Mechanics on duty were COMPLETELY RUDE, especially one who STAYS on the phone!! Had to go to another Mechanic shop JUST TO GET MY SUBURBAN INSPECTED!!DO NOT COME HERE ANYMORE FOR STATE INSPECTION. WILL BE SOON REPORTING THEM TO TRIPLE-B!!!

The worst customer service I think Ive experienced at a gas station. Bad attitude. Very rude and disrespectful. Called to get the store managers name and number and it turned out she was the store manager. Sad. Smh

If I could give this place -0 stars I would. Went to this place for an inspection and when I got there, they told me that the only guy that could do an inspection was on his lunch break but had been gone for a while and should be back any minute so I said ok and waited. After about 15 minutes, he never showed up so I got out of the car and asked the workers if he was still coming and they kept ensuring me that he was on his way and that they would call him. After about another 15 minutes I get back out of the car and go inside of the store and talk to a lady about what was going on. One of the two ladies that were inside said You are still here waiting? That doesnt make any sense, he is wrong for that (referring to the guy that I was waiting on). So, i told one of the ladies that I had been waiting quite a while and that I was on my lunch break. She was very apologetic and begin calling the guy (again). He (Walter Kelley) finally walked into the store and the cashier told him This lady has been waiting for you for over 45 minutes. Walters response was that he did not care who was waiting on him and proceed to have an attitude. Him and I began going back and forth in front of other customers, workers and all and he was very nasty with a bad attitude. And to top it all off, he is one of the supervisor....Just sad... I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN....

In an effort to write a short, but accurate explanation as to why I never want to go back to this shop. Ill just say this.Ive had Inspections from them for $7, that were straight to the point and great. I dont recommend going for anything other than an Inspection or minor services.The problem started when they fixed my Alternator that went bad within two months.1. I bought the New Alternator through them.2. Walter was super rude not wanting to throughly explain what was happening with my vehicle.3. I went back to their shop when my car was having trouble , as they were the individuals who put it in. Initially they ignored me not attempting to help. So I left.4.I went back with my Uncle, and thats when they magically discovered the issue was the Alternator they purchased was over charging.5. Tracy called and told me I would only have to pay $15 for some new wiring they needed to do, and that I wouldnt be charged a service charge for the inconvenience.6. I was not notified by Bobby when my car was finished. I just so happened to call and check, and was told by the cashier Bobby had left, and the car was done.7. When I got there conveniently there was no mechanic in sight. My total was $53 instead of the $15 I was quoted, because of the service charge I was told would be waived.I attempted to hits the high points here. If I dont have to I will never go here again not even for Inspection.

The problem was with passenger side front wheel bearing making noise. They ended up replacing front & rear end brake drums and break shoes. The bill included wheel alignment as well which wasnt necessary. Upon talking to them they said alignment wasnt done and took of the charges.They couldnt figure out that the noise was due to front wheel bearing. I ended up paying $287, with problem unsolved.
