What happened to this store?? Cluttered, dark, and filthy.

Went here with the wife to get a desk and chair to setup her home office. The store manager Tony helped us out and was great, if more places were run with his enthusiasm and customer service skills, brick and mortar stores would be in business forever. Haven’t been to a Staples in a long time prior to this but will now be a repeat customer.

Stephans customer service skills are exceptional! He helped us with our purchase from the moment we walked into the store to checkout. He made sure all questions were answered and that we got everything we needed for our business!!

I asked for an oversized copy of a design that I had. The lady that was doing this for me was excellent. She had some issues getting it to the correct size. Worked out the problem and got me exactly what I wanted.She put a great deal of effort into getting it right. She was apologetic for the extra time it took. I think most others might have told me they werent able to do what I wanted.It was refreshing to see the tenacity Sue had in getting it done right and with a sense of urgency.As the customer seeing this, I gladly waited the extra time it took. I will use this store again and hopefully she is the one taking care of me.Thanks again Sue

So I come here once a week for the past two years and never had a problem the customer service is fast and friendly always willing to help the store is clean and fair prices they have Everything you would need for the office with competitive prices

Needed a router. Found one compatible with my modem. Two empty boxes on shelf for this model but sticker says see employee to purchase. Take box up front, cashier calls for lock up to retrieve. Wrong item brought to front, went back to look and reports that thos model is only available online. I was going to drop $20 extra than I can find it online for the convenience of physical point of purchase at the brick and mortar location. THIS is precisely why Amazon is preferred. Why in the world would I pay extra to shop at your chain? Why put a product on the shelf that you dont have on location?

They do all my large scale printing, from Architectural prints to Hobby Posters. Up load my prints from home on their website at night and the prints are ready to be picked up first thing the next morning. Outstanding Quality, Friendly Service, and the Management is Approachable and Sincere.

Dropped a couple of packages off for UPS. Fast friendly service. Even helped me out with a coupon on shipping. Very satisfied.

I do all my office supplies and copies at this Staples in lovely Beaver Dam, I have no complains... Im always a satisfied customer.

I am not Maggie Haider, but her mother. I had purchased a recording device. Basically Im home bound. They refused to return the item for the cash (85.00) I had spent. But again, with my injury I am unable to drive. Will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!Felt like a criminal.

Called, waited on hold for 10 minutes, asked if they had Component to HDMI adaptater. Put on hold again then was told they do. Drove over and they looked like deer in headlights when I asked where I could find one. Needless to say, they didn’t have anything close to what I was looking for.Save yourself the time and just use Amazon.

Not worth it! You go there and print the items you need and are charged for it, go to use the cutter they have for customer use and it doesnt cut! Go to the counter and they say we charge to trim things down. I asked if they have a cutter that isnt garbage that I can use and they say no thats all we have is the one that shreds the paper and doesnt fit bigger paper. Go somewhere else.

Just did back to school shopping here. Prices were great, great selection, and they price matched the stuff that I found at Walmart. Bought it here instead and didnt have to fight off the Walmart crowd. :)

The two employees at the photo counter wasnt knowledgeable at all and their appearance needed attention
