The staff is nice and they keep their area super clean. They have a wide variety of sweets and toppings. I highly recommend coming here!

Im addicted to sweet frog this is my absolute favorite frozen yogurt!

A little different than it used to be, but I love the flat rate for the cups instead of by weight now. The employee puts the toppings on for you, but they put lots of each one! Be sure to request less if you dont want a full scoop of anything! Very yummy!

Amazing! The prices are set now by cup size instead of weight. As always their restaurant was very clean and staff was very courteous.

Not many good flavors to choose from. More non-dairy, fruity sorbet style fro yo than what one who frequents Sweet Frog would expect.

Product was fresh and tasty but they refused the coupons sent in the Beckley area. Why have them sent out if you arent going to honor them?

Went last summer and the service was friendly and helpful. Went back today for the first time since last summer, cuz, National Ice Cream Day, you know. The young girl working there was NOT friendly, there were typed up signs everywhere about what kids could not do. The worst was to parents telling them that if their kids spill toppings they will be responsible for the cost. What made me turn around and walk out is when I asked to try a small sample of a new flavor and was told they dont give out freebies. I just wanted a small taste because they are a little pricey and I didnt want to pay for something I thought I would like. Wont be back.

Sweet frog was really nice and it was a great first time. The place was clean and was managed surprisingly well seeing that there was only one worker on duty.

First time Ive been to this one. I did not realize I needed a medical file to prove I could only eat certain kinds of ice cream, nor did I realize my lack of accent was offensive to the very large woman protecting Sweet Frog from going bankrupt. My husband asked for a spoon so i could taste a new flavor that was newly available. Not all better for you flavors are flavorful. I took only enough for me and my husband to taste the flavor and this obnoxious woman gave me a horrible glare and calling attention to me, my husband, and my daughter who were all in my husbands HOMETOWN, and honestly acting like we were eating all we wanted for free. She was rude when I asked if there was anymore vanilla for my daughter, making a face at me and complaining that she had to fill it. Im sorry but this kind of customer service is unacceptable. We were in the middle of a cross country drive home and in 2400 miles she is the most horrible, disgusting person Ive come across. I will never be back, nor ever being my children back. This woman was a terrible representation of this company and the ice cream at this one was disgusting as well.

Omg this place was great I loved it they have a great selection of ice cream and toppings I was super pleased because when I got lots of stuff on my ice cream it didn’t cost must at all so I really recommend this place for a great summer day or if your in a mood for ice cream

Super disappointed. They didnt honor their own companys coupon?? Said only participating stores took them and they were not one of those. Evidently not all SweetFrogs are sweet? No way of knowing that from the coupon texted to my phone, which is why I stopped there. Also no sample cups. If I were SF CEO, I would not be pleased with this situation.

Great ice cream but way to high

The ice cream I got (Carmel) tasted sour. So I went to the employee to tell him that there was something wrong with the ice cream, didnt say anything about a refund or a discount. I paid another $3 for an ice cream after wasting $3 on sour icecream.
