Worst service and customer service ever. They do not put customers first and hardly ever answer the phone. most of the time you have to leave a message and then wait till they have time to talk to you. I ended up really not trusting anyone at this company--they just say what they think you want to hear. Folks beware-run!

Where do I begin! This company has been a big disappointment from the start. When they arrived the install team came into our new build to install our kitchen countertops and beverage bar. Our contractor could see when they placed the countertops down that our range was not going to fit. The install team had serious attitude and were not interested in hearing his words. They DID NOT check to make sure the countertops were the right size before GLUING them down onto our brand new cabinets. They left quickly. My contractor tried to fit the range in and sure enough it did not fit. We had to call them back . They came back with again their unnecessary attitudes. To fix the problem they thought it would be a good idea to try and HAND GRIND our countertop. They didnt put up any protection while grinding in our house so you can imagine the toxic dust we had in our house after just painting 2 days ago. The two men themselves where so covered in dust it didnt seem safe to breathe. I didnt understand their problem solving skills. It seems to me if something didnt fit, youd take it back to your company and have them use the appropriate tools to make a straight line. Trying to make a straight line with a hand grinder was not even close to working. In the end, they admitted with the attitude they had ruined the countertop. We made another install date weeks later which of course with a new build adds weeks to being behind schedule with our subs. We had to push back our tiler and plumber.Second install we get a call 7:30am from FloForm that they wont make their 8-11am window because they broke our slab putting it on the truck. We had to push back our subs again. They have not given us a date for the 3rd attempt, which youd think theyd get right on that.We understand accidents and unfortunate things can happen while building but its been their lack of response, unprofessionalism and they seem to have no need to make this right for us the customer who paid in full and now have other expenses due to these mistakes. We had our house professionally cleaned after the sanding Incident (which they did pay for). Their efforts to finding a cleaning company was pretty sad. They were calling small businesses thinking it was a 1 person job, downplaying the mess. We needed a professional commercial company with equipment. I ended up having to tell them who to call.I would never recommend this company, they do not have the customers best interest. In the end we lose because they will not reimburse and well have to get new countertops.Buyer Beware!

The worst company ever, they rescheduled twice leaving us sitting for over a week with no sink or countertops, then when they finally show they didnt bring everything they needed so they have left the job half done and then tried to get my husband to sign a certification of completion, what a joke. We bought the countertops thru lowes and they have been of no help at all, they have done nothing but put me off and say theyll call me back, so far they havent

Its been a long journey getting my countertops installed correctly. I had them come out 3 times for installing my countertops. Its been so sad. They arent perfect yet but better than it was. I was told that a supervisor would get back to me but of course they never did. I was told that several times. It would have nice for some kind of compensation. We went through Lowes and would never do that again.

We are very satisfied with the selection and installation of a countertop and backsplash in our laundry room. Noel, the designer who came to our house to help select the quartz and tile back splash material, did a great job in selecting the material to complement the tile floor and cabinetry. She was very responsive in providing a competitive quote and answering all questions about the installation. The installation went very smoothly and we are satisfied with the quality. Our project was relatively small but we felt we received the same quick and excellent service that a larger customer would receive.

I initiated my quartz countertop purchase through Costco, which led me to Floform. My experience has been abysmal. The installers came yesterday with 4 pcs for my small kitchen, and not at all as promised, so I had them leave without installing it. Jeanine (the Portland OR area Costco rep) , had said there might be one corner seam, and it would be their special European... slope cut, which she had a sample of - and was near seamless tongue and groove like. The template guy came out a week before and said it should get done without any seam, but might have one corner seam at the most. Instead a get 4 pieces from Floform, with straight lines on both sides of the range (covered with blue tape in the picture), with a straight edge 90deg cut from front to back. Not a diagonal from the corner, and not the self supporting seamless cut that was displayed by Jeanine. If that isnt enough, that small piece on the right is the wrong dimensions on both the length and width. The surfaces of the adjoining pieces are also at different levels. I can see them gluing these together, and besides looking unprofessional, coming apart with some stress applied to the small piece.Alicia, the representative from Floform (Portland OR area supplier for Costco), is completely unwilling to help. Jeanine (Costcos rep) only solution is to just let them install it! She has completely backtracked on her previous statements concerning the corner seam using the special cut, and is offering no help. According to Floform and Jeanine, I got the square feet of quartz that I paid for. Following along that line, I guess it wouldnt make any difference if the gave it to me in 8 pieces!I will be contacting Costco corporate to see if they can help resolve this. It is marketed to be top notch quality product, both parts and installation. I spent over $8000 for the counter tops, sink, and backsplash - with the promise professional results and Costco standing behind the work. I havent seen any of that from Floform, or the Costco representative. BEWARE!!!Their latest email says I will incur additional charges due to holding up the installation! They had their plumber come out today for the sink/disposal, even though they knew the counter and sink had not been installed. These people are not reputable...

We had a Zoom meeting with Noel to discuss what we wanted. After 2 weeks of not getting an estimate, we emailed to check in and were promised an estimate that day. Another 2 weeks went by and finally after emailing and calling, we received the estimate. If it takes this long to get just the estimate, we decided it was not worth giving our business.

We worked with Jared to get our countertop installed. He was great at communicating with us and scheduling a measurement. When the countertop was ready, we scheduled a time and his team showed up when they said they would show up. The were courteous, wore masks, and went right to work. When they were done, the only sign they were ever there was a sparkling new countertop. We had a great experience with them and will definitely use them again.

Where do I start! if it could go wrong it went wrong! I am really hoping that my interaction with FloForm was a once off...But it was for sure that last time I would ever use them and & 1000% would not recommend them!- Install was 3 weeks delayed...Then cancelled on the day of install!- When they finally arrived the back splash was the wrong size... Needed to wait another week for final install.- Install team arrived with no masks and wore shoes in my home up and down the stairs! Even after telling the Manager (Jason) the first time about masks the same team arrived back to finish install again no masks!- First install... Showed up 30 mins late after a two hour window & I had to call Floform to see if they where still coming, Second install window was 8am - 5pm LOL- When I spoke to the Manager (Jason Nissen) and asked him what he was going to do for me he said I will try finish the job... My response... TRY... He said What do you want me to do, Buy you dinner ! There is so much wrong with that response Im not even going to get into!My review... Buyer Beware!

We went through Costco for new countertops. They came out for the install but it was subcontractors. They ripped out the old countertops that left holes and ripped pieces of the dry wall. I asked about putting the brackets back on the island that were help supporting the counter but they said they are not needed. Even though there were holes on the island where they were. Then one of the pieces was not finished because the slab was too small. Said they would be out in a week to replace. Once they left I noticed that the sink that was installed was the wrong color. And had to set up a time to come back and replace. So more days without a sink. I asked the company about the holes in the drywall and they said they don’t repair. I stated in the paperwork we signed it said they they would and just not paint. So they said they would have the contractors come back out when they bring the sink. So my wife had to get off early from work to meet with them and they were rude to her while doing the work and asking questions. She asked about the brackets also but told her that they already told her husband they are not needed. And she told them that we would like them up anyway to cover the screw holes. Then continued to make comments to her, enough that she went upstairs in tears. They did a very sloppy job on the wall repairs. Finally got the new piece installed with actual flo form workers. But they didn’t have the same color of caulking that was used before so they had to come back out again to get the same type. A week later the bracket in the island came off they used the smallest screw that was barely into the wood. So they came out and repaired that. After everything was done and all the complaints we filed they were only willing to refund $300. Because of the two days extra with out the kitchen sink. Even though the incredibly rude contractors, mistake after mistake. The whole process took 3-4 weeks That should have been a day and I still have a terrible patch job behind the stove and above the backsplash in a couple of places. We spend that amount of money, you don’t expect this lousy of service.

Overall, I had great service from all the people I dealt with at Floform. The counters look wonderful. The install team arrived on time and took out the old counters, sink, facet etc.Installed the new counters without any issue.I have two items I think are enough of an issue to reduce star ratings.1. The dishwasher was connected to the original countertop. Austin didnt have the necessary items to reconnect the dishwasher to the cabinet or counter top. A little odd when he said to just have the plumber do it. This was not a plumbing reconnection issue2.The install of the counters are so tight against the free standing stove Im hopeful there isnt an issue moving or replacing the stove. 1/4 inch gap on one side, no gap on the other.Love the counters, but now know what to watch for in the future.

We hired Floform to install Cambria countertops, backsplash, new kitchen sink and faucet and bathroom sinks. This has been a horrible experience. Floform subcontracts out every facet of the job except for the countertops. Modern Plumbing was the only subcontractor that we didnt have a problem with. The countertops are beautiful. However, the backsplash is a disaster. The person that initially installed it had 1 year of experience installing tile and it showed. They have had to redo almost the whole backsplash. I requested leadership to come out and look at the train wreck of a backsplash but to no avail. Portland Installations removed the cooktop and now the downdraft fan wont go down. Ive been told that they dont cover this. So now, Im stuck with a minimum of $750 to fix the downdraft and it might not be repairable. This project was supposed to be completed in 4 days. We are now 6 weeks in and Im not satisfied. Dont let Costcos endorsement as a guarantee of good work. Do NOT use Floform.

I did two projects with this company. One property was simple and easy; the other was complex. If you have a job that is a simple countertop replacement, then youll probably have a reasonable experience with this company (caution - see note below about subcontractors). If you have a complex job, you are likely to be disappointed. floForm is not staffed with the people needed to manage complex issues (carpentry needs, for example).Caution - subcontractors - The plumbing contractor was a disaster. They broke a valve (see image). Instead of replacing the valve, they jury rigged a extension off the remaining valve. This later contributed to the cabinet becoming flooded. Last weekend, my cabinet was again full of water. It turns out the plumber installed the new $300 garbage disposal, but reused the $5 fitting that connects the dishwasher hose to the garbage disposal. The fitting was about 20-years old and the rubber was hard and brittle. Sure enough, it broke. In the photo you can somewhat see the condition of the fitting. This is only about 6-months after the project. The part is obviously in poor condition and should never have been reused. The tile sub also gave me concern. They seemed to do reasonable work, but the overall kitchen project was so painful that I looked to see if floForm was even using licensed subcontractors. Sure enough, the tile sub was nowhere to be found on the Oregon Construction Contractor Board, nor the Oregon Secretary of State website.I let it all go until my cabinet flooded last weekend. Now Im prompted to warn others. I would say that floForm is a high-volume countertop replacement company capable of simple jobs. To maximize profit, they seem to go with questionable subcontractors. Best of luck if you use floForm.

We got bids from three different fabricators. We chose Floform for several reasons. My sister was very pleased with her installation and countertop from a Cambria dealer on the east coast. We also liked the Cambria color selections. The reviews for Floform were positive. Noel came to our home, gave us an estimate, explained everything in detail, and was very honest, professional and patient.(I ask a lot of questions!) We were told that the installation would be complete in one day, and it was! The person who did the the template was very professional. Noel had said that they probably wouldnt have to tear out our existing top(granite squares)to do the template and leave us without a counter top and she was correct. The installers came right on time, tore out the old countertop and saved the back splash. We were so pleased. They completed the install including a new sink in one day!!!We highly recommend FloForm in Portland.

Our condo kitchen seriously needs an update, and the countertops are one of the major projects on the list. The current tops are completely scratched and embarrassing. I am so glad I met Sarah Mendoza from Floform Countertops. She walked me through the large and beautiful showroom, but more importantly she really listened to our kitchen and home needs. She asked very specific questions about our lifestyle throughout the meeting before providing recommendations. My husband and I love to entertain and enjoy cooking at home. I do most of the cleaning in the house, so I need surfaces that are easy to manage but look refined and elegant. Sarah helped me find the right surface options for our home. She openly discussed the pros and cons of each surface in the showroom, which I really appreciated. I never felt like she was just trying to sell me the high priced items. She really wanted us to find something we love and that is practical for our life. The whole process from start to finish is laid out seamlessly by the Floform team. I am just so impressed by the level of professionalism and integrity this company has. I especially recommend working with Sarah from Floform.

Love, love the new quartz options! Recently we decided to update our kitchen. New countertops were a must. The old formica was tired and ugly. Being new to Portland we did not know where to turn and there are so many choices. My painting contractor suggested we call Sarah Mendoza of Floform. My carpenter suggested Brand X. So, I called them both and asked for bids. The difference in their service was night and day. Sarah called me right back and even with her busy schedule made time to see me in 24 hours. Then, much to my surprise she got a bid back to me just a few hours after her visit. It was (unlike the other one I got) very complete down to the last detail and slightly less $ than I had expected. The selection of stone options was beautifully displayed indoors (a plus in Portland). The Floform installation crews are professional and prompt and careful with your surroundings (installation damage can be a nightmare). Start to finish true professionals. Once we had done that, we realized that we needed to update the countertop to really bring our bathroom into the 21st century. We went to FloForm Countertops where Sarah Mendoza walked us through our choices for a new bathroom countertop. Sarah listened to what we were looking for and how much we were interested in spending and took us directly to the product that fit our needs. Since we had just had the room painted, we explained what the room looked like and Sarah showed us several different color options that would coordinate well with our colors. We chose a Corian countertop in a dark gray color (with flecks of blue and beige) and followed Sarah’s suggestion that we have a cameo white sink bowl to go with it.We placed the order and waited in anticipation to get our new countertop. Once it was in, we scheduled the install. The installers showed up on time and were very professional and courteous during the time they were in our home. They were very careful to put drop cloths down to protect our carpet and flooring and they went about the install efficiently and professionally. We had such a great experience with Sarah and FloForm that we are definitely going to go back to her when we start shopping for a new kitchen countertop. I contacted Floform Countertops because I needed kitchen and bathroom countertops replaced. The original countertops were custom cement countertops that ended up being too much work to take care of and were starting to look shabby after only seven years of use. I was looking for high quality, durable countertops and really liked the look of marble and granite, but after the experience I had with the cement countertops, I was very leery of anything that would require any sort of maintenance. Well, I couldn’t be happier with my choice. On the advice of our salesperson, I ended up going with a quartz countertop that has the look of Carrera marble and the countertops look amazing and very durable as well. I don’t know if I could damage these countertops if I tried! They are a breeze to maintain and the salesperson, Sarah Mendoza was a joy to work with. Sarah’s quiet confidence and expert knowledge of the products came through right away so that I knew instantly that I was in good hands. I was especially pleased that we were able to schedule a Saturday appointment to pick out the materials. The customer service was exceptional, the installation was seamless and the quality was better than I hoped for. I couldn’t be happier.
