This is one of the worse Office Depots. I came to the store to pick up some papers I needed to print. I was overcharged online more than what the price is in store. When I got to the store, they had the gates pulled and a sign that said they closed at 6 and they did not give any warning that the store was closing early nor tell me when my papers were ready for pickup. An older white gentlemen who appeared to be the manager stared at me rudely and then passed me up twice never coming to the door to even check on me as a customer to see what I might need. They left the door unlocked, so I pushed it open to get his attention since he decided to ignore me. He gave me the rudest facial expression and told me they were closed and walked away without even showing any remorse when I informed him that it was important papers that I needed to send off today. Another employee, a younger black woman came to me at the door offered to give me a refund in the morning. I told her I already paid for the papers and just needed them printed which wasn’t much from their part. She told me their whole system was down and she couldn’t even print them. Terrible business and terrible management team.

Their website does not make printing easy. I had a pre-designed save-the-date card that needed to be printed on a specific sized sheet. I selected said sheet size, formatted it perfectly online. I spent the extra time to make sure it was centered and everything, so the cut would be perfect. I wait an extra day to make sure they are really done, as I work in retail myself and understand it gets busy. I come into the store today to pick them up, and theyre printed out on the right cardstock, but on a full copy-paper size; not the size I ordered. When asked why they are not the right size, I was informed that even though the order paper says the final size is to be much smaller than a copy paper, because nothing is in the finishing options (because it was done online, and I do not work there, so how would I know) I get to cut them myself... I paid money for an unfinished product and unfinished service. I understand times are hard now and staffing is hard, people call in, but when customers pay for something, I believe it should be finished, not be told that there is a communal paper cutter that I can spend my time at, that may or may not have been sanitized (I didnt look too hard at the area, as I was and still am in disbelief). I was told from a friend to print here, so I tried it, but never again. The website isnt mobile friendly, so even that took me a while to get done on a laptop because one option to customize I needed wasnt available on my phone. So if you want to print here, and youre doing an online order that you designed yourself, fair warning you have to tell them to cut it. Theyve never seen and order like this before and are not willing to help. That is what a manager told me... Im not one to argue, because I understand technicalities and all that fun stuff, but man...

They treated me exceptionally well. Very sincere & professional & quickly. Seem to read your mind with what you are needing. Very observant. Got me out in a hurry. Cant say thanks enough to Ron, store operation manager, running a very efficient store of folks ready to help.

Larry cursed me out when I asked him questions about my computer that I purchased from Office Depot. Horrible customer service and I will never spend any more money in this store

Everything self serve. Tried to get photo paper coping machine does not take it. Used to be a in and out thing been here for 1 hour. One of the employees rude and frustrated. Said thanks for helping. No reply from him. Now its print only one picture at a time on paper.There was a older man here had no clue how to work his email. Ill probably will not return to this store.

It is kinda funny. I go to Best Buy for some computer accessories and end up Office Depot many time. They have what I need. I like the new store layout and having a computer tech right there is handy to answer questions. I like all the office supplies right there and the isles are well labeled

Super clean. Found what I was looking for quickly. Employees were very helpful. Excellent courteous cashier with a smile.

Fast, accurate, and convenient. Ordered on-line for in-store pickup. Got text item was waiting and walked in walked out. Great service and cheaper than ordering from items company direct.

The young man who assisted me was outstanding. He approached me as i entered the store and guided me to the office chairs. He resolved a problem about my taking the display model and took the chair out to my car. He helped me get it in and stood guard while I went back in to pay. He was pleasant and respectful throughout the transaction. What a delightful experience. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic customer service. This is one of many times that I have been here and to the Office depot in Port Arthur that I have had great help with my projects. Shannon Boozer I have no clue what you are talking about when you speak of unprofessional because I have been doing projects for years and have recieved help from Savannah many times and she has been nothing but amazing. She has done many different projects such as custom posters, laminations, prints, and even mine and a few friends resume. All of which has come out amazing and we have never had any form of an attitude from her.

Severely unprofessional. Slow service. Every time I come to print they have no idea what theyre doing and act like theyve never used a computer before. It should not take 10 minutes for someone to help me, and 30+ minutes to print a label when the image is provided. Tell Savannah that she should watch her attitude for me. Thanks.

Do not use the pickup service. Extremely slow. Took forever to find someone with a key to unlock cabinet that had my items. Employees act like they dont want to be there.
