The professionalism of the gentleman at the desk, the cleanliness of the establishment and the overall nice vibe that I got from everyone there is why I give this establishment 5 stars. . The icing on the cake was that they allowed me to bring my Cane Corso dog inside while I waited for my tire to be replaced. We had a blowout on the freeway after traveling 5 hours (with 3 more ahead of us) so the air conditioner was much appreciated and needed. We were serviced very fast and was able to continue our journey safely. Lastly the cost of my repair was shockingly inexpensive. I highly recommend them. Thank you all for a great job and your hospitality.

By far the worst customer service and extremely slow staff working in the bays. I was there for hours for an alignment and watched the employees laughing and having a good time while no work was being done. This will be the last time that I come here and I advise everyone to avoid this place like the plague!

Car part was said broken when another garage verified it wasn’t, please be careful. They were insistent for me to buy all the parts assuming I was ignorant. I saved ~$300.

Absolutely horrible. Was in there from 7am til almost 10:30 for a wheel alignment. Even worse the car still pulls to the right. Do yourself a favor and go to Mr.Tire or Meineke. Not to mention a lady came BACK to the shop complaining about the EXACT ISSUE while I was waiting. They wouldnt get a star if it was possible.

C Adam Toney consistently provides memorable service! I have taken three vehicles over several years and they ALWAYS provide quick, efficient, effective, and reasonably priced service. Today I had a nail in passenger car tire and they quickly removed and plugged my tire. Service Technician responded to a question about a dripping oil plug. They quickly re-torgued it and did not charge me for their service. I will continue to take all three of my vehicles to be serviced at C Adam Toney Tires! I wish I could give them SIX stars for their service!

Probably the best customer service Ive received from ANY business!Its refreshing to have such honest people to work with. You may feel that this high level of customer service may come at a cost, but the prices are as good or better than anywhere else.Dont be fooled by places that advertise low prices, then tack on a bunch of fees (mounting fee, shop fee, etc). C Adam Toney will be straight with you and they include mount and balance with the price of the tires.

What a great group of people working here. Driving across country, we blew a tire the Saturday before Christmas (late afternoon a few hours before store closing). My hubby has some sort of specialty tires that they didnt carry and we were absolutely frantic about being stranded on Christmas. Even though they were super busy with their own customers and had no stake in our business, they called every tire shop in town and wrote down a list of numbers in neighboring towns for us to call to try to find the right tires for us. Highly recommend.

Purchased tires here for my car. Very knowledgeable about tires. Staffed seemed rushed due to all of the customers that day. Brought my rims with old tires in. My tire size had to be ordered. Staff more that happy to order. Price included mounting and balance. Tires ready next day. Also had a alignment done here. Price seemed high for alignment. Gave me a paper at the end proving that the job was done (I hope 😂)

Passing through the area on the way back to Ohio, I got a flat tire on the highway. I called first thing the next morning and they found tires that could fit my car. Since I needed new tires anyway, I replaced all four. They replaced the tires very quickly for cheaper than I had been quoted in my hometown. I’m very grateful!

Had a tire blow out on our way to North Carolina, they got us a set of new tires at a great price and had us in and out in about 30 minutes. They were a life saver in this situation.

I was four hours from home and another hour from my destination. I requested a quote for originally one tire. Unfortunately they didnt have the tire I was looking for, however JP hooked me up and I ended up buying two tires. Coming from a background of working on cars Ive never had to be the one to wait on my car for service because I was always the one doing it. I felt at home. My family experienced a flat tire while traveling from PA to NC. We were there waiting when the opening crew arrived. They opened early for us. Repaired the tire and Nick took extra care to make certain the tire fixed and sealed properly since we were traveling with our six month old son. We really appreciate the kindness!

Tire service was great. Customer service, not so much. Was told when I arrived that there was a 1 1/2hr wait, which was ok. 4 1/2 hrs later Im just leaving. Not to mention that 4 other people who came AFTER ME were done and gone before me.

You have to watch these guys, you will over pay. I believe when theres a core charge on a part you pay it but they keep the cash when they take the old part back. I would as and get detailed estimate because they dance around that to.

Really good service. The only thing is I arrived at 7:45 am to have a wheel alignment and they didnt get done until a little after 11:00 am. Other than the long wait I was pleased.

I had an alignment done and they scratched all four wheels. I mean all the way around. Then to top it not only did they not tell me but when I confronted them they acted as if I had just painted them. No sir I painted them sunday with CAT equipment paint after I had sand blasted them, then I had the tires mounted and balanced Wednesday with no problem then all you had to to was align it on Friday and you scratched them up. I will no longer deal with this establishment nor send them any business.

They have helped us 5 or 6 times, they did not know us, and they didnt charge us any of the times for tire issues that they fixed on the spot - I tried to pay and they said no. Took a set of tires I bought from Walmart to put on my truck. While installing they noticed a damaged tire and immediately notified me. They provided a (in my opinion) better option which I purchased and had installed for free. Ultimately saving me about 100 bucks.The service was great. Ill be going there today to put tires on my beater.

Horrible service! My husband brought truck up here for brakes at 10am. Was told it would be after noon when it was done. And its now 4pm and the truck hasnt been touched. So now we have to get the truck and find somewhere else to get them put on. They had absolutely no excuse for their piss poor service

Good service fair prices

Have done business with them for years with no problems. This day they were crowded and started changing my tires on parking lot, no big deal, but started jacking my truck on differential, which could possibly damage cover and seal. Employee then moved over to axle which can damage axle seals. Manual states to always jack from points on frame. From a 3 generation mechanic family. When protested, employee gave smart comment and rude. Manager did nothing. After hour half wait, I left. Whatever has changed in their service and employee attitude, they need to fix. While no damage done, potential there for damage, why not take the safe precaution, and use the frame?

Awful service. Tried to get tires mounted and was told the tires wouldnt fit. That was a flat out lie, they never even tried. And a quick Google search revealed that they were indeed the right tires. Another time I took my car there to have tires put on that I purchased from them and I had to stop at Sheetz to put air in because they didnt put enough in. Even after I asked them to be sure and they assured me it was good to go and the tire light would go off after I drove a bit. I guess they just assumed it took 32lbs of air and didnt bother to actually read anything.
