What can I say, they were great! Our home is relatively new, 4.5 yrs old, were original owners yet the carpet and pad that came with the new house didnt last long, and my wife and I are easy on stuff. H&W came to the rescue. Marvin gave us a great deal on the absolute best 8lb pad and great Shaw carpet. The did the whole house in 2 days (we had to move furniture, otherwise if the house was empty could have been in the same day). The initial stepping on to the new carpet was so nice! Wow! Its amazing what a nice carpet and pad will do. Feels so good under your feet! The installers did a great job as well! Great guys! Im recommending H&W to my parents for their house. Were very pleased!

I needed my house carpeted in a hurry because I was selling it. I was hoping to support a local business and I heard good things about H&W. The entire team exceeded my expectations at every step. They have a great selection of carpets and a friendly sales staff. Marvin came over right away and gave me a reasonable quote. The only problem we encountered was that two of his installation teams were away. Marvin got to work calling around and was able to secure a team and get my house carpeted within 3 days! The carpet looks great and I was able to get the house on the market right away. Thanks Marvin and H&W!

The Family Owned is generally over-hyped in advertisements. H&W is the reason I want to deal with a family owned store. H&W has three generations working, and they all do a great job. No waiting for my salesman to be in, everyone just gets questions answered, and the job done. I particularly appreciated the carpet education, it made buying decisions easier, and more confident. I will defiantly be doing business with H&W in the future!

These folks saved the day and got new carpet installed within 24 hours of purchase. Loved them.

This post is way past due. I wanted to write a review last year but life was crazy. My mom bought carpet from a local person who turned out to be a horrible customer service and after the death of my moms husband he was a horrible person. Point is I drive past this company everyday and have for years. I stopped by hoping to get leads on who will install carpet that was purchased from somewhere else. The lady at the desk I honestly cannot remember her name gave me a list of installers they use. Again sadly I cannot recall who my mother got but it was a gentlemen and his son from the list I was given and they charged for $1500 less than what she was told by the one she bought the carpet from but they also did it 3 days faster then she was told.

The quote was quick and accurate. The team came in and re-carpeted our whole house in just a few hours. They were polite and efficient. I highly recommend this company

I wasnt sure if I wanted to write this review...but since Ive had a problem both times Ive used this company, I think it needs a reality check if you choose to work with them.1. The sales staff is fine. They seem nice, but what you order and request is not what gets installed. And that is hugely frustrating.2. The sub-contractors are just not professional. Out of the 3 teams I used, only one was decent...but even then, I had to pay a person afterwards to fix their mistakes.So this last time, I ordered a trim to cover the connection between the floor in the bathroom that was laid and the new carpet. And the installer refused to install it and simply tucked the carpet under the bathroom flooring at the crease. In addition to refusing that work (I even paid for the material) he refused to caulk around the toilet and only did part of the trim glue...which was peeling off the next day.The team that came after...again, theyre ok, but they refused to fix the mistake the other installer made. And the sales team that I was working with only told me to ask them to fix it. Again, they refused...I cant make someone do it. But I can take my business elsewhere. I have two more rooms and a huge living space to do next. I would rather pay more, for a professional job, than save pennies for a job I have to get redone.Dont use them...get someone that will do the job right.

H&W were so wonderful to work with! Got a great quality carpet and installation for a great price and everyone was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process.
