Very good , friendly crew. Delivered there this morning. Got there last night at5:00 the unloading guys leave at 4 pm. Was told I could park in the dock ( on the east side of the building) buy its too short for a long truck and trailer drivers door forward is in the road! So you have 2 options, the United Cooperative across the street will allow you to park there along the grass overnight or about 3/4 of a mile up the road is a Piggly wiggly with a huge lot you can park in overnight. The unloading dock on the side of the building is a bit of a bear to back into with the ditch across from it. But its doable. There are.peolle starting to show up about 6 am , but the unloading crew starts at 7 am.

My garage door opener stopped working...the bracket came right off the door... stripped the hole. I called and Hometown Glass& Improvement because my neighbor down the street has a relative working there ( I dont remember who exactly) Hunter came out after a call...easy, fast, and convenient!

Lots of empty promises. They said they are too busy to come out and fix their own work. I would not recommend this business.

I didn’t even look at any other window company when it came to replacing our 50 year old windows in our current home or the 25 year old windows in our former home. Jeff was a NO-PRESSURE salesman. Jeff and his staff are efficient, professional and very detail oriented. Best of all, they stand behind their products and labor. Why go anywhere else?

We have 17 windows in our home and have slowly started to replace them all. So far Hometown has done 12, one of which being a very large bay window. With that they were even able to help with a piece of glass to cover the seat so our kids and dogs wouldn’t damage the wood. At this point we wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is amazing! I can’t say enough good things about how efficient and most of all kind they are. I highly recommend them and can’t wait till we are able to get the last 5 done.

We recently had Hometown install 4 new windows and replace the glass in a couple other windows. We are very happy with the quality of the work and how quickly they completed the job. They were in and out in 4 hours or less! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family and would not think twice about hiring them in the future!!

So far I’ve had them install a new garage door, I’ve purchased windows for the garage and installed them myself, and they have installed a windshield into my 2016 F150.They have always been on time and great with communication.They are super flexible on coming out to meet you for quotes, also like the fact they come out to you to measure instead of leaving it up to yourself.

Ordered an outside glass tabletop, reviewed dimensions, including the hole size for the umbrella, twice. When picking up the tabletop the umbrella hole was not in the table. Female staff member was not willing to take return for her error and not willing to replace glass tabletop. Very poor costumer service. Will not doing business with them again.

Kyle got back to me within 24 hours of sending an email quote. Set up the appointment that day. Came to my work, took about an hour. Cory the installer gave me some simple instructions and even repaired a previous cover up. They made it very easy. Thank you!

This company is very deceptive. They came out to see if they could repair our garage door garage coil. After repairing and receiving the bill, they charged $80.00 to come out and look at it, another $80.00 to come back the next day to repair it and than another $80.00 for the half hour to fix it. Now if they had disclosed those fees I wouldnt be upset but they said nothing about these addition charges for travel....very unprofessional. When I called about getting a bill 3 times what I expected she said, I will have to talk to.....and make sure he discloses these hidden fees. Im sure theyve had these complaints before. Beware of charges they dont tell you about. And after fixing the door my husband found screws on the garage floor....I am glad the car tires didnt pick em up.....find someone else to do the job.

Hometown Glass ordered and installed sliding glass reception windows for my business here in Beaver Dam. They were fast and professional and the windows work great! They were also able to give me an immediate quote so I didnt have to wait to make my decision. I will continue to use them for other projects as they are a friendly group of people as well! Very Satisfied!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! The staff is rude and uneducated. I needed 2 customized glass pieces, 6×38×1/4 thick for a cabinet that I was redecorating. I dropped the panel piece off on Monday because no one could cut it right away. I called on Wednesday to see if they were done and was told no one had been able to do it yet. On Friday morning I called and was told I would be called back with an answer if they were done or not. Friday afternoon after not getting called back I stopped in to see if they were done or not. The receptionist said she would have them cut it right away. She came back out and picked up the phone and called her worker that was supposed to be in the back and he was at Wal-Mart and the guy there didnt know how to cut glass. I took back my panel piece and went to BEAVER DAM PAINT AND GLASS and had my pieces in 20 minutes! Go there instead! I waited 5 days for them to do a 20 minute job. Imagine getting Windows and doors from these people!

I called in the morning to inquire about getting some repair work done that day. I was lead to believe that they could complete the repair and set up an appointment for later in the day. The service techs did not arrive within the time they said they would. I had to call and inquire as to where they were. When they finally showed up all they did was measure to order the part. So because of them I ended up wasting a whole day waiting for a repair they said they could do and didnt, then when I tried to call some one else to do the work it was too late in the day and everyone was booked up. They LIED and MISLED me and it cost me time and money! Needless to say I will not EVER being doing business with them again and will not recommend them to anyone!!!!!
