Good customer service

The employees at the print/copy shop are always very helpful. There have been a couple of times where they couldnt find my order, but it was always either reprinted or found. The prints are also always good quality, the colors are sometimes a little less bright than Id like, but for the pricing, convenience and speed of service, its an acceptable issue.

Went in today for the free lamination for my Covid vax cert. The lady was so nice. Amazing service.

Drove far for a specific desk. Online said in stock, 3 of them. We arrive, not available, we go for another desk there. Not in stock. No sorrys no call or message to tell us. They claim they did but the only call we got was a hang up after answering. At the end we got a sarcastic sorry and have a good day.

I was at an Office Depot in hillsboro yesterday and received less than satisfactory service and help. Today I came into the Cedar Hills location and Mara, one of the amazing employees, went above and beyond to assist me. She confirmed the product I was looking for was out of stock but was able to find one single item that she remembered she saw and saved my day. Mara could have simply turned me away like the other store but she made things great. Thank you Mara and office depot. Great service.

Bad service, the old lady with short hair, she works in the printing copy she is so rude, if you don’t want to work or help clients just retired. I never been treating so poorly. Bad customer service I ended paying $3 for one copy. I will never use your services

Thank you for coming to our rescue when Best Buy left us out in the cold. Preston was really great and helped us with our dying laptop. He also sold us a new one to meet our pressing needs. Prestons customer service is excellent and we are grateful for his help. He also worked quickly and efficiently. We will be back and are happy to be Office Depot customers.

TERRIBLE customer service! I went to pick up an order I placed online but didnt see any obvious place to go for pick up so I waited in the checkout line. Once I was called up, I explained that I was there for pick up and the employee told me to step aside and wait for a manager.The employee then greeted another customer and never told a manager I was there waiting. While waiting on the side, I watched people who got in line AFTER I had been told to wait, check out and leave the store. When they called another customer up, I finally spoke up and asked What am I waiting for!? To which the employee shortly answered The line. As if it were obvious that I should wait for there to be no line regardless of the fact that it continued to grow and I was there first.I was furious and said that I had been waiting since before any of the people they were helping had gotten in line. A woman in the center, who I later learned was the manager, rolled her eyes and waved me over. I was too furious so I just walked out.I later called to complain that I wasnt happy with how I was treated, that I didnt appreciate the eye roll and I would be back the next day but didnt want to wait for half an hour to be helped. The manager said she didnt roll her eyes. She also told me that a manager has to get the item because its locked for security and asked me if I wanted it to be left unlocked, again with a condescending tone. It was more like she was asking me a no-brainer, do you really want it left out for just anyone, as opposed to advising me of my options for a speedy checkout.Ive worked and managed in customer service for over a decade and while I understand customers can be difficult, you always first assume that they are upset for a legitimate reason and hear them out, you dont automatically go into defensive mode. The managers need some serious customer service training and the store needs a better system of organization and communication. I will not be returning.

Great for a quick print job. I was able to email my document to their print center email and didn’t have to rent computer time like at some other print centers. I’m totally pleased with $.15/copy

Wanted to drop off an item to ship and also print some photos. We waited about 10 minutes before the other three employees that were greeting customers and talking to one another to come over and assist the lone employee in the print & ship station.We ordered 18 photos (3 copies each of 6 photos), but they only printed 9. They must have pulled out their printer from 2005 when I worked there to print them because they were TERRIBLE quality. Stretched out and blurry. Not even proper photo paper, either. The employee wasnt even using proper photo software to print from. Just kind of a disaster all around. Good thing my grandmother wont be able to tell a difference in the blurry pictures anyway.

Say they close at 7pm online, store window says 6pm. Duh
