I would like to say thank you to Joe and Billie at FASTSIGNS! We had banners and photo prints made for the Woodrow Wilson High School soccer team and they were outstanding. Joe and Billies dedication and generosity to the local community and schools is just wonderful.

Joe and his Team are some of the nice people that you will ever meet. They did a great job from designing what I wanted for my Tailgate Wrap and installing it. I was completely satisfied with all that they did for me. I would highly recommend them for any design needs that you might have and installing it. Billie and Makayla at the Beckley, WV location are what I would call a Dream Team! Our golf tournament hole sponsorship signs and our beautiful sponsor banner were just awesome. You can’t go wrong with their skills and ease to work with.

Have tried twice to do business with Billie and Fast Signs. The first was a series of emails and poor communication. After weeks of trying to get artwork and designs to even be close to what we wanted and the completion date fast approaching Billie stopped all communication and refused to even start the print job on shirts and hats.The second attempt I went in person to talk to Billie 6 weeks before needing hats and beverage koozies made. I emailed her the exact artwork and all graphics. I asked her to email me a quote for both with mock ups of products. After two weeks and only one quote sent to me I went in to see her. Was told she was unavailable, next time I went in she was “busy on the phone with corporate”, all I asked for was a phone call from her so we could finalize the order. 5 weeks after first talking to her I still haven’t heard anything. I went in to have them close out my account and guess what...no Billie.Take your business somewhere else. Billie and Fastsigns obviously don’t need or want your business. Too bad, had plans for 5-10k in orders for the year.

The Owner Billy and Joe took time to design different wraps for my truck to make sure I was completely satisfied.After the first wrap I explained the look I was imagining and they nailed it. A week later it’s in the shop getting wrapped we’re pretty excited to see the outcome.

This is an excellent company and they go above and beyond to make sure that the product is exactly what you ask for and more. Fast Signs have excellent customer service and I will recommend them to ever who is in need of this type of service.

What isn’t to like?! The price was reasonable and significantly cheaper than we had expected. All I had to do was show them what we had in mind and they did the rest. Next thing I knew, they were on site doing the installation. The kids have been jumping all over the vinyl and it still looks perfect. We will certainly be using FASTSIGNS of Beckley again!!

I ordered a customized tee shirt from them on May 19th, 2017. Here it is almost a month later June 13th, 2017 and I have not received my merchandise yet. I dont mind waiting if they communicate with me, but I have contacted them by email and phone and they never respond, yet my card was charged. I ordered off Etsy and when I went back today, they arent even on Etsy anymore. I will be disputing this charge with my bank. This is NO way to run a business.
