I have to say that Todd and Mike were absolutely amazing! My jeep had a long list of needs, and they made sure that I was taken care of and that it was safe to drive. 100% worth the 2hr+ drive to have the excellent care and customer service that I received!!!

We were heading to Kentucky and got a flat about 15 minutes outside of Beckley. We called this place and they were nice as can be. I forgot to get the nice young mans name that helped us but the paper said J. Dickerson. They got us right in and changed our tire and we were back on the road in less than an hour. The team at Mr Tire in Beckley really took care of me. I called a few days prior to get a quote and was treated so nicely on the phone that I thought it was a joke. When I arrived at the location I was blown away. Everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and acknowledged us with a smile and a nod. Business conversation was engaging and pleasant. They did a great job finding the right tires for my pickup and installed them quickly and efficiently. The place is just extremely slow. Making an appointment online works as well as a wet paper bag. Almost 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment is unacceptable

I didn’t realize I had a flat tire until around 6:30 in the evening. I also didn’t realize they closed at 7 and I only arrived about five minutes before 7. The assistant manager graciously took my car in and had the nice technician to remove a nail and repair my tire. My thanks to both of them for helping in my time of need and for being so kind.

Jerry was so incredibly helpful. My wife and I were in a serious pinch needing emergency repair for a 10hr drive from OH to NC. Jerry not only got us in immediately, he completed our repairs quickly and with incredible customer service. Needless to say I’ll do all my tire and break repair at Mr. Tire from here on out. I sent my son there to get an O2 sensor put on his car and because he’s so young they tried taking advantage of him. They wanted to charge him almost 200.00 just for that. Then when my son questioned the price the heavy guy behind the counter got a smart mouth and an attitude. I will never go back and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Went to Brandy’s Muffler and got it done for 70.00 and they were very polite too.

Very honest, was told by a dealership, my serpentine belt was cracking and needed replaced, Mr Tire employees thoroughy inspected and said it was fine, saved me a chunk of change!

My 2nd visit I was completely ripped off and taken advantage of , cost was way more than estimate . They were nice but that was all , I would never recommend these guys unless you have tons of money 😡

These guys are rock stars! They were able to squeeze me in at the end of the day and fixed our tire that had a slow leak. Super quick, very professional staff and on top of that it was reasonably priced.

Determined to SucceedWent in for a slow leak in two tires. They struggled to find the problem on the first visit so I returned the next day. They went through alot of trouble to determine I had actually cracked a wheel. They heated it up and put a temporary sealant on the inside of the rim, advised me the repair was temporary and that I should order a new wheel. After all that, they didnt charge me. Since it took me two trips, they said it was on the house. Highly recommend.

Terrible service. Don’t recommend it at all. I needed a o2 sensor replaced and ball joints and said It was take 3 hours and brandies muffler said it would take 1 hour and way cheaper. Boy at the front desk was very rude to people and yelled at me and does not need to work with people

HORRIBLE!!!!! Do not go to these guys!Needed a cv-joint replaced and somehow they ended up taking a brake line off Tht shouldn’t have been taken off and when I started driving it down the road I almost wrecked ! And was supposed to fix my AC and still isn’t working right ?!! Do not go here way to over priced and fat guy at the counter is very rude!

I needed to get an alliagnment on my wifes car & they made an appointment for her to go in on a Monday at 5pm due to my wifes work schedule. They told us that they would make sure that the alliagnment was completed before closing even if they had to stay over to complete the job. Now thats going above & beyond to satisfy the needs of the customer. I definitely recommend Mr. Tire to everyone 👍 Note; Courtesy of employees at the Service desk could be somewhat better.

Took 4hrs to mount 4 tires and they didnt put my lugbolt covers on my front tires properly and they came off somewhere on the expressway. I call and left a message to let them know and they never called back. Got my 1,100 and that didnt deserve a response? Terrible service!!

Traveling thru & stopped for grub on Sat around 4 & hit a WV pothole & cut sidewall. Unheard of right? Got ahold of these guys about 5 when they closed at 6. He told me to get there and they would do anything they could to get me back on the road. No one else in town could or would help that late on sat. They told me directly they wouldnt just leave a traveler hanging. Mismatched brands but I got home that night and itll make an awesome spare!

We have been taking our tacoma to this place for two years for oil and oil filter changes. We always keep up with miles and get regular maintenance. My husband decided to change it this time around. I’ve never seen him so ticked at the fact you have been charging for oil filters and labor but you have not been changing them.This could of seriously damaged our truck. So disappointed. Thought you guys were better than that. Never coming back and I should contact the BBB.

I went into this location of mr. I blew a tire in the nearby construction zone coming home from vacation. I came to Mr. Tire and they replaced the tire and had me back on the road in no time. They then pointed out the store locations in my hometown where I could go and get help if I needed it. Very knowledgeable and great all around group of guys. Would recommend to anyone!

Everyone was super nice. They did everything I needed done down to simple things I could have done myself I just kept forgetting to do. They matched the price I normally pay for an oil change and that was a huge plus. The shop was super clean. Overall this was a really good experience and I will be going back in the future.

Mr. Tire is by far the best place I’ve found to work on my vehicle! The staff members are extremely nice and helpful. They answer all of my questions, and they make sure my vehicle is ready to go back on the road safely. I highly recommend their services.

The guys at Mr. Tire were very friendly and helpful. They helped me to understand that the spare on my 14 Silverado was too old to be used as a tire on my truck. They worked with me and gave me a great deal on 4 new Goodyear Wrangler Trail Handler A/T tires and the alignment. They stayed over an hour after closing time to get my truck done. Once they got my truck done and swapped my spare with one of my old tires. I was driving home and noticed that the mechanic had gotten grease and dirt on my passenger seat and passenger window. I noticed a dark looking spot on my light gray cloth seat. Upon further investigation I determined it to be not only one spot but 3. Were they had to get behind my seat to get the bars to let the spare tire down.

Horrible!!! Had a flat called they said about 45 wait time, hour and half later nothing! 1 little tire guys with kids waiting!! Guys just standing around not doing anything! How do you guys make any $$!! Dont go here for tires!!!!!!

Had a set of tires put on in July. Tires are fine. Van broke down requiring removal of front wheel for access. Cant remove wheel. Lug nuts are way too tight. A torque wrench was obviously not used. Tried breaker bar and large impact gun with no success. Broke a socket also. Called them to gripe about the problem. I let them know at beginning of call , not to take it personally if I sounded angry. I just wanted them to know the position I am in due to improper tightening of wheel lugs. That would have been the end of conversation. Manager decided to go on the defensive and voice opinions of all the things I am probably doing wrong. He was in the background, not on the phone with me. All I expected was a promise to remind employees of the importance of proper installation.

After a disappointing 1st visit, a year later I decided to give Mr.Tire a 2nd chance, made an appoint online for an alignment, I arrived 45min early to my appointment, employees are still very friendly, they took me in right away, they gave me a quote and I accepted, 20min later my car was in the shop, the job took about an hour, after the job was done I was explained in detail what was done, this time around I was very happy with the service I received, they did a good job on the alignment, the only thing they need to work on is on the checkout speed, they need a dedicated cashier, they have one clerk doing almost everything and can take a long time to checkout and pay, but besides that, good and affordable place to bring your car for service.

Im a Texas Native on a road trip back to my state so I wasnt sure where to go when I got a flat tire in this area. Mr.Tire was the only shop in the area to have my tire size. They couldn’t have been better. My family and I were driving from Ohio to SC and noticed a vibration while driving. It got worse as we drove through WV. Finally I pulled over and realized something was wrong but not sure what. Stumbled upon Mr Tire and they couldn’t have been better. Realized a tire had a broken belt. Because of the type of car we couldn’t find a replacement tire in the city but not for lack of trying. They called everywhere. Even drove me around to get a rental car to go to another city to find a tire! Ultimately put on spare and drove to next town. Thanks guys for all of your help. So happy to find the problem and for our family to be safe!

I was driving from Northeast Ohio to southern North Carolina with my 9 month old twins and teenage daughter when a brake line broke. I was stressed and terrified as you can imagine. The folks at Mr. Tire got us in the minute we got there and it was obvious getting us back on the road safely was their priority. The manager, Todd, helped figure out the best plan of action and kept me informed, while the technician, Tim, spend his day making my van safe for my children and me. He even worked through lunch while the rest of the guys were eating. Hands down the best service I have ever received.

These are good, honest people. I used to be an inspector mechanic, and I know all the tricks - they didn’t try anything dishonest. They performed an alignment and inspection very quickly, I think I only spent half an hour waiting in total. Excellent service, pricing was spot on.

This place has the most amazing manager, I witnessed him being yelled at keeping his cool from a customer that was belittling him and the company over their mistakes. He still was able to focus and get my job in and out with no issues this is the best place in beckley wv for all your automotive needs.

Worst place you can go to. Paid $500 to get the AC fix on my SUV and then of a Temp sensor replaced after they said it was my dash going bad. It was the sensor, the ac was never fix they then left me with a broken AC belt and a Squeaky Wobbly engine fan and belt.

Went in for an oil change and Ryan was awesome to get everything setup. He didnt try to talk down to me or try to sell me unnecessary addons like Ive had happen at other shops. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

I was on my way home from vacation when one of my brake lines snapped.It was an extremely scary situation and the men at Mr. Tire in Beckley were vary calming. The Gentleman behind the counter said it would be 2-3 hours to fix. It only took them 1 hour to fix. It was Fantastic. Cant thank them enough.

These guys treated me so well. I had a breakdown on a long road trip. They did everything they could in one day to get me on my way and truly cared a lot about getting me back on my way. Ultimately, I had a blown head gasket. Not only am I confident in the service provided but I felt like I was kept engaged and informed throughout. They didn’t talk over me or down to me, but met me at my level of mechanical understanding and educated me on their process.I’m from out of town, but if I lived here, they would be my go-to place. The tow truck driver that picked me up to tow me to a place able to do a head gasket repair mentioned that they bring a lot it cars here and here great things.Thanks guys, for everything!!
