Great services! They took great care of my baby & fixed her up really nice. Cant tell she had any scars. They ladies I spoke with was really professional & fun even tho I had Alley Kelly & Carly (hope I spelled the names correctly...LOL)confused.

They took great care of my camry as well as myself. Quick and professional support and service; Replaced my hood and front (it looks brand new 😭). They even cleaned my car (Im so grateful and ashamed; it was so dirty!) I personally worked with Victor who went over what needed to be done and got me in with a date that suited me. I will definitely come here before anywhere else in the future, despite the 25m drive.

For the best experience Ive had at auto body repair facility. From start to finish kept us notified as it was updated as the progress was being made. Even called me to inform me of costs before repairs of each item had began to ensure my money was well spent and as added bonus cleaned the car for delivery. Vehicle seemed to be in better shape than it was before it went into their shop. Scratches that were there before the accident seemed to disappear as well. They didnt need to buff it from top to bottom for what they were fixing but did anyways as a courtesy.

Went in to ask if they could do work on a classic vehicle of mine, Mr. Vick turned me around due to a “3 week back order” he stated. Then told me “if I was to bring my vehicle there it would not be a priority and the vehicle would sit in the shop until they have time to fix it”. I was actually looking into getting a couple of cars painted at this location but I guess due to the “back order” they wouldn’t be able to accept my business. I was referred by a family member but it’s safe to say I will not be returning to the business.

I obtained an estimate which was a very fair price and brought my truck to get the repair done the next day to collision classics. They sent me daily texts on the progress and then 4 working days later they called and my truck was ready. I went to pick it up and you couldn’t tell there had been an issue at all. I highly recommend this business for your repair needs and if I ever have another repair need (which I hope I don’t) this is the business I will use. I obtained 3 other estimates and 2 of the 3 were higher for the same work.

By far some of the BEST customer service Ive experienced. Work on vehicle was completed promptly. I enjoyed my experience dealing with their staff. Those I delt with seem to be very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to insure I was well taken care of.

Ive known Carlos Vela since we were teenagers and ALWAYS take my cars/trucks in need of repair to him. But even though hes in the paint shop and my car just required a windshield and mirror replacement I still take my vehicles there. They are extremely professional, polite, and stand behind their work no matter the repair being done!

My car has been with them for almost a month now and its been a complete run around. Ill be going to pick my car up today done or not. This has been the most horrible experience ever!!!! All because of the driver window. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone! When calling to check on status of vehicle the staff is very rude!!!

Was tricky getting to but I finally got to it after a few turnaround. Met insurance adjuster there.

This place is HORRIBLE. I was very patient with them but they kept pushing the deadline for odd reasons. When I FINALLY (30 days later) got my vehicle back my speedometer was cracked. It wasnt cracked when my Mini Cooper went in, but coming out it was. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience.
