If It let me I would put 0 stars, I opened new account ordered red iPhone 12, canceled it cuz the estimated time to receive it kept changing & was going to take too long, I call on the phone place a white iPhone12, they cancel that order, I call to place another order AGAIN same phone they said I shouldn’t have no problems I talked to supervisor also they apologize, it’s CANCELED AGAIN,turns out I have to call fraud number but no one ever told me this & that I can’t place an order over the phone or online that I have to do it in the at&t store in person cuz of my 2 different addresses I have on file but NO ONE TOLD ME THIS. I will pay my phone in full & cancel my service. This all happened within less than 2 weeks of opening an account

The employees are always changing. They have messed up every time we go there to do something with our cell phones. Every time. Disappointed.

Very friendly hard working tried very hard to assist

The customer service was amazing. Kaya was extremely knowledgeable, personable and very helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions and find the best deals to save the most money. She gave me her contact info so I could update her on how the service was on the Iphone 11 as my other phone I was getting No service most of the area I was traveling. The 11 now has full bars pretty much where ever I go. About 30 min after I was home my phone lost all service except txtg. I hurried and txtd Kaya and she was able to inform me on the outages and followed up with me until I had service again. Now thats customer service.

Great store

Our sales associate was not very helpful at first .She kept trying to sell us a IPhone 7 which is not what we wanted. After a bit of refusing to buy that phone she showed us some Android phones which is what we wanted.We probably wont be back if we have any further questions or issues
