Thank you so much Holly for helping me get new mattresses for my boys bunk beds. The Snug mattresses are a perfect fit. The boys love them. It will be hard to get them out of bed.Ordering them and picking them up were so easy. They came in easy to transport boxes and once we took off the vacuum packaging they inflated very quickly. No weird smell either. Best mattresses value I have ever bought!

I am moving to Beaverton and wanted a Purple mattress there when I arrived. I made a quick call and was helped out immediately. On top of that, they were willing to price match the sale price that was on the Purple website as well as gave me advice on what to put under the mattress. There were no gimmicky sales techniques asking for me to purchase add-ons. I will definitely go back for future purchases.

I had the best mattress buying experience here! Holly helped me find the most amazing mattress and I even ended up getting an adjustable frame for it as well. She was what I wish all sales people were like, friendly, informative, not pushy or hard-sell, and thoroughly enjoyable to work with. So I’ve never had a brand new mattress in my life (unless the one in my crib as a child counts (and even then I didn’t sleep in that one for long))! I was super excited to pick one out for my first solo apartment life. I’d ordered one off a popular website out of a box and it wasn’t the mattress for me. Luckily, the worker at my store H (their name is longer, but for privacy I’ll just say a letter!) found a single one at a warehouse for me, but sadly it was a ghost and nowhere to be found. But H, as lovely as ever, sent their delivery team a town over to pick it up and is waving the delivery fee! I am so thankful and grateful to H for their hard work and dedication. Especially in difficult times. Thank you, H and Mattress Firm!

My father-in-law needed a bed for his new long term care home. Most mattress stores are closed, but there was a sign on the Mattress Firm door with a number to call to make a showroom appointment. Zach made an appointment for us to visit the showroom the next day, and he was great. My father-in-law tried several styles of mattresses and picked one that was comfortable and in his price range. Mattress Firm is having a special (free!) right now on a nice adjustable platform, but unfortunately it would not be ready in time for my FIL’s move into his home in a few days. Zach helped arrange for him to get special pricing on an upgraded adjustable platform. Overall, just an awesome experience. Thank you, Zach!

He let us take our time until we found a bed that tickled our fancy, and he even gave us a great deal on it! We were there a bit longer than expected, but only because Rusty was so fun to talk to. I started my quest for a new bed on June 28th. I tried BedMart. They sold me a bed and assured in 10 days it would be delivered. I waited and waited.... after close to six weeks had passed and no bed I went in and got a refund.SAME DAY I contacted Mattress Firm on Beaverton/Hillsdale near Hwy 217 and six days later it has arrived. GO TO SEE JAMES!!! He is low pressure, sweet, funny, and very informed! This was our 2nd mattress firm we went to after an unhelpful experience down the road and I came into this store mad lol. I immediately liked James bc of his accessible and friendly approach to showing us around. Instead of overwhelming me with possibilities and prices he asks my budget and needs. He then ensures that’s what we want by clarifying, having us test products, and offering suggestions. Within 15 minutes we learned that Queen was almost the exact price of the full so we upgraded, that adjustable bed frames could help my boyfriends side sleeping and shoulder pain so we upgraded to that, and it was free with the purchase of our mattress! I was about to give up on shopping but instead I have a super cool remote control frame and amazing mattress that fits both me and my boyfriends (very different) needs within our budget. What a relief! Thanks James see you in 10 years when the warranty expires!

As an older person on fixed income, I advised him of my needs, and he totally worked with me not only on finding the mattress for my needs (aka aches and pains 😊), but told me of several different options, not just push a mattress. I absolutely will refer him to all my friends, family, and anyone who mentions a need in the future. GREAT experience!

Shopped for a twin mattress with my 6 year old today. Got great help from the store manager, Robert, who was friendly and knowledgeable, answering questions when I had them, but leaving me space to find the right mattress. The store even had a kids table to keep little hands occupied. My daughter and I found a great mattress that was on sale and will be delivered in 2 business days. Couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience

We came into Mattress Firm in Beaverton, Oregon yesterday with our elderly mom, who is recuperating from major surgery and needs a mattress to come home to. Kyle listened to my moms needs and her budget, he made practical suggestions, was knowledgeable and engaging, and in the end my hard-to-please mom had exactly the mattress that she required. I didnt end up buying a mattress but would still recommend the store to others. The salesman I spoke with was not pushy at all and I felt like they were just there to help me learn all of the ins and outs of the mattresses. Ill definitely consider coming back once Ive done more research.

My husband and I bought our first brand new mattress together here. Todd was extremely helpful and not even remotely pushy! Very understanding of budgets but also helped us pick something we both loved. I adore my new bed!

This showroom had a great range of beds, but the price tags you see from the aisles are for the mattress only. Add between $100 and $400 more and you have the real price of the bed. We have been to other mattress stores where the price you see as you approach the bed is the ENTIRE cost of the bed, so we were disappointed with this sales tactic. The sales rep also kept going back and forth on giving us a total price, and in the end we felt like we were being misled and taken advantage of.
