As a vegan traveling south on i95, this place was breath of fresh air. Felt like I was right at home back at the food coop in my Upstate New York home town.*** THE COOKS LEAVE AT 3PM ***After 3pm you can get prepared food from the fridge and juices.

Great selection of products for the vegan, the vegetarian, as well as, the gluten-free. Located in the back of the market there is a Grab & Go raw prepared foods section. The staff was very kind and welcoming.

I had a great experience here! The owner Greta helped me choose a juice and the chef behind the counter explained some of the specials to me. The selection is amazing for my shopping needs! I am really glad I found this little gem. There is nowhere like this in all of Beaufort or Bluffton. Endless organic and totally clean products plus absolutely delicious meals to go. I am a forever-client!

Joyfully surprised ! New to area, never thought Id find a natural health & nutrition store in Beaufort, sure did though. Fantastic selection of products, including a juice bar, eat-in and to-go cafe. Homemade vegan platters & daily specials. What a wonderful place. Clean, friendly, very knowledgeable, too. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Really great store with a nice selection. I was hoping to get a healthy lunch somewhere and this place was awesome. Vegan chickpea salad was super tastey! Much better selection than many health food stores I have been in. Cashier was super friendly and welcoming! I hope to make it back again before I leave town! Thanks!

This place has so many delicious, healthy options. The food is amazing! One of my favorite places in town. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We are fortunate to have this amazing healthy marketplace in the community.

If I could only use one word I would say AMAZING but since I can say more this place is Absolutely Amazing! Friendly staff, good products and yummy lunch specials with great daily fresh soup!You must try a roasted beat sandwich! Yummy!

Very friendly people with some great salads, wraps, quesadillas, and more for lunch...this is the best around for some healthy food in Beaufort! On the grocery side, the selection is pretty good and made better because theyll try to get things you want if they dont already carry them.

This place is FANTASTIC! Great customer service in addition to super yummy food and dishes. My husband LOVED the beet Reuben and my salad was devine. We wanted to take the store and all of its employees home with us.

Friendly service, decent selection of pantry goods, frozen and some fresh. Also, the lunch spot and smoothies are nourishing. They offer a loyalty program.

It was a great over all experience. The server who made my smoothie came from the back with gloves on but did not change her gloves before handling ingredients for my drink.I will give Herban a second chance.

UPDATE 9/9/2018: Visited the Lowcountry again and stopped by. They moved next door and are slightly bigger. Still the same great service and food. They have expanded their fresh food/deli and did they knock it out of the park! Food is amazing! The quesadilla is a must have if it is on the menu of the day. Still highly recommend even after 3 years since having visited.Been a long time since we have been there, and probably wont be for a while :(. But they are wonderful, very helpful, and friendly. They treat you like you are family. Yes their prices are a bit higher, but it is well worth it to support a local business that truly cares for their customers. Highly recommend Herban Marketplace for all you healthy shopping needs.

I am upset that the lunch prices increased so much. I was enjoying your new food items very much--three times a week when I work in Beaufort. Yesterday I spent $10.00 for a tuna sandwich. Thats too much money. Sorry but I wont be in as often.

Great produce, delicious fresh food made daily, and a wide variety of organic and healthy products including a great bulk section.

I had the tempeh bacon wrap and it was amazingly delicious!! Next time I visit home, Ill definitely go there again!

Beet Reuben...OMG GOOD!

Dined for lunch and it was absolutely amazing!We sampled everything the chef had...lentil soup—chicken and dumplings—chickpea salad with dried cranberries and walnuts—cumin, lime, and black bean quinoa—cauliflower (is the) cous cous salad with dried cranberries, walnuts, carrots, red cabbage and a turmeric tahini dressing—sweet potato glo wrap (sweet potatoes whipped with chipotle hummus, roasted red peppers, and shredded carrots)—smokey beet reuben on sprouted rye with sauerkraut and swiss cheese. Oh and dessert—a scoop of So Delicious pomegranate chip ice cream (no dairy though, its made with coconut milk) topped with an almost shortbread cookie—date bar (literally just smashed dates rolled in unsweetened coconut...no additives!). We finished with a latte with coconut cream.Every single thing was delicious! There was really nothing I didnt like! Owner and chef were both extremely nice and passionate about healthful, natural eating. Best place in the lowcountry for clean eating. And a bonus...get it all to go and eat on it all week! Because there are no preservatives, it only lasts a few days so eat up!

Gr ed at customer service and its a pretty nice place but its even more expensive than whole foods and thats saying a lot!
