Dropped off a couple cabinet doors to have glass installed. The office staff was friendly and had my doors finished same day. Very happy with the service!

Ive previously used Canyon Glass at my work, and so I was very happy to select them to replace 3 failed windows on my house. Their estimates are accurate and fairly priced, and their service and installation are outstanding! Their installation technicians are very considerate, professional, and do high quality work. The project timeline was also quick - less than two weeks from the initial estimate to the installation of the new windows. On the call they quote me around $300 to replace a 4x1ft window glass.After they came inspecting, they quote me $7XX...Another vender willing to have it done with $320

First, I want to say that they did a beautiful job repairing my window and it looks great. If I were just rating the product and installation, I would have given 5 stars. But this company is priced on the high side and the customer service is not all one would hope for considering the cost of the work. That said, the quality of the work is excellent and I would recommend them to family and friends.

I bought a shower door. From sales to installation, everything was very smooth. The installer (super friendly) and his trainee were great! They were quick, clean, and did a flawless job. I highly recommend them.

Dwayne came and installed our frameless shower door and did an absolutely fantastic job. The experience with Canyon Glass was perfect, and they were able to get us a door installed faster than any other company in Portland. Highly recommended.

This was the 2nd time I used Canyon. Im a general contractor. Customer service the first time was normal, this time it was poor. Ordered a $14 piece of glass as test for a larger $600 project. Ordered late Thursday, told it would be done Monday. No call Monday morning so I called in the afternoon and was told Tuesday morning. No call by them Tuesday. Called Wednesday morning and was told were starting it now. Upon questioning why they wouldnt call and update me.. I wasnt given an apology, but was given a long list of ... were busy. we dont have staff to call for that purpose, Shop guys will get to it when they can. I stated a $14 piece of annealed glass can only be a 5-10 minute job. Another long list of reasons about insufficient staff, were busy, etc, etc and no hint or contrition nor a simple sorry. Just well call you when its done. I asked why I should place my next $600 order if this was the level of customer service they provide? STILL didnt phase her and still didnt receive a hint of contrition or being apologetic. Ended the call. 15 minutes later, she, Joanne calls me back to say its ready. I clarified that I had just spoken with her earlier and stated that she had the experience to know that its simpler to defuse a customers frustration with poor service by simply saying Im sorry, rather than give a whole bunch of excuses. She then apologized. Will try them again in future, but Im placing the larger order with their competitor, A1 Glass.

Canyon Glass really knows their stuff! I was blown away with how much knowledge Dain and his team possess about their industry. The glass “fun-facts” he shared were fascinating and I knew that our project was in capable hands. From the start, Dain took the time to listen to our vision, our concerns and our ideas to make it work. He acknowledged us each step of the way and kept us well informed throughout the process, giving us samples and updates as our project was being created. When our glass piece was done, Dain was very prompt at installing it and working with our busy office hours. The Canyon Glass crew was very meticulous as well as personable, and everything was done above our standards- even the post install cleanup was great! Thanks for capturing our vision and turning it into a beautiful, safe display at our office- we couldn’t be happier with the outcome!
