Deceptive pharmacy billing practices, go somewhere else if at all possible. This pharmacy may work for a lot of people, a lot of the time, but the times it doesn’t work out are just too serious to take a chance. Go elsewhere if your medications and health really matter. This company will be in the news over something serious, just a matter of time.

Called at 530pm said my sons medications would be ready at 630 wait in drive thro for 45mins to say it not ready to drive back around like hell there is 10+ cars behind me so i walk in and still have wait 30 mins

I love the Pharmacist. Have always received great customer service from the staff until today. An employee answered my call. Her name is Erica. It was like speaking with an unfeeling computer. No emotion whatsoever. Very robotic. I found out it is the Call Center that took my call. She gave bad advice. Make sure youre dealing with the ACTUAL store employees. They are fantastic! Love this Walgreens. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed they were not helpful wouldnt fill my prescription even though I was in the system.

I was somewhat horrified when I picked up my RX today, at the drive in window. Neither the pharmacist nor the drive in clerk were wearing masks, and both have close proximity to pills being counted out. Especially concerning since consumers coming to their indoor counter (2 while I was waiting) were not wearing masks. Fortunately, I was picking up an inhaler which I can wipe down.

Horrible and the SUSAN lady in the black shirt has been rude on 2 different occasion to 2 different people I know !

The tech I spoke with yesterday at the actual store was quiet the smartellic! & rude! The whole problem was, bc shes apparently not educated enough to recognize the generic name. Unlike most techs! Never had a problem with this in the past. Telling me I dont have a refill when in fact I still have several! Thanks to the call center confirmation today. The problem could have been prevented if she would do /know her job. Though the call center tries to downplay this techs actions when I told her that the other tech was being a smartellic. Very Unprofessional! @the Prince St. Beckley location.

Always nice and a pleasant experience every time we stop in. Good sales sometimes as well. Public restroom and plenty of parking. Pharmacy inside.

Clean store, lots of parking, prices are somewhat high, easy in and out access

Although Walgreens is,(I Think) an Expensive place to shop; you can stumble across a good deal occasionally. My reason for being HERE is the Pharmacy Staff. They are Gr8 Folks-!!!

Wal greens pharmacist are the most friendly and helpful pharmacist that I have met....the best thing I ever did was to switch over to wal greens I do not hesitate to ask questions because they will answer them
