This was our first oil change. The appointment schedule process was easy. When we arrived Amy greeted us and checked us in. She was very warm and friendly. The work was complete in less than an hour. We were very pleased with the experience.

Made an appointment online. Got there just before the time the appointment was made for. They took me right in. And got me out quickly. The only problem was someone drove over the laser aliment machine, so wasnt able to get my free laser aliment . Other than that everything was great.

Very poor customer service, my car was sitting in the collision department for six days before someone reached out see why it was there. The automotive department did not follow through on what they should have and caused great inconvenience for me. And the general manager was very rude when I explain the situation.If anyone’s interested I have several recordings of all the dialogue that we had.

I had recall work done to my 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500. They replaced the air bag. They also performed an all points inspection of my vehicle and informed me that I needed to replace my bad battery for $155.00 dollars with an installation fee of $24.99.I declined the offered service and took my vehicle to the retailer from which I originally purchased said battery. They performed a check on the battery and determined that it was Good. I went to another retailer and had them test the battery, which again passed as a Good battery. If this had happened to a senior citizen who trusted this service department, they would have been out of close to approximately $200.00 after taxes..... for nothing!Therefore, there is NO WAY I would recommend this service department to Anyone..... let alone, a family member, or friend. Untrustworthy is the best I can offer for this place.

Brought my car in to repair and broken strut and bent rims and it took 7 weeks to get it repaired because they didnt check the rear rim to see if it was bent. They kept telling me i needed 4 new tires when the bent rim was the issue. Not happy and wouldnt recommend buying from Classic

Trying schedule a repair requires u drop the car off days in advance, which I find unreasonable. There must be a better way to schedule repairs that don’t require me to be without a car for 5-7 days!!

The wait was a bit long. Wish appointments went a little faster. Was happy they addressed a need I had that was unrelated to my oil change. The TV was pretty loud in the waiting room but staff were friendly. It’s always a nice experience coming here.

I had to make 2 trips from lake Charles to try and get a spare key for my truck. They never provided me with one and they say they give your vehicle a detail. I was the only customer in the building waiting on my truck to get washed and it took three hours. They didn’t even clean the inside or wax the outside. That’s not a detail just ran it through the car wash. After I just spent 45k on a vehicle and didn’t provide me with any floor mats after the truck came with none.

We purchased our new vehicle from Classic SETX because the price was fair and honest, no gimmicks. Our complete experience from start to finish was seamless. Our sales representative Ryan Brack kept us informed throughout the process and was very genuine, and made us feel very comfortable with the whole process, which many times can be very stressful. Finalizing the paperwork was a breeze. Ryan and the finance manager, Clarke Shores got us in and out in about an hour. We are so happy and pleased with our new vehicle purchase. Two thumbs up!!

My truck was brought in for a tune up, and one of the plug wires was not installed properly and fell off a couple weeks later. Causing me to be without a vehicle for an additional three days, and they were trying to charge me for the entire second experience which included a tow and was substantial just to reattach a wire that they did improperly. I needed to complain, and have a manager involved to get a resolution. We come to the dealership because its supposed to be the best and most dependable service around. Nothing about Classic Chevrolet from their prices, to their personnel, to their service has been anything other than mediocre in all my experiences there. I now drive way out of town to shop for anything related, the only thing I kept using them for was the service department, and they have now lost that business as well.

I chose GM because I purchased my vehicle there. I knew as a courtesy a car wash was included with the service. My car wash was no included. I had to mention it and I was told it could be done. That was at check out when I was ready to go. I was very disappointed.

My experience was top notch. Classic removes the “hardness” of the car buying experience. Their approach is professional and inviting from their introduction to the delivery of the vehicle. I am a repeat buyer with Classic....there is a reason for that. I drive 100 miles from Conroe to shop at this store.

I brought it in for one problem but the Technician could not find anything wrong at this time. While in the shop I remember my left rear window was loose so I ask to repair it. It was repaired just over 2 years ago. It took longer than I expected. They didnt order the correct part / parts the first time.

Because no one wanted to help resolve my problem pertaining to the extended warranty on my car do to the fact they keyed it into the system wrong I was not able to get my car fixed using my extended warranty and I will seek service elsewhere to get my issues pertaining to keeping my 2017 Chevrolet Traverse running properly. I will never use Classic Chevrolet for anything now or in t h.g e future. They do not honor their mistakes or try to fix the situation caused by their mistakes. Horrible experience dealing with Classic Chevrolet

I called 1/27 and said I needed to have my truck checked. I told the lady that my 2014 Silverado was down shifting hard and bringing a clunking noise when changing gears from reverse to drive and vise versa. It was the symptoms of a bad u-joint, but I didnt feel that it was because it would only do it when the transmission acted up. The lady I spoke with gave me an appointment for Wed. 2/3. I rented a car and dropped the truck off. I didnt hear from anyone, so i called on Fri 2/5 to see if the truck had been checked yet. I left a message on Lisas voice-mail and did not get a call back. I called again on Mon 2/8 and left another message. Lisa called back and said the tech found a bad fuel pump. She said it was dumping too much fuel. I questioned that because the engine was running very smooth and no trouble lights. I just didnt think that this would be causing drive train problems. She assured me this was the only problem that was found and this would fix it. Ive worked in the auto industry for over 35 years and even though I never did transmission or internal engine service, I have learned a little in 35 years. So again I waited to hear from Lisa and I again had to call Friday 2/12 and spoke with Lisa and ask if she had the tech to double check the drive train and she said that she had and the truck was ready. I ask about the rental reimbursement and she said that they only pay for 1 day and after keeping my truck for 10 days with an appointment, I thought that was terrible service. Ive had work done at Classic before and was very satisfied with the service. Im certain I will have to bring my truck somewhere for the same complaint, but I dont believe it will be Classic.

Brought my car in at 1 for oil change and inspecfion. They were very efficient and had all my work done by 5. Also let me know my battery was low and time to replace it. Since I recently became widowed it was reassuring to know my car was up and running and wont have to be concerned about battery going down and it was all done in one visit.

My car has been in and out of the shop with the same issues, plus some, for months. Currently in there again as I write this!! I was either knowingly sold a vehicle with defects, or the service department doesnt have the correct knowledge to fix the issues. Either way, I would never recommend Classic to anyone. We have had our vehicle for 6 months and it has been constant unresolved problem after problem.

This is the best dealership in South East Texas by Far !!!!!They keep you in the loop about everything while doing your oil change or whatever service your getting .They work promptly to get your vehicle in and out and I was very impressed with the service all across-the-board no other dealership in Southeast Texas.Ive been to the Port Author on Hwy 69 and Silsbee and TRUST ME Neither can touch Classic in Beaumont. PERIOD!!!!!

I was not informed that I would owe for oil change. I was told when we purchased vehicle, we would receive free oil changes as long as we owed vehicle. I feel like I should have been made aware of cost. I will not be purchasing or having my vehicle serviced at classic.

We talked with Bruce he was great. He made the experience great from the first handshake to the last hug. He know everything about the Tahoe we bought inside and out, he then made sure we did too before we left. The car, showroom and all employees were very clean and professional. Bruce made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. We have bought several vehicles in the past and this was the by far the best experience we have ever had. If you dont go here you will pay to much and not enjoy the experience at all.

Brought my truck in because the A/C wasnt blowing cold air. I purchased the truck from the Classic Cheverolet delearship a couple of years ago with extended warrenty. I was told I would have to pay $606 for the parts because I had an aftermarket intake, even though I purchased the truck from the dealership with the aftermarket intake. After explaining to the worker that they had sold the truck to me like that, they said theyd call to see what could be done. Hours later, the dealership called back and said that Id only have to pay the deductable. I dont feel like I should have to remind them to check my warrenty, this is the 2nd time theyve tried to overcharge me for something, and Ive only brough my truck in for maintenance a few times
