I had a oil change and a a/c repair done on my vehicle. The oil change went well and in a timely matter. The a/c repair took a little longer than I had hoped. However, Michelle made sure my car was fixed and she made sure I got a rental so I could get to work. She did a great job on her end. Her quick thinking when I told her the a/c was still not working. She made me feel important by putting me back in a rental car. The next day the problem was resolved and I’m still happy I went to Classic. 🤗

The service department.... I dont know where to began. They are very slow with repairs loaners are not available. I went for an oil change and didnt get a courtesy wash or vacuum. They estimated my ok change to take 24 hrs.... I dropped off at 8:20am.

Very clean and welcoming service department. Delivered as promised. I dropped off my GMC Acadia for an oil change and low tire pressure issue. Service Tech said they would have my vehicle ready in about 1.5 hours. I enjoyed a nice lunch and when I returned, my vehicle was waiting out front and cleaner than I left it! They found a nail in my tire causing the low pressure and repaired for no charge! That is prompt and courteous service. Debbie H

We feel we had a great experience! Carlos Durden was our sales representative and he was very helpful. He has a very good demeaner and explained every aspect of the vehicle. He was not high pressure or pushy. He listened to us when we explained what kind of vehicle we were looking for and was helpful in showing us that. He was very professional and willing to help us learn every program in the vehicle. I asked him to help set up my phone so we could use maps and he helped get it set up and then we used it to make sure it worked properly.We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle at Classic.Ellis and Eva Jones

I came in today to buy a 2021 Yukon Denali. They sold the vehicle over the phone while working on my paperwork to purchase the vehicle!! Very disappointed with how they treat customers who are there at the store. I couldn’t honestly believe they did that! I’ve purchased many brand new vehicles and have NEVER had a dealership sell the vehicle over the phone while working on my paperwork!! Rude, Rude, RudeNope that’s not entirely true what others at the dealership told you. I’ve asked several times for someone in management to call me and have yet to receive a phone call. First off, they were working on paperwork giving me the numbers for the total sale. I had already received a price on the vehicle and had a trade price through true car that your dealership offered to buy it at that price. My salesperson knew before coming in I had an appointment that would take 30 minutes. The professional thing to do would have been to give me the opportunity to purchase the car considering I was there to purchase it.

I was pleased except for one problem. The service I wanted was scheduled for an afternoon, when actually needed to be scheduled during the morning due to the fact it would take four hours to complete. I now have had to schedule another appointment to complete the remainder of the service. At the time of scheduling, I was given a time frame of about two hours to complete.

Started in service for a scheduled oil change & tire rotation; I was received with friendliness & professionalism from Nicole who was there to check me in and answering further questions I had.Waiting on service, I asked Nicole to refer me a salesperson while I waited.She referred me to Bruce B.Bruce came & brought me around the dealer parking lot looking at what was available and in conversation Bruce was interested in what I was looking for; at the end we purchased a 2020 GMC Acadia and the entire experience was so professional and friendly.Thank you Nicole, Bruce, Kenny and Conrad for a wonderful experience!!

Purchased a used Buick enclave from dealership in Oct of last year. The oil change sticker from when the vehicle was reconned said first 2 oil changes were free. Scheduled appointment with that information in mind. My wife was at the dealership for 2 hours waiting on an lof and rotate. When the work. Was completed she was informed she owed 72 dollars for the visit she informed them that it was suppose to be free the lady who sit next to the parts dept was very rude and said ohh that is only for new cars and who told you that. Wife called me and told me what happened I called the dealership and spoke to a lady named Kenya she was very nice. I went up to the dealership to sort it out and by the time I arrived it had been billed to the used car dept. I appreciate that it was taken care of but I am very displeased by the treatment of my wife also they washed our vehicle and it was done poorly I understand that the wash is just a bonus but there were whole sections that still had dirt on it

Service personnel are rude and condescending. When my truck first got there they didn’t even know about it for several days, and I waited on my truck for weeks. Once it was repaired, the trim on my drivers side front panel came off and was destroyed. I won’t even go into detail about the runaround experience and lies to my face trying to buy a new truck and just trading that one in. I’ll never buy anything from there, nor will I service my new 2021 2500 Duramax Denali I went and bought from another dealership. Save yourself from wasting time and go to another dealership.

I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. While performing these services, the technician found other maintenance issues that needed addressing. The service writer discussed with me the problems that were found and the cost of the extra service. At no time did the service writer try to pressure me into having these maintenance issues addressed at the dealership. She provided me with options and I chose to have the work done while I was there. Although I was there a little longer than expected, I was thankful for their attention to the maintenance of my truck. Thanks Classic GMC for superior service!

It would be nice if all parts were put in place back on my vehicle. I was missing my oil dip stick after my visit. I have yet to get it replaced. I was told it would be replaced, and several months later, it sadly has not been. Plus I have another service light on, and have not been contacted about getting that done as well.

Took my truck for a recall and oil change after paying over $160 for my oil change they only reseted my oil life to 100% the oil was unchanged and dirty when I pulled the oil dip stick to verify. The recall they claim they looked at it and nothing I even got a call from my Onstar to have it serviced and recall fixed Classic in Beaumont is the worst bunch of fraudulent thieves

I wasnt too keen having Classic Chevrolet in Beaumont Tx repairing my passenger seat on my Enclave since I called last year due to two safety recalls and was told to call back in two weeks due to them being booked solid!! Is that any way to handle safety issues? This time started out stopping in for an estimate for my seat and ended up ordering the part. It only took 11 weeks from beginning (9/2/16) to end (11/14/16) for something so simple. During this time no one contacted me to let me know the part was in & after keeping an appointment to repair the seat & waiting 1 1/2 hrs thinking it was being repaired, I was told a second part needed to be ordered! My question then was why wasnt it ordered with the first part. Needless to say, I didnt get an answer. Second part was ordered...not holding my breath for someone to call me when it came in which was a good thing because it didnt happen! By then it was the middle of October & my seat still not fixed. Finally 3 weeks later I get a call (first and only time) saying the part came in so at that time an appointment was set up and low and behold I finally got my seat fixed. All total 11 weeks!! It took about 1 hour for the repair! I would not recommend this dealer to my worse enemy. They are mighty independent...like theyre the only car dealer around & customer service leaves a lot to be desired. This will be THE last time I have any dealings with them! Customer beware!!

Cluster is a good word for this. Original appointment for an oil change was set up through the online appointment system. Since I never received an email with the appointment confirmation, I attempted to confirm it through the online chat. Online rep couldnt confirm appointment because she did not have access to the calendar. But offered to send an email to Classic to have them call me. Never received follow-up email or phone call from this.Then attempted to confirm through 3 phone calls to the service department on a Saturday morning; however, the phone was never answered, even though it was during business hours. Then asked for assistance through the Classics operator since she did answer her phone; however, she also did not have access to their calendar, but assured me that she would send them an email and that I would receive a return phone call. Once again, did not receive a return phone call.Following Monday, finally got someone to answer the phone & answer my questions in the service department ... only to find out that your online system does not work and I did not have an appointment scheduled. Person assisting me told me all appointments must be made directly though the service department because there are problems with the online system ... so take the system down if this does not work! Scheduled appointment delayed by 1 week due to this lack of response.Day of appointment, my husband brought the vehicle in for me. This scheduled appointment took 2 hours! Have begun pricing oil changes elsewhere. May be worth the extra change not to sit 2 hours for an oil change. Very disappointment in the service department to say the least.

Terrible service I asked to think about my decision before purchasing. After that the sales associate started talking down to me and Asking why I hadnt thought about it before. I asked before my credit was even pulled. I forgot to call my insurance company before we walked inside and while sitting there I remembered. However all the offices were closed and I couldnt speak to an agent. Instead of being understanding like a normal person, she decides to give me her own estimate without knowing anything about the situation. I understand wanting a sale but that is not the way to go about it. I will not be back.

Go see David Asher if you want someone who will take their time and answer any questions that you may have. At NO TIME did I feel pressured or rushed to make a deal. David actually offered to meet me the next day at the dealership to help me out with the technology, which some salesman would never do after the deal is made. David went ABOVE what most salesman would do, and for that, he has gained my business. I highly recommend my family and friends to go see David.
