When my 85 year old mom couldnt climb into her bed anymore, I went to Verlo Mattress in Beaver Dam, WI. They had helped me pick out a mattress 10 years ago and I had confidence they could help me with this problem.Todays mattress and box spring combinations are quite a bit higher than they were many years ago. So when my mom got a new set from a furniture dealer 3 years ago, she thought she would get used to it. But its gotten harder for her, so I went to Verlo and they had a solution! A regular box spring is 8 inches and a low-profile one is 5 inches high--both are too high for mom. So Verlo suggested a 2 inch version that is often used for bunk beds and it is working perfectly for mom!! She had a great nights sleep and it was easy to get out of bed in the morning. Problem solved!

I wanted to take the time to recognize and thank Nelda for all of her assistance. We had visited the store some time ago and tested out the mattress selection. Nelda is kind, knowledgeable and always patient. She takes the time to get to know you and your needs and offers any and all solutions. I visited her again this spring and was asking her about solutions for a cooler nights sleep. She showed me the SNOW Mattress Pad Protector & Pillow Protectors. WOW! These products really helped me to get a better nights sleep and to combat my night sweats due to menopause. Thank you, Nelda! I will be recommending your services and I sure hope the management knows what a gem they have in you!!!!

I just got a mattress & box spring and a pillow from here and I was so shocked on how great of a deal for it!! I’m in loveee!! Nelda Machkovech was the nicest And most real sales person ever! She made the time there so fun! She helped me with getting the best mattress! I will always recommend her!

I would definitely love to say the the Customer Service is outstanding! ...and their products are spectacular!!! ....but now for the not so good.... ...if you want your product that day, it is not very likely especially when it comes to the pillows. They order them from their vendor and have them shipped to your house. If they do not work out, YOU must contact their vendor and attempt to return through them. You could save yourself the money and go directly online yourself (not to be rude, but so very true....by operating this way, you are taking out the convenience of goin directly to the store!). I hope that you find a way around this as these are the small types of things that kill small./medium businesses with COVID right now. If I purchase a product from you, I should receive it from you and be able to return it to you with out this inconvenience. If these are read over by management, I would love for someone to contact me.....
