We use the company at work (City of Pt Arthur) for Copiers, printers and scanners. The products are very decent. We do have to call out techs for minor maintenance and repairs here and there. We do use the products heavily and in some cases 24 hrs a day, therefore the need for minor repairs.The tech Josh Parker is very knowledgeable and friendly. He also fixes any issues very quickly and explains the work completed.

Function4 is always quick to respond. Josh Parker is the technician for our location and he definitely knows his machines and always gets us back to work as quick as possible. His customer service is top notch and he takes the time to explain the causes and issues.

Brad is great! We had an old outdated copier that took forever to get parts. He went above and beyond and wrote a letter to our corporate office explaining why we needed to upgrade so that we would get a quicker approval for the expense.

We have used Function4 for a few years now. First machine we bought was awesome (used model) and was flooded by Harvey. We bought another used one and its not our favorite, but does the job. Service is prompt -- Josh usually gets here the same day as a service call if not then its the next. He stays until the problem is resolved.

Function 4 previously known as Star Graphics. The owner of the my company told the rep that he needed a copier that that would do 11x17 so he brought a 15000 dollar machine which was over selling to the point of used car salesman tricks. The salesman realized that my boss and his wife were Christian people. The always looked for the best on people so he took that as open season.There was supposed to be a service contract along with the lease but that never was honored.I finally convinced my boss to sever his relation with this coven of jackals. So after 6 years of payments to the tune of 18,000.00 he called and asked them to come pickup there machine. Now this part is almost to hard to believe but he was told they would be happy to come get it if he paid them 450.00. (Not gonna happen)Of anyone interested in a good copier that can stitch book bindings, collate, wash dishes shine shoes. (Must purchase attachments)I could go on and one but if you dont get the drift by now then maybe you are there next victim.

These guys are crooks. Terrible customer service. Terrible equipment. It breaks down all the time, and they put band-aids on it instead of actually fixing the problem. The prices are sky-high, too. My company was working with Star Graphics and they increased the already-high price 15% every year because of the fine print in the contract. Every time I call with a question about contracts and such, I get voicemail. They are a pain to work with. I found another company that got me way better equipment for half the price. Their prices are that bad.
