Hello and God bless. They had a sale going on, but boots were out of stock; only in a couple of sizes. Took me a couple of visits to find a pair I liked.

Other than today I normally have a great experience picked out a pair of boots that I seen at academy for $129 they were $199 at Boot Barn I told them this and they said they would price match it so I called and the lady couldnt find them at academy so I drove to academy took a picture and came back then the manager told me that they could only take off $20 after Id already told them how much they were and then drove to academy and back with a picture. If they would have had my size at academy, so do they really price match or was that taking away from someones commission?

Had a pair of boots that were purchased about 4 months ago that started to come apart on the stitching. All I had to do was call and they pulled up my last purchase date and they swapped them out . The manager was so nice, she even helped find another pair for me because I was in a hurry. Nothing but good things to say about Boot Barn .

There was one older lady that worked there that was awesome. She showed us what we were looking for and left us to decide which one we wanted. Husband needed additional help, went to find someone and a younger girl came over and was horrible, acted like she was too busy to help....yet she was doing nothing. We ended up finding other stuff our self and checked out. Overall....our experience was a good one being the first time at this location.

Boots boots everywhere.. smells of leather. Lots of selections from work boots to cowboy boots of all types and some that look like moccasins. Belts, hats and cowboy shirts to buy as well. The lady working was nice and attentive. Signed me up with a coupon so I got $20 bucks off of my purchase. Got me some real nice boots!

Wow, got more than just boots. Got clothes, jewelry, hats and more! But them boots are not cheap as they are usually for a true cowboy or hard working person. I do think If you buy here, it be money well spent. Also like how the bathrooms arent just easy open in and go. Gotta enter the code which is simple if you pay attention.

I had an issue with some boots I had already been wearing for about a week, and when I went in they took them back and ordered me a new pair without even thinking about it.I typically get OK help here, I’m an independent shopped so normally have to go find them if and when I do need help.Very pleased at being taken care of without any issues by the manager, she is awesome.

Extensive inventory of quality clothes,belts,hats and boots for both Male and female customers. Store is really nice and is staffed with friendly,knowledgeable employees. It is always an enjoyable experience and all items are reasonably priced.

Went here to get my over priced FR clothes (not Boot Barns over price either, they have comparable prices) for work. .They had what I was looking for.

Went to buy a pair of work boots for our son found what we wanted at a fair price. Got his boots he was happy.

Helpful woman at the work boot section.told her what happened to the justin work boots I had (sole collapsed after oil soaked them)she found me a pair of your house brand boots with a much better sole to prevent that from happening again.If they hold up good Ill be back for my next pair.

We like what the store stocks, yes they need more inventory specially is size 8, service is been good everytime we go, but so forgetful when it comes to adding the military discount, its like they offer it, but they dont want to give it, forget everyti.e transaction is done, and then they tell you they cant do anything about it. If you dont want to give it, dont offer it. We spend lots of money here always!!!!

They were ok but it is really discouraging and crazy to me that they do not have ANY boots for women above size 9. I have never been to a store that does that. Boots are what they sell I dont understand how they dont have at least a few of the upper sizes in stock. Most people want to try a pair of boots on before they buy them.

The boot prices are good and the customer service is amazing!

The only employee we saw in the building was unfriendly, unapproachable and made me feel unwelcome. Even when we asked for help, the employee was reluctant, gave short answers and exhibited snobbish nonverbal communication.

I went to the Beaumont location and three ladies were at the counter when I walkewalked in . Not one of the ladies offered Assistance but as with was looking for items a white gentleman walked in and the gates of joy just opened up . He was welcomed with a big hello,how are you doing, how can we help you. What kind of boots are you looking for. Let us know if you need helpAt that point I walked out and got looked at like I stole something. Worst experience ever. I would not recommend anyone support that store. I went to Cavenders great experience

Went in & apparantly nobody works on the floor to help customers. We went across the street to buy work boots for my husband who works for Jefferson county.

Like the merchandise they carry very much, great quality clothing, Beautiful store, friendly staff...but a little on the pricy side for your frequent shopper.

I was treated like a relative and came out dressed extremely well, thanks!
