So...Im driving down 271 just passing through Cleveland area. Tire goes flat so I do a quick search and end up at Finn Tire & Automotive. The place was BUSY. All the bays filled. All the cars with mechanics under the hood. Hardly any parking (good thing) because they are so busy - clearly their clients love them! I stop in and explain my situation. I have a truck full of equipment for a project at a local college and need to get the material there. Brian figured it out. He gave me a loaner car and even offered a company vehicle to get my supplies to the college. Correctly called that I needed 4 new tires (my bad) and had them the next morning and installed. Didnt try to oversell me or upsell me. Just talked to me like a client he had had for 20 years, not one that he may never see again. Look, I cant recommend these guys enough. One of the best customer experiences Ive ever had.

Brian his dad and staff are wonderful! They are honest, go above and beyond to explain everything that you may or may not need and the why behind it. I appreciate that instead of you need or should do this or don’t do that, taking the extra time to give an explanation along with honesty is hard to find these days. I also like the innovative estimate and inspection software they use for approval of work etc, very efficient.While they are not the cheapest nor the most expensive they are very affordable, friendly and they do great work with a quick turnaround time, from tires and maintenance to engine work leveling kits etc they do it all. I have been coming here off and on for several years when I don’t do my own repairs or it’s out of my league and will continue to give them my business

Although their work seemed to be sufficient workers were polite.. I was slightly inconvenienced by being misd on price I was told it would be one price out the door just to get there to be told it was a couple $100 more.. Also did not completely look over my car like I had ask. But was still charged full price for diagnostic.. And did not put a courtesy Matt in my vehicle i bought new mat and they muddied them up..

These guys awesome, everyone I spoke with was very professional and courtesy. The gentleman I spoke with was informative, and knowledgeable and above all through with information I was given. The timing it took the guys at Finn Tire & Automotive to fix my car was great as well. They got me in and out and even gave me a free estimate of things needing to be fixed on my car.

Great! work, wouldve gave 5⭐ but they held my car hostage, almost a week before calling me with the problem, not even offering me a loaner as stated, in there online advertisement, but all in all they do great! Car repair work, just remember there is a diagnostic charge, if you dont no whats wrong with your vehicle, please! As a women, moving across the country, I was seeking a place that genuinely cared about you and your car without getting manipulated to extract extra money based on the stereotype that women often do not know cars well. Finn Tire and staff, notably Brian and Jerry, have treated me so so well! I feel comfortable going there as well as calling for car advice to see if anything needs to be done. They also helped me develop a list of issues in terms of priority to determine which to address first based on my financial standing. I feel great knowing that I have a place I can trust for years ahead and a place that shows compassion in the circumstances and frustrations of paying for car care.

My son was driving cross country and had mistakenly mixed diesel fuel with the gasoline. We contacted Brian from Finn’s Tire and Automotive Repair on Solon Road in Bedford Heights and he had the car towed to the shop. He gave us a detailed account of the process to repair the car and an estimate of the cost. The repairs were done in a timely fashion and the cost was within the estimate. We drove the car back to New York and had no problems. We are grateful that we went to Finn’s and thank Brian and his staff for their expertise and honesty.

I have been going to Brian and his team at Finn Tire for close to 7 years now and have recommend them to my friends. Brian tells me the truth about whats going on with my car. For example, I recently visited my Subaru dealer for a recall and they gave me a long list of all the things that they said needed to be fixed on my car. When I took that list to Brian and and why he hadnt brought any of this up with me, he examined the car again and basically said that really none of what was on the list needed to be done. The dealership had just assumed that the certain things needed to be fixed, but hadnt actually looked. Brian could have easily agreed with the list and made a lot of money off of me. But he didnt. Guys are great. Car has been needing extra tunes up. They get us a rental car. And they always take a look if something is making a noise and fix it on the spot.I have been saving money to keep the car in shape.I look at the dude, and asked, is it better to get the tramission done cause I can afford it today or prepay to change the belts.He gave me the honest anserw and made a plan to get the work done. And I felt good about everything after leaving.

Originally, I wanted brakes done, expecting to spend about $200 or so, I wasn’t even sure it needed it. I left the car and drove a courtesy car of theirs. Then I got a message informing me that I also needed front rotors plus pads $424.10, rear brakes services $65.84 those prices are before taxes. I immediately informed my boyfriend who usually maintains our vehicles who was taken aghast since he had checked them 3 months prior. The store mechanic was adamant my car needed new rotors and would not install pads without it as he felt that would not be a proper job. I am now looking at spending $500 minimum. I ask the mechanic to not work on the car at all, I still got charged over $50 for a brake inspection. A co-worker who also does mechanical work on vehicle offered to assist, I got the parts, a pair of rotors and pads for both axle under $150.Today he took the wheels off and called me back that it was absolutely unnecessary to change rotors or pads, stating the brakes have plenty of life. Those are just facts.
