I worked here ...I needed a heater that would not sell me one for what reason Im not sure than tried to overcharge me so I could not purchaseI went to Lowes got same heater for lesser, than management is horrible Ive got let go of for no reason at all this place is bogus they dont even deserve one star....

Bad Situation turns into a Fantastic ResolutionSept 2020, I bought the Boss - XCW20 Shower System only to find the battery would not charge and a hose that was kinked.Reached out to customer service and was told the parts will arrive in a week, when they did not I called and apparently there was no stock in Canada.Contacted Mr. Heater on line and asked if a battery and hose could ship from the warehouse in Ohio. The battery yes, the hose would ship from their other location.This was great news as camping is a huge part of my life and the reason I bought this fantastic shower system.Shortly after the last correspondence, I received a message that the shower part was out of stock in Cleveland.A week later, I received a box with a new shower system. Mr. Heater did not want me to wait any longer for defective parts to be replaced.It is not every day a company reacts in such a way to assist a customer. I was thrilled and extremely surprised when the box arrived.Customer Focused is one part of the Mr. Heater Mission Statement:CUSTOMER FOCUSEDWe recognize our customers are the reason for our success. I called yesterday looking for a part and spoke with Brian. He was less than enthusiastic but eventually sold me what I needed. I called at 0820. He said the part would shop later that day or early the next day. I called back today at 1400 and waited on the phone for 45 minutes before leaving a message. An hour later Misty called me back. After placing me on hold for 9 minutes she found my tracking number. She told me the package shipped yesterday. When I ran the number I found that she had lied to me as the package had shipped 35 minutes before she called me. Never again will I do business with this group of people. I will certainly tell everyone I know to stay away from this product and these people.
