They never answer their phone, I know they are not that busy, also they never have items in stock that are in demand.

The girls that work there are horrible at helping customers out! They don’t welcome you in or ask if you have any questions !! When you do have a question they have the biggest attitude ever! They stay on their phones or doing their own makeup. They won’t stoping doing it until they’re finish. Then they will help you.

Everyone that works at this location just seems lost and like they dont know what theyre doing. Does it really take 2 people to help one person find an eyebrow pencil when 3 people are waiting at the register? Staff clearly needs more training. When in Beaumont, Ill just go to Ultra from now on.

Some staff members have an attitude, but there are some girls who are really sweet and patient. the testers and clearance section get really gross and unsanitary. also, i always feel like im being watched as if im going to steal something which is highly irritating. all in all, i would honestly just go to ulta.

Its just your average upper end cosmetic and beauty supplier in a mall chain store. No real deals but can find a decent of amount of better quality beauty products then drugstore selections.

Extremely disappointed by the lack of effort made by the employees to help anyone. I specifically went in looking for 2 items, so I found the first employee and asked her where I could find the Anastasia Beverly Hills and Laura Mercier sections. She rudely replied with see where it says Laura Mercier and pointed me in the right direction. She did not ask me any further questions about what I was looking for or if she could help me find a specific product. I found what I was looking for was out, so I asked the same girl if they had any more and she proceeded to hand me the sample and ask me to put it away for her. THE SAMPLE. Everyone that worked at this Sephora had perfect make-up, but their customer service skills were non-existent. I walked around for a while after I got the 2 items I came in for, and none of the employees asked if I need help finding something.I really wish I could get all of my make-up products at Ulta so I would not have to deal with the Sephora employees at all. I have never had such a terrible experience in a Sephora. Go to a different Sephora if you can.

Terrible customer service, i was walking around for 15 minutes never got greater or asked if i needed help, and the worst part is i was standing their actually waiting to ask one of the girls something but she was too busy chit chatting with her friend so i finally just left, i love their makeup yes but like i said te people that work there are no help at all
