They are generally nice people who all share a common interest in music. I gave them a copy or two of my visions, darkness and light novel and they were respectful and cool. Very professional and helpful

Between the instructors for their lessons, and the staff that work here, everyone is top notch. They take the time to answer any question you have, and they really try to help figure out exactly what you are trying to accomplish. Love visiting this place.

Mr. J took care of all my musical needs. Very knowledgeable and quite a quite player in his own right. Made sure that the 68 reissue CDR I purchased was the amp for me! It was a great experience!

Went in the beaumont location and new exactly what electronic drums I wanted but after talking with the guitar center associate Dillon I believe his name was I totally changed my mind! He was so helpful and knowledgeable on the Roland drums there is no doubt I made the right choice. It was about 400 more but totally worth it.

Helpful and friendly. Knowledgeable staff. Came in to upgrade my FX board and they let me demo several boards. They understood what i was looking for and were able to get me on the right product even though it wasnt the highest priced.

Staff is great. They always have what i need. The mask you have to wear the mask lost 2 stars for the mask. Otherwise its a great place.

Tech is trash. Will take jobs they cant finish. Fight return all the parts that came with my new pick ups that he couldnt install. Got a set up and it was an octave off. When I tried to complain to the manager abt the tech he was taking to him while I was trying to complain abt the tech. I called guitar center and tried to complain abt the store but they make you jump through hoops to do. I just wont be using them anymore. Sweetwater is so much better. Also no selection

Cannot wait a mask due to health issues and they must hate people with disabilities. Cdc says you dont have to wear a mask anymore but they dont care. They hate you if you have a disability. They are breaking ADA guidelines. Will not buy anything from here ever again.

Dont waste your time. Go to the guitar and banjo store in town. The staff here are include greasy long haired employees who dont value customers and who offer subpar customer service.They lost a big sale on me and Im sure I wont be the only one who leaves this guitar center feeling patronized.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. Great selection of guitars, both electric and acoustic. Only gave 4 stars because I think their accessory and apparel section could be improved by adding more products and keeping it stocked. I would have purchased more stuff, but they were either out of it or didnt have it to begin with.

As a drummer, I love being able to come in and test out their electric sets. Their soundproof room with guitars, banjos, and ukuleles (I think?) is a really cool feature. My only wish is that they carried more for those in marching band. Innovative Percussion is a staple in marching percussion, so Id like to see it and similar options available. Otherwise, no complaints! (:

So far we have found everything we have needed for our home brand. We have bought sound equipment. Drum heads, guitar strings, And cordless mics and and cordless system for the guitars....FYI...my husband found out it works just as well with my keyboard...the people at the store will say it cant be done..It can!

One of the only places I could find music lessons for my 7 now 8 year old daughter. No one was willing to teach her at such a young age. Believe me we looked for almost a year. Guitar Center welcomed her with open arms and we love our Guitar Instructor! He is amazing with her and thats saying a lot. She is your typical bouncy 8year old. She really has learned so much from him. I know its a big box store but it really has a small town feel to the place. From the moment you walk through the door they welcome you to Guitar Center. Their range of music selections is also fanominal, and their employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Not sure on what you want to buy? The best part is they let you try it right there in the store! We probably tried 10 guitars before she found the one she wanted. I recommend the Beaumont store to everyone!

Guys, lay off the “high pressure” sales tactics. You can’t even go to your store for a mere set of strings without being being pressured to join some “string club.” Then when you decline, you get the, “Oh, I guess you like to spend more money.” Not all of salespeople are like that, but the manager is for sure. He literally turns one of my favorite experiences in life (visiting a guitar store), and turns it into one of my least favorite experiences in life (going to a car lot). I get it to a degree, but dude, you really need to work on your boundaries. I will shop online henceforth and if you ever see me in your store again, know that y’all were my last resort.

Didnt buy anything but it was a very pleasant experience. The salesman in the drums showroom showed us some really cool stuff and you can just tell how passionate he is about the music! They are extremely overpriced but the instruments are brand new and they will price match for you within reason!

Guitar center was awesome as always. We take the boys there every couple weeks and look at whats new and play on guitars we cant afford. Staff is always nice and easy to talk with.

I have been shopping at this Guitar Center for many years. All the guys there are nice and helpful and they know their products very well. They have a pretty good selection unless you want to go into the high-end on guitars. I dont really have anything negative to say about this store and its crew. I just always feel welcome in there.

Staff is good and helpful. A lot of good low to mid range equipment and some hiring gear but not as much for my particular taste. The biggest plus is their personnel is very friendly and helpful.

I didnt like how they were at full compacity and I had to stand outside in the rain.

Theyre consistently more expensive than them as well as online and their service is not as good either. Theyre do a good job but not as good. Id go to G&B first, then internet shopping both before shopping here.
