When I called I confirmed with the receptionist that they did work on Beltones. She assured me they did. When I arrived for my appointment I had to fill out paperwork and give my DL which was copied, all before any discussion about why I was there. This same front desk person (the only person there) then proceeded to change my battery and couldn’t figure out how to disassemble the door on the receiver. She said “We don’t work on Beltones so I’m unfamiliar with how to open this”. I suspect this was the same person who assured me they work on Beltones.

I can hear!! Getting my hearing aid has been an amazing experience. Not only did they explain my type of hearing loss but also explained the entire process of getting my hearing aids and increaseing them to a normal level. Super nice staff and the best hearing center I have been to( and Ive been to quite a few 😂)

Found Accurate on line after years of my wife pleading with me to do something about my hearing! Lots of choices---glad I chose Todd. Excellent support, advice and thoroughness right from the start.Went in today for a 6 month maintenance---all of which is included in the initial cost(i.e. no extra hidden charges). Tammy spent a big chunk of time re-configuring, testing, cleaning, adjusting and perfecting an already great experience. She is a fine technician in her own right.Have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so. Couldnt be more satisfied..

I just went 5 days without hearing aids and Tammy from the Park Plaza office was able to repair my left hearing aid and program my new right hearing aid. I left the office able to hear again. I am so grateful, thank you Tammy

DR. Todd Williams is a very kind, considerate, compassionate doctor. He has been taking care of my hearing for several years. He always explains things very clearly showing how to do different things to your hearing device in order to get the maximum performance from it. I always look forward to my appointments and he always greets me like a very good friend. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an audiologist.Updated 10/4On Monday I called the office to ask about my one hearing device which wasnt working well. Tammy said she is now trained to check and often fix the devices. Well I was a little skeptical but went anyway. OMG she fixed it in seconds! There was a little wax residue from when I had the wax removed from my ears. I can now hear just like I did when I first got my devices!! Wow, so wonderful. Tammy said shell be there Monday through Friday so I can go in if I ever have a problem. Dr. Williams and Tammy are the best!!

What a great experience...we were summering in Tillamook when one aid failed. We found Dr. Todd and Company online, made an appointment with his very nice patient coordinator and drove into Beaverton. It turned out to be a minor adjustment!Dr. Todd went out of his way to explain the units and answered our many questions. More than fair when it was time to pay for his services. We will be back when its time to replace these hearing aids. Thanks AgainSusan

I was very pleased with my experience Dr Todd Williams, and his secretary Sandra made me feel quite at ease . I would rate the overall experience as five stars. Plus he even showed concern for our 4 year old grand daughter and took the time to speak with her. I would recommend his services.

We just had our one year check up at Accurate Hearing and we couldnt be more satisfied. My husband and I both wear aids and had some trouble adjusting. Todd spend many hours helping us get used to them and learning to get the most out of them. They cant replace our ears but we are convinced we hear as well as artificially possible.

My initial meeting was fine. Todd was most helpful and friendly. I purchased a pair of hearing devices and was told to try them for a couple of weeks and then come back for an adjustment. I made an appointment and put in a request from work to take time off without pay. Went to the Beaverton office and had a 9:30 apt. Todd was in his office talking to someone and I finally left without seeing him after sitting for forty minutes. I made another apt. a couple of week ago on a Saturday for 10:00. His receptionist called me Friday before to confirm this apt. and I called her back that afternoon to see if he was going to be there as it was going to be a really sunny weekend. I said if he wanted to take the weekend off that I wanted to go crabbing with my friends at the beach. She assured me that he would be there and that I had a 10:00 apt. I showed up at his office at 9:45 and there was a couple standing out front of his office and they said he hadnt showed yet. They told me that this was the second time that he had stood them up for an apt. I waited until 11:15 and then left. There were two more customers waiting that had appointments after me. His receptionist called me on Monday to say she was sorry and that someone had come in unexpected the first time that he stood me up. I asked why Todd hadnt called to apologize and she told me that he was going to call me that day. Its been about three weeks ago and no call. I wouldnt buy a broomstick from Todd. Very poor follow up service.

A little-known service that Todd and Accurate Hearing provide is custom hearing protection - in other words, earplugs that fit, just for you. Preserving my hearing from damaging noise is very important to me, but I am unable to wear most styles of over-the-counter ear plugs due to the shape of my ear canals. When I heard about custom hearing protection, I knew it was the right thing for me. It was much less expensive than I had anticipated, very comfortable and highly effective. There are many different styles of custom hearing protection, which either filter or block sound, to suit your needs. I own two pair of Ear Defenders and recommend them frequently for my patients.

I was referred to Accurate Hearing Centers (Beaverton Office) by a close friend when my hearing loss from military service worsened.... Todd was great from day one... set up an appointment that worked with my schedule and worked with me to find a solution to my hearing loss and the problems being caused by them... Todd has continued to be a great help to me in keeping my hearing aids in tip top condition and adjusting the programming at my regular check ups (all part of the service that Accurate Hearing Centers provides for all its clients!)

Tammy was ready to pair my hearing aid remote with the hearing aid and he computer failed. She tried to fix it and let me try a couple of WIFI steps that I knew. She tried very hard to get it going and finally called her IT tech. I left and she called me promptly after the Tech solved the problem. Pairing was complicated since I was a new patient, but she was diligent and got me going in less than 30 minutes

Beware. Misrepresentation. The website describes, “FREE In-office Repairs, FREE In-ear Inspections, FREE Hearing Screenings & Consultations.” I made an appointment and explained that I had lost a hearing aid and wanted to have a spare programmed for temporary use while I considered a permanent replacement for the missing aid. I was assured that there would be no charge (though I offered to pay a reasonable amount) if my temporary aids needed programming and I provide a recent audiogram. But after arriving for my appointment, Todd immediately informed me that there would be no FREE service, and programming a set of hearing aids would cost $300. I recognized I’d been duped and left the office, never to return. I subsequently located a no hassle service provider who programmed the hearing aids for $59.00.
