Went for an inspection, really quick and nice! I asked if they could fix my air conditioner and they said all I had to do was buy the kit and bring it to them and theyll take care if it for me, will definitely go back!

Went In for an oil change it was quickly done. The assistant manager was awesome. When he pulled my car around another gentle that worked there noticed white paint on my car where it had been hit in wyoming. He told me he could get it off for me I asked him how much he said no charge. I was amazed and said okay thank you. They were so friendly and funny and helpful. And he did an amazing job. Id recommend this place with these amazing employees Every time. I did not catch there named but thanks guys. Ill definitely be back.

I stopped by for a oil change. The two men on duty didnt seem to be very knowledgeable. I felt so uneasy about them changing my oil that I told him to put my oil cap back on.I changed my mind about you changing my oil and I left.

Despite line it was pretty quick oil and filter change with rapid polite service, Ill go there again next time ...

First time Ive used this company. I chose Grease Monkey (GM) because my earliest chevy dealer appointment date was too many days to wait. I picked GM because they had good reviews. I was not disappointed and I plan to go back for my next oil change.

I went here for oil change and air filter replacement. They showed me the air filter and told me that its actually still in good shape (What I needed turned out to be a cabin filter rather. They got me a quote first and then replaced it for me right away). Their pricing options for oil change were pretty lucid and easy to choose from. And it was pretty quick as well. Id definitely come back here for the next oil change.

I was on a long road trip and needed an oil change fast. These guys helped me out, but they failed to screw my splash cover completely back on and sent me on my way. Since I had 12 hours of my trip left to drive, my cover suffered damages, which I had to get fixed once I got to my destination, resulting in me busting my wallet. I called them to ask for a refund just to partially cover my costs, NOT EVEN the full amount. They didnt believe me and wanted me to come in person to show them proof. I dont live anywhere near this place. Instead, I forwarded them the cost that I had received from the dealership who fixed my car and my number. They have ignored me since and refuse to help me fix the problem they started in the first place. The dealership told me that Valvoline didnt bother putting a single screw back in and that they had just stuck the cover back up there. Its a miracle I didnt lose it on the road.Anyone who treats their customers like this doesnt deserve your business. A good company owns up to their mistakes.

Service was top notch. Everyone was professional and highly knowledgeable. There was no attempt to sell me something I didnt require, and I highly recommend their services. Stopped in for a badly needed oil change, but they also perform other minor automotive services. I am positive that those other services will be attended to with the same care and professionalism they displayed with my lowly oil change.

I go regularly for oil changes, and randomly stop in often for small maintenance issues such tail lights, blinkers, windshield wiper check, fluids. Manager and workers are always friendly, patient, eager to help and professional.

I was amazed as to the cleanliness of this service car wash. Gives tokens from the change machine. However the corner store (just a quick minute away) has no problem making change for you.

Wife waited an hour while two employees cussed at each other and argued while the same car stayed in the bay. Tried to rip off my wife by charging her $40 more than advertised price. She finally just left. As she was leaving the employees even harassed her. Have used them in the past with no issue, but will never be going back.
