Everyone there was great! The exams were done quickly and thoroughly, with results explained. While picking out frames and answering insurance questions, the staff pleasantly chatted with me about places to see in the area. This added a nice personal touch to the visit and Ill definitely be back!

If anyone needs a great eye doctor I can tell yall one her name is Dr katie Barnes shes located at the Green in Beavercreek Ohio its 4419 walnut street Unit F 117 and she will go out of her way to help you and shes super nice I havent had anybody do that she really cares about people so please go there and her staff is very friendly and helpful too I felt very comfortable

Fantastic experience! Kim A. took the time and listened to make sure that my husbands glasses were properly fitted and that he could see well. After 4 or more years at a different provider, he was convinced that clear vision was an impossibility. We highly recommend Pearle Vision.

I been coming to Pearl Vision for years, since it was located in Cross Point. I have had excellent care. Kim at the Greene is very very helpful and an experience that covers all the needs. I recommend the store at the Greene highly.

Very poor customer service.Went in Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 to have a repair done,was told that the girl who does them was on lunch. I asked if she would be out long and was told that she would be back in a couple of minutes.45 minutes later I seemed to bother the young girl,the only employee I saw the whole time by asking if she would be back soon.Sorry I wasted my time left with broken glasses.Used them for years last time for me

I booked an appointment and they said we could go over my insurance stuff once I arrived or call ahead. I called, and they rushed to get off the phone as they were attending to other customers which is fine, but they didnt even offer to call back. They just said to come in and we can look at it. I brought my cards and they couldnt distinguish if I had optical coverage or not. I know I do. But they insisted on me calling my insurance company and asking what my coverage was. I said, so you want me to call and ask my insurance company what my optical coverage is...? This didnt make sense. I suggested they call them. They said I had to. I called, and my insurance company was very surprised that they had me call them to find this out. My insurance company said that they should have called. Besides that, I came back in and they said they dont accept my insurance. Which is fine, but then why did you have me call my insurance company. Wish they could have just figured that out at the beginning. They made me feel so uncomfortable. Very strange experience.

Rushed exam with incorrect prescription. Was told maybe theyre what you need. Pretty sure my eyes didnt magically get better. After the 2-3 weeks to get them in, the week I was told Id need to wear the incorrect ones for (which I cant because I cannot drive without my glasses), and with the extra 2-3 weeks it will take to manufacture the right prescription I will have been waiting almost 2 months for glasses. Still waiting to see if Im offered another exam or if I will still have to wait more weeks for a pair of glasses I cannot wear.

Honestly being nice putting one Star just because I have to🙄 other than them being shady on pricing, they are horribly slow and rude. Worst experience Ive had for an eye care place. Other than the lady who did my exam the staff is awful. I will make sure to warn anyone talking about getting glasses or contacts to not come to this place. After being treated so poorly Im still waiting on trials so I can have my contact prescription. Ive waited over two weeks just for trials, unable to order my contacts which will still take up to another 2-3 weeks. I really hope whoever is over this store pulls it together

Things you should know before you go:You MUST either have your eyes dilated or do a retinal scan (extra cost) before they will give you an eye exam. I didnt want to pay extra for the scan so I had my eyes dilated even though Ive gotten an exam once a year for the past 20 years without dilation.If you are getting a contacts exam, they will NOT give you a trial pair even though Ive always received a trial pair at other optometrists whether it was in Virginia, California, or Ohio. I asked the OD about it and he looked at me like I had 3 heads and told me I can order a pair with my new prescription. I even asked around and everyone I talked to said they receive a free trial pair after their yearly exam.If you change your mind and want to cancel your glasses order less than 24 hours after it is placed, you cant. You can exchange them for another pair after it comes in, though.

The staff is super at this location the doctor at that location is super knowledgeable and friendly and easy to talk to. The staff help me pick frames before seeing the eye doctor. Saw the eye doctor and then finished up with one of the staff members and now I just have to wait for my amazing new glasses. Highly recommended.

Ive read the two reviews previous to mine and can say with certainty that I did not have a parallel experience in waiting for my glasses. Kim Allison was the staff who assisted me in obtaining a new (and might I say beautiful ^.^) pair of glasses frames...from the beginning of the process all the way to the end. She notified me it would take two weeks to receive them via mail, and it took just that. No two month wait for me! Informed staff, clean environment, and efficient service. If there was any wait time at all, its only due to being such a small location. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience and staff. So much knowledge in this store, and Tim was so helpful and knowledgeable about the contacts I needed. And I must say, he helped pick out an amazing pair of glasses for me and Ive gotten so many compliments!!!

You can not force people to do your optional testing. An eye exam is one thing, the digital imaging or dialation is another. Your paperwork does not state that either have to be done, but your employees do.

I saw Dr. Pedrotti and was so impressed I referred my husband, who did not wear glasses, but needed a routine exam for work. Dr. Pedrottis thorough eye exam uncovered a freckle. He immediately referred my husband to an ophthalmologist for additional testing. The freckle Dr. Pedrotti found in my husbands eye turned out to be melanoma. Dr. Pedrotti saved my husbands vision. I cannot thank him enough. Dr. Pedrotti is our optometrist for life!

I came in for an adjustment, and the entire staff was super helpful and friendly, even went as far as letting me know about the benefits of getting an eye exam. Highly recommend! Definitely will be back.

Go here if you dont mind waiting two months for your glasses to come in. My experience with the doctor and staff was pleasant and they told me that it would take two weeks for my glasses but almost two months later and still waiting on them. First they blamed the holidays and now they are blaming the lab. Wish I wouldnt have gone here.

I was previously at the Centerville Location now they moved to the Greene. I arrived 40 mins before my noon appt. They were all standing around chatting away. I filled out the questionaire in about 4 mins. Then I waited and waited a few customers arrived and were seen before me even though it was after my appt time. no one advised me why i was not being seen at my appointed time. Finally at 1 pm I had enough I walked out! Horrible experience. Who has this kind of time in the middle of the workday? I will spread the word about my experience!

This was my first time at the Pearl Vision at the Greene. Ive previously been going to the one in Centerville until they moved to the Greene. The Centerville Office was MUCH better. No waiting. The optometrist took care of you from beginning to end. Now at the Greene, the receptionist does some of what the optometrists was doing in Centerville (pressure test, retina imaging). Theyre making the optometrist see more patients per hour to save money. They might save money there, but then theyre paying for more people up front, and at the expense of patient service.I had to wait nearly an hour after my appointment time to see the optometrist. None of the folks there apologized for the long delay, or even gave me an update on the reason for the delay. My time with the optometrist was fine, although the setup seemed better (for the patient at least) in the Centerville office. Finally I was charged 20% more for the exact same treatment I had in the Centerville office the previous year, even though according to my insurance and the bill, my part should have been the same. Maybe they need to pay for the higher rents at the Greene! Ill have to go back to my insurance now to file a claim grievance.Overall, even though I like the optometrist, the move from Centerville to the Greene will probably mean Ill be looking for a new optometrists for myself and my family based on my last experience. Its too bad.Thank you Pearl Version for the personalized response. I see that whenever you receive a complaint, you simply copy/paste a generic reply like you did for the other negative posts. A reply more specific to the actual post would at least make it appear that youre actually concerned about the issue being raised.

THE WAITING GAME FOR YOUR CONTACTS OR GLASSES IS RIDICULOUS AND THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION OF WHEN THEY WILL BE IN .. I WILL BE DEFIANTLY TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE .. I GOT BETTER SERVICE AT WALMART BUT I HAD TO CHANGE DUE TO DIFFERENT INSURANCES.
