Great place for hair care, color, nail stuff and much more

Everyone was nice the worker helped me it was a good experience

Love going to this location, its convenient. I think its one of the smaller stores too but thats why I love it. They always have a really nice staff. The vibe is always welcoming, they always have what I need. And if they dont they show you the closest thing to what youre looking for. Always the best help too.

Can you update your online time schedule so that people dont show up at your locations at 7 pm and your closed please? Total waste of your potential customers time.

There are many things in this small store that are of higher quality than you would not find in a department store or grocery store. Sallys is a store that beauticians go to so they have unique items

This is a great location. The staff is knowledgeable and empathetic. The store has a wide variety of supplies, colors, and other beauty needs. Its always clean and marked for social distancing.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Since Covid-19 many stores have experienced disruption in stock. The associates here explained some items are back ordered and helped me make an alternative selection. Clean store and conveniently located. 👍👍

I love going into this place. They have always given me great advice and instruction on coloring or bleaching my hair. They always answer my questions thoroughly and professionally. The only down side I have discovered is that not everyone who works there has been through beauty school. That being said, they always go to the the other person working to find out the answer.

Chelsea was very nice and helpful. The other woman, she seemed to be manager, seemed a bit put out when anyone asked for assistance. If I had not witnessed her behavior before a few times, I would have thought she was just having a bad day.

They are always out of stock with their most popular items. Come to find out their employees buy it all when it comes in. How fair is that?Today was the last straw. I had $50 worth of stuff in my hand waiting to check out. I had to wait while it took two sally employees to call 5 other stores to find out of stock $3 lashes! Very rude. I shouldnt be treated this way if Im trying to give you money.---------------------------------Edit : The young clerk spoke to me very kindly. They still had low stock of their most popular items but I guess you can order online now. They discontinued their summer ion miracle spray, why?I have hanged to the Kettering location but one item was only stocked at Beavercreek so I went back. It was allot better.The young clerk spoke to me very kindly. I am glad they are doing better. This taught me not to put up with these horrible Ohio people working at these places. Im sick of it!

Came in for a few things I needed. Went to check out and got glared at by woman at the counter. She was extremely rude and did not want to help me at all. The entire time i was paying she continued to stare at me with one of the dirtiest look ive ever received and sigh as if I was inconveniencing her. I will NOT be spending money here again

I went in looking for curlers for my wig, for a cosplay event. There were two employees. The one girl was very helpful and friendly while her coworker completely chewed me out. She went off saying how she knew all about wigs and I overpaid for my synthetic wig. She verbally berated me for not buying a real hair wig, and when I tried to explain that it was because my wig is SNOW WHITE, and for a convention, she still couldnt seem to understand, other than admit a real hair wig would have fried. She was the least helpful employee, and wouldnt refer any products to me, other than a base description. She kept repeating how I overpaid for my wig, without even seeing the quality of it. (I paid a good price, on a high end synthatic wig)She told me outright the packaging lied to me and that even though the company who I purchased from has been able to confirm, through thousands of reviews, that their wigs can handle heat, she outright said, Youre wrong synthetic wigs lie itll melt.I normally never have an issue with that store, but it is WRONG for an employee to berate me for my purchase. I was nothing but polite and asking for some tips and suggestions, and instead I got lectured and berated for my purchase, which I had spent months researching.

The staff is always friendly but I often feel like their always trying to get me to buy stuff I dont need.

Good store, doesnt care more if the mainstream hair products but great for nail and skin care.

They say they closed at 9pm on Saturday but they were closed before 9pm. Employees must have better things to do then their job

The manager at this store is absolutely nasty to childern. I am calling corprate. I will NEVER visit this particular store again.

I came in looking for a bleaching kit for my hair. I asked one of the employees for help, she was an older woman with short hair. She ignored me for a moment, and when i asked for the bleach she proceeded to tell me how horrible it was for the hair and so on. She made me feel extremely terrible, and didnt even help me find the product i was looking for in the first place, I had to find it myself. I will not be going back to this Sallys because of the way this woman treated me.
