already quite impressed as I drove away I realized my vehicle was cleaner than it has been in a long time both inside and out, even the mirrors. Great service, friendly helpful employees and they do quality work at reasonable prices. I came in last week and talked to Ashleigh V., a service adviser about reattaching a piece of molding on my truck. She said she could fix it, but it was raining hard that day, so I told her I could come back when everything dried out. I came in today and Ashleigh jumped right on it, even though they were super busy. She event went above and beyond what I expected to reattach the loose molding. I cant compliment her enough for the great job she did while I waited. We have had my wifes car repaired there several times and another minor repair on my truck. Everyone is always eager to help. They are my go to place for repairs. Plus, we live close by, that really helps.

Busy Friday morning and my daughters car had the undershield hanging off. Worried about going into the weekend, I called Caliber at 7am. They told me to bring it on in and they would take a look. Ray was absolutely amazing, and my car looks perfect! He even checked my tires air pressure, and and tread and gave me a great recommendation. Hopefully I never get hit again but if I do I will be coming here.

My car brought to this location and unfortunately I was told the guy would contact me daily to give me updates. But I had to keep calling checking on it . But Brett the manger was good help me out and kept me updated. Just wish y’all could talk to yalls service guys about keeping people updated. Also the guy who was helping had like attitude every time I called .And unfortunately I was charge a storage fee. Just very disappointed I didn’t get contact everyday. So I may or may not come back to this location. Also I thought if they test drove my car after my repairs I would get tank of gas . But unfortunately I didn’t . Just hope y’all can talk to y’all services guys but Brett the manger was good he help me out a lot . Also they didn’t give me my spare tire back. Also was told my car would be ready on a Friday but they kept pushing it back. So I’m never going back to this place. I’m go collision place that my dealership has .

Was the best experience I have had with a Collision repair shop. Everyone was nice and showed amazing customer service skills, they took care of my car in a timely manner and worked with me the whole way. They give two updates a week at the very least and are always available to answer questions and are super knowledgeable of what they do.

Since this was the body shop recommended by my insurance company to expedite the repairs on my Ford F150, I naively dropped off my vehicle expecting what was promised to be a communicative, smooth process. The process was a nightmare fro drop off to pick up, to returning the vehicle because the paint did not match. Communication amounted to voicemails at 8:30 in the evening by Tony, un-returned calls, and a call from Tony @ 5:30 with demands to pick up my truck (the first time) on a Friday evening in the rain before 6:00. On Saturday morning, the sun had come out and my metallic brown truck was now a two toned with the rear quarter panel the wrong paint color. Of course, this location was closed on Saturday and the truck was returned on Monday morning.DO NOT expect courtesy or professionalism from this service writer. DO NOT expect communication as promised on their website, commercials or printed materials.When I picked my truck up this afternoon, Tony was again abrupt and rude, never offering to go over the vehicle. Stephen Lang, center manager, was outside and asked me to pull the truck over to inspect it as I was leaving. Thank you, he was a bright spot in an unfortunate choice of body shops.If you have Nationwide Insurance, demand to use your own selection or dealership and do not be lured into their preferred body shop. Save yourself the hassle and stress.

The whole experience has been fantastic. Took my car to Craigs Bedford location about 3 weeks ago. My wife backed into my car months ago and I needed to get it fixed so I finally got around to it.Location is right off of 183. Went in and they got me hooked up with a rental through Enterprise. Whole thing took about a week and thats only because Craigs ordered the door skin and the place sent the wrong one so Craigs had to re-order. I heard from Craigs every couple days until the car was ready.Good work again. Third time using Craigs Collision Repair and will continue going back and telling others. Thanks!

Last week I was rear ended and in need of an estimate for repairs. I came in as a response to the online estimate I received from Nicole. Her response was pleasant and informative. When I entered the building I was greeted by another very pleasant woman, unfortunately I didnt catch her name. My experience thus far had been very positive. At that point, a gentleman was called to the front to assist me and another customer that walked in behind me. While the other customer checked in, this employee actually bent over, laid his forehead on the counter and sighed in exasperation. I do hope that Craigs passes on my appreciation to the two ladies that either enjoy their jobs or do a great job faking it 😉! To the gentleman. Obviously your job or customer service in general is so stressful and problematic that you feel the need to put on such a performance. For the sake of Craigs reputation, I suggest you consider a new career path.

Caliber in Bedford Texas at 3825 Airport freeway repaired my car after a collision and they did a great job. After the main repairs were done which were quite extensive, there was one minor problem that needed some touchup paint and a small piece of plastic trim was missing but I took it back the next day and they fixed the paint flaw with touchup paint and replaced the missing piece of plastic trim all while I waited.It looks perfect now and everything works and the new paint job looks good.These folks are this location are very nice and very helpful. They are also on the State Farm prime repair center list and that makes everything easy.I would most certainly come back here for future collision repair if needed.

Was told I had a life time warranty on all paint and body work done to my car. Was told if I ever had any problems with chips, cracks, or bubbles, or any of the sort to call them as they stand behind their work. I had some front end damage which this place fixed. After about 9 months I noticed the paint had started to chip off on the hood and the front bumper. I called and advised them of this and was told paint chipping is not covered in the warranty as it is normal wear and tear. Now I have had this car since 2014 and before the accident, no paint was chipping off, got the car fixed and not even a year later it starts coming off and they wont do anything about it. This place used to be really good and I recommended them but after this I cant say that I can anymore. Also was told the manager would call me to discuss but never received the call.

The people here are very warm and nice. They helped through the entire process even with my rental car. The BODY WORK OMG PERFECTO just like new. I did my lil dance when I got my car. Pick them they’re AWESOME

Consistently good service and quality of work

My car had been stollen and had alot of interior damage was highly recommended to Caliber from tire kingdom . Apon conclusion of my car being completed notice foam sticking out of new headliner in front and back like it been cut to short or maybe a Kia Factory issue I did mention my concerns to Ray and Brett at first I thought they would make it right ...but no Rays words unless Kia warrentys the headliner it wont be redone ??? And he said who looks at a headliner anyway. Well I do ?? My geico adjustet also came out and replied it was a terrible job .I went to 2 different Kia service employee they also said it look like it was cut to short .I decided to drive by another caliber collision yesterday ask them to come look at it ask them what they thought ..not good he replies then he ask whete I got it done I replied Caliber in Bedford .You know I never saw a manager it is now Wednesday and not a call as promised by this past Monday..I do not wish to deal with Ray very rude who would say to a customer by me complaining I hurt your pocket for the month Really? What about my headliner?

Brought my car in for estimate and repair. They noticed some prior damage and said they did not want to fix it. I just wanted it fixed, so I said I would cover the damage out of pocket. After a week, they came back with a ridiculous amount and said their staff was incapable of performing the repair. I think Ashley was just trying to get rid of me.I took the car to another shop and they quoted a lot less and were very confident the car could be repaired.Dont be fooled by the nice office, they clearly amatures.

Craigs Collision in Bedford is by far the best place for service ! I messed up my side mirror backing out of my garage and after calling the dealership to see how much they would charge me I quickly hung up and called Craigs Collision because I had been there before. Jake , the manager told me to bring my car in and they would help me out! From the moment I walked in the entire office was wonderful! They remembered who I was and Eric, the service specialist that helped me was so quick to assure me that my car was not as bad off as I thought! Jake and Eric both took care of my car, ordered the parts and even waited until I got off that same day to replace the parts for me! They have earned my business once again for any future incidents I my have! :)
