A1 products great customer service.

They have all the shoes, plus some of the different colors that you normally do not see in the big box stores.Some of the big box stores have shoes made and colored exclusively.. for their store.Champs is a good one to find most everything.

I try to catch the sales here to keep up with my workout gear, clothing and the like. The sales here are especially good. I deal with the lack of personnel during the sales, thats the deal with all retail these days.

Customer Service is Horrible to get a hold of. Had to order my shoes, they told me 3 to five days. Trying to find out where my order is,and nobody will answer...

Dont order shoes and expect the to come on time. I placed my order on Jan 31st and still havent received them and it Feb 16th. Customer care response sorry your shoes are in the mail and theres nothing we can do. And when you call customer service it takes 10-15 minutes to speak with someone.
