Im very pleased! I got a beautiful, large monogram done on a thin throw blanket. I was surprised by how relatively inexpensive the service was. I dropped it off was able to pick it up within 48hrs. The staff were very friendly, and there were lots of cute gifts inside.

If you need a monogram , The Monogram Shop is your one stop shop. The staff is really nice and the turnaround is fast.

I placed an order on 12/13 for a magnetic nametag and was told it would be ready on 12/18. Made a special trip to Beaumont on the 19th to pick it up and was told it wouldnt be ready until 12/21 and they would call me. No call. Today I call and find out they are closed until 1/2. I will be there to get a refund ASAP and will let anyone I know to avoid doing business here.

Omg! Most definately LOVE the monogram shop. You most definitely need to go there they can do everything. Make patches put your name on anything. If you need something monogrammed or sewed on or anything like that I most definitely recommend for you to go see Mrs Pam and the ladys. They are great reasonable prices and super amazing customer service. Thanks Mrs Pam for everything you do.
