Giant Eagle is my go to with me having my kiddos and we love shopping there.....I always like that they have great meat and the burgers r great as well as I can find everything easy in the store...m

This Giant eagle is super cool they always had the best little things that I need to make my meals they also have my favorite ice creams which I cant usually find anywhere else they also have really good shrimp and seafood meats and cheeses when the places that I love going to and plus the parking lots always clean the buggy guys doing awesome job

Got my 1st covid shot here today.. Pharmacy people very nice and polite... Nurse that gave me shot was very prompt and courteous, talked to me while i was waiting and gave me advice and i waited for about 30 mins as a precaution...

All Giant Eagles get 1 star for corporate policies against those with medical conditions that cannot wear masks and treating us with disdain, and telling us we refuse to wear masks. Shame on you, Giant Eagle. Shame on you.

Everything is always too expensive here. the only good thing with giant eagle is their meats and produce. other than that, expect to pay a fortune for everything.

Doing great with safety. Had one person dedicated to cleaning off all carts after each use. Everyone had masks on and all markings for distancing was observed. I was very impressed

For an outland grocer, the quality is above average and selection is pretty decent. I can find my favorite hot sauce, Sambal Oelek there, soooo.

I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask and I have a medical exemption from my doctor. I was stopped by a woman at the door who asked me if I had a mask. I calmly explained to her my situation. She proceeded to tell me that she didn’t care that I had a medical condition and no one is allowed in the store without a mask. I told her I still need food and they are discriminating against me because of a medical condition. She said I wasn’t allowed to shop there. I said I will have to go somewhere else and shop to which she replied, “That’s fine”. I have done a lot of shopping there but they have lost my business for good over one rude person and their discriminatory policy.

This Giant Eagle (in Chippewa) is awesome. Clean, organized, friendly, helpful.

Sometimes my wallet just doesnt quite have enough in it for me to shop at Giant Eagle full time but I stop in any chance I get. Chippewa Giant Eagle has a lot of really great employees and they have been working at this location for a very long time. That is a good indication of a decent management team and decent job. The store is always clean. They are doing their best to lower prices but over all it usually is a little more expensive.

I used to shop at Giant Eagle every week. Now I only shop there when I have no other option. Their strict face mask policy does not follow Pennsylvania suggestions allowing for medical exceptions. Because of medical issues my doctor suggests that I dont wear a mask of any kind. When I have to shop at Giant Eagle I use a motorized cart which is helpful trying to breath with a mask on. Also, the bathroom smells really bad.

Chippewa Giant Eagle is one of the best locations of the chain in Beaver County. They always have fresh produce, a delicious salad bar and fruit bar. They also have one of the best looking hot food sections. They offer a great variety of flowers & balloons. The store always appears clean and orderly. They also offer dry cleaning services @ this location. They have a branch of Citizens Bank inside as well.

Store is always clean, has fresh produce, and rarely any lines at checkout. Whats not to like?

Love shopping at Giant Eagle. Produce, deli supplies, bakery n everything else is always in stock n cooked to perfection. Hot food bar has a wide range of different foods n their sales are always the best. I use a scooter in order to shop n have never had to wait on one or have one go dead in the store. If you get a chance shop at Giant Eagle n (YOU GONNA LIKE IT).

The staff is amazing at Giant Eagle. I just wish their prices were a little lower.

Fresh produce, nice staff!

Ive been going here for about a year now, mostly for lunch and lunch supplies. The salad bar has steadily improved. So had the selection of food components. Heavy cream is around in more options. Also the options for low carb tortillas have improved. I dig it. Ill keep coming back

All the employees were very nice and helpful. I usually shop at a different Giant Eagle, so things are in different places. But with help of the folks there I did fine.

Just a fast bathroom stop. I didnt get to see the store. The restroom met expectations.

An average store that appears to be clean and laid out in typical fashion. Prices seem to be higher than most Kroger stores. Produce selection looked nice with decent selection. To take advantage of most of the specials you need a membership card.

Got my flu shot went great.

If I could have given no stars I would. My mother went out of her way to try to surprise me with a cake for my 30th birthday. She ordered a 1/4 yellow sheet cake with whipped cream icing and specifically asked for all of the bells and whistles (glitter, sprinkles, lights, ribbons etc.) She ordered the cake a week in advanced so that there was time for it to be done correctly. Today (the day of my birthday) she picked up the cake and was beyond disappointed. They gave her a 1/2 sheet with satin icing and this cake was beyond plain. My mother was to the point of tears because she was so excited about this cake. She explained to the woman that this cake was not what she had ordered and the only consultation she had received $15 off the price of the 1/2 sheet cake she didn’t order! This thing barely even fits in the fridge and the bulk of it is just going to go to waste. It’s a shame that giant eagle is more worried about the profit rather than the guest satisfaction.

I am extremely disappointed that apparently no one appears to be trained on how to bag groceries. 3 times in the past 2 weeks and every time they constantly put refrigerated items in w/ non refrigerated. Most recently I purchased 12 bags of groceries that contained 11 refrigerated or frozen items. When they were bagged, 10 bags had 1 cold item in each. Dropping avocados and tomatoes into the bag instantly bruising it, is not a good practice either. Does the management at this store not have a training in place for these employees? I would think this would be an important topic in food handling. Cold food packed with cold food helps maintain the proper temp. Giant Eagle is more expensive than most so we should expect the best. They do a very nice job at display and produce is a good quality. BUT, if they are going to bag it so that it half thawed or out of proper temp range and bruised and battered by the time I get it home whats the point of visually appealing displays and stocking procedures when it will make you sick if you eat it.

Seriously, from Chester West Virginia to East Liverpool Ohio…Just step right in the front door & within the BEST Deli you can find as you enter the TREMENDOUS selection of Meats, largest CHEESE section ANYWHERE, and a HUGE Bakery providing Cakes, Cookies and Pastries, this Deli also includes a Soup & Salad Bar, an Olive Bar AND→ A FULL SERVICE HOT FOOD BUFFET! Further up the isle you walk right into the the HUGE & NICEST PRODUCE SECTION EVER! From the Jungle to the Farm… they have EVERYTHING, even things Ive never even saw before! From rare Asian Tropicals & Fresh American Organics. You turn the corner & see what looks like 30 isles from the BIGGEST HOLIDAY, BIRTHDAY & GREETING CARD section next to Hallmark themselves to the many lanes of fresh groceries from cereal to canned goods & ice cream. They have their own Beer & Wine shop, Bulks & a Steelers/Pirates/Pittsburgh section.

This is a pretty good Giant Eagle. The store is clean and the service is friendly. They only have one, or possibly two, self checkout lines, but I prefer the standard checkout anyway. The store has always been well stocked, and there is a GetGo about a half mile away.

Giant Eagle has an interesting selection of foods in their international foods section that I never see at some of the other stores, my only complaint is that their prices are commensurate with their selection

Great place with great prices...as long as you got your advantage card. Can be pricey without that bad boy. Sometimes gets too busy and have to wait in line. But usually workers are friendly enough to open up new checkout Lanes for you.

Clean, fresh, economically priced, local grocery store with decent selection. Specials on certain meats are great but local butchers and other supermarkets selling meat in bulk may beat their prices. Good selection of organics and other products for the health-conscience. Hoping they start selling beer soon! Thatll earn the fifth star!

Disappointed to go in December 26 to find ALL holiday cheeseballs at the deli were full priced and expired the very next day, December 27. Full price for balls made on December 13??? All holiday candy was full priced on December 26. Is giant eagle really this desperate? We had a gift card, otherwise Id spend our money more wisely. 2 stars because store was a ghost town, which was nice...speedy in and out.

Good selection on meat & seafood

Much like other giant eagles I have gone to. No complaints. Positive they have a few things other giant eagles do not have that I am looking for.

One of the best supermarkets that I have visited in awhile. Any of these stores competes with Publix, Harris Teeter and Krogers. The stores have anything that you would need for your grocery shopping experience. I wish that they would expand into North Carolina, so that we could have more to choose from other than Harris Teeter and Food Lion.

Definitely the grocery store you want to go to. Prices can be a little expensive at times but produce is always fresh and with a diverse selection including imported goods for when you want to cook foreign dishes. The butcher is a nice touch with seasonal fish selection.

Giant Eagle produce has been far superior to the competition, but recent experiences have not been good. The flesh of Avocados is often rotten, bags of gala apples are bruised and tasteless. Broccoli is soft. Rusty lettuce. Shelves are not adequately stocked. This week they were completely out of bagged baby carrots. Disappointing.

When done right, the sale prices will beat Walmart regularly. Parking is a bit tight, especially when someone doesnt know what they are doing.
