My wife and I traveled to multiple dealerships, driving to different cities To find a nice SUV. Every dealership had insane amounts of fees, and not the best management represented. I walked in and talked to Brian Decoy, the manager and made an offer. He negotiated and was completely fair. After searching in 3 different states, multiple dealerships, we found the perfect car at the perfect price. Very happy with the management, and also the sales people. (Ed did a great job doing the paperwork with us) I will be sending my family this way!

Having my car serviced at Bowser Hyundai is very easy and stress free. The waiting area is clean and easy to access. It would be nice if the table was farther from the TV. I was trying to work and I couldnt avoid hearing the TV noise but people sitting in chairs are across the room.

I had the best experience working with Kurt! This dealership is a bit of a drive for me, but I will never go anywhere else. Kurt went above and beyond before my appointment, during, and then even called me the next morning to make sure I enjoyed my drive home and doubled checked that I got squared away with insurance and everything.

Was looking for a used car found one at Bowser. When we went to look at it. We were told that they had just did the brakes. The brakes didnt want to stop the car and also had a wear ring around the rotor. The salesman tried to say it was just rust from sitting. WHY do male salesmen think because they are dealing with women, that we dont know what we are talking about. Plus in this day and age it is not alright for a man to touch a woman without permission. I had one of the salesmen put his hand on my arm and hold it on the desk. I would never recommend Bowser to anyone.

I dont know where to start. Just say this. My car went in for a repair. Took 5 days to get done. Sounds horrible driving down the road (loud muffler sounding) and shakes at red lights. My steering wheel smells like oil/diesel. Doesnt feel covid clean. It was after the shop closed only the dealership part was open. The guy was very helpful and very nice. ONLY GOOD THING TO SAY.

I financed a car here and I have had nothing but issues I took my car there three times and they didnt fix my issue I had wrong they pretty much screwed me until my warranty is up I would not recommend this place at all now I have to take it somewhere else that they should of fixed

Brought my car in for an oil change and state inspection/emission tests. Nice enough staff but they completely forgot to do my oil change. By the time my car was done, it was close to 3:30 and there was no time to wait for it to be completed. Thats the main reason I went and it didnt even get done

Bowser Hyundai of Chippewa has exceptional service. My 2011 Elantra has 193000 miles on it- we purchased it new. They stand by their product and back it completely. My car has had a few issues and they have absorbed thousands of dollars in repairs and provided a free loaner car. They honor the 100,000 mile drive-train warranty to last mile- even when the owner is oblivious to what remains. This dealer has made it hard to consider any another vehicle make.

They are very nice and really look out for you and your vehicle.

Absolutely terrible place!!! Took my car there because something was wrong transmission, they told me it was computer software update, it wasn’t took my car back they kept it for over a month (with no communication other then me constantly calling) and was told if it was the transmission my rental would be reimbursed well that was a lie!! After month yup it’s the transmission and no they will not reimburse the rental and I also need to pay $1100 to get my car fixed!!! So yup I paid a months worth of car insurance, a car payment and a rental, just for them to tell me the problem was what I initially came in and said! Spoke to the general manager also no help and quite rude even took personal jabs at me about my car!! Horrible place!!! Horrible customer service!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

Honestly, I have mixed feelings about this dealership. I love the service department! My car has been serviced by them for many years. I have always been happy with the work that has been done on my vehicle. On the other hand; I hate the sales department! I recently tried to buy a pre-owned SUV. It was not a pleasant experience. When I came to the showroom; my desire to buy a vehicle wasnt taken seriously. For example, the finance officer did not request a deposit in order to hold the vehicle for me. The application was haphazardly done, with important financial information missing. In addition, my first name was misspelled on the application. Naturally, without submitting all of my financial history and paperwork; I was denied financing. I recently spoke with one of the underwriters who had made the decision to deny me the loan. He said that if the dealership had submitted the documents which were missing, his decision might have been a positive one. He apologized and said that he had to base his decision on what information the dealership provided. Customers are more than credit scores and credit reports. Sometimes, you have to dig a little deeper to get a complete and accurate picture of a persons financial situation. Because of all of this; I have seven hard hits on my credit reports and my score with all three credit bureaus has dropped. In addition, the SUV I wanted was sold out from under me while I waited for a decision about my finance application. When you think of the unpleasant and stereotypical experiences people have when buying a new car; this is exactly what happened to me. It was a very unfortunate and sad experience. I still cry about it. I am not sad that I could not get financed. I am sad about how I was treated.

They quoted me about $50 for an oil change and charged me $83.81 afterward, allegedly due to synthetic oil. My previous oil change at another dealership was $49.99.

Had the Santa Fe in for recall work. Work performed with no problems. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The work included a free oil change. I checked to see if the trip computer was reset to 0 for the oil change. It wasnt so I reset it. Ive learned to always check after an oil change. No big deal.

Its ok. Bought my car here. Recently got new tires and noticed too late that my rims were damaged even more afterwards. Its kind of disappointing but we moved away so it is what it is. They have a nice waiting area and are usually very fast and on time with oil changes. I would probably give a four star if I hadnt had the tire issue. I would go back if I lived there. In sure they would probably help fix the issue.

My sonata broke down on my way to work. Turns out I needed a new engine. After calling the Hyundai dealership nearest me in Moon and receiving no help, I called Bowser Hyundai in Chippewa. Garrett, Barb, and the rest of the staff were beyond helpful and wonderful to me. They got me in a rental, gave me updates about my car while I had the rental, and took care of all of the recalls on my car. They made what could have easily ended up being a horrible experience one that was not stressful for me. I will gladly drive the extra miles to get my car serviced here in the future. 100% recommend. They are kind and want to treat you well, and it is much appreciated!

In November of 2017 I purchased a new Tucson. I was led to believe if I purchased the SIgnature Finish that if the car was scratched or a minor dent was made it would be repaired.This is NOT So!! When my car was scratch in a parking lot Iwas told it only fixes small dents.I felt I was lied to and avoid.I had to make several phone calls just to be told it was denied. I love my car, but the service and sales departments leave a lot to be desired.
