This Harbor Freight is conveniently located in the old Raleigh Mall. They have a large selection of tools and the prices are much lower than other places. Staff is friendly and helpful. They run a lot of specials and you can get coupons online.

Great prices, but not always great products. If just needing hand tools, you cant beat these prices.

Im giving this place a three out of five stars because while a lot of the prices on individual items are pretty good compared to other name brands, they still sneak some expensive stuff on you there. Then again, other name brands of specific drills and stuff like that are even more expensive, so I guess it kind of evens out. I would definitely recommend anybody at least check out harbor freight tools and see if theres anything you want to pick up for yourself that you didnt have before for a decent price.

Not a huge fan of Harbor Freights personally. You pay for a quality and Harbor Freight tends to carry cheaper tools. Otherwise, if youre just grabbing random supplies its a good option

As much as I love Harbor freight, I feel that the customer service is not as good in this store as other stores in the chain. That being said, I will still shop here when in the area.

This place is a life saver. The tools here are cheap, and despite the countless people that say the quality is low, Ive had no such issue. The warranties are fairly priced as well, if Ive felt as if more purchase security is needed. Customer service is excellent and not much of a hassle.The only small downside Ive seen is that it isnt always stocked well.

This place has a large selection of tools, from tools to work on watches to sandblasting. They have some solar panel kits to charge batteries to a starter set to supply power for a hunting camp that is off-line. The prices are good for a discount tool store.

Well stocked, clean and friendly staff. If theres anything you need, theres a good chance this place has it. My only complaint would be that some specific things are hard to find. Smaller specific items like a tape measure or a level are hard to find at times, but other than that this is a nice change from the huge stores like Lowes and I would highly recommend!

This is a newer store. It was very nice inside. Clean and well stocked. I found everything I needed with ease. The staff were very polite (southern hospitality) and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone especially if you are looking for a good deal on decent tools.

I love shopping here for all of my tool needs. Sometimes I even find tools I didnt know they actually made. Prices are good. I bought a SDS hammer drill from Harbor Freight that drills through concrete like a hot knife cutting butter. One of my most valuable tools at a fraction of the cost if I bought it elsewhere.

Excellent service! Went in to look at generators. Selection was bleak (due to the ice storm). Ready to leave, then we were asked what type of generator we were looking for. Salesman steered us to a generator that had just been returned. Exactly what we needed. Open box price!

Good prices on cheap tools. You just have to read reviews before making a big purchase at harbor freight. Some stuff is good, some is terrible. Look up reviews on the product you want. Its usually ok to buy small stuff like zip ties though. Staff was helpful at the beckley store.

Everything is laid out pretty well, and the prices on most items are extremely low. No worries because of their warranties. Cool place for most tools for a garage / home mechanic.

Ive shopped Harbor Freight for 20 years but moved to a Harbor Freight Twilight Zone. Not a HF outlet for 100 miles. HF mail order worked well but missed the HF outlet experience so much I visited every outlet from FL to NY I could. The new HF at 4277 Robert C Byrd Dr #17, Beckley, WV 25801 is the best I have ever seen. Easy to find, ample parking and most impressive so large that shoppers can do their thing w/o getting in each others way.

I love this store, some things are lower quality but you really cant beat prices! ALOT of items are good quality though! Use common sense to look at products before buying!
