Biglots moved to where the old JC PENNYS was located in Cross Creek shopping center. The store looks great. So much easier to shop in.

It is a good discount store. We shop here often. We also find some nice originals.

I don’t often leave negative reviews, and I’m sad to because I like Big Lots and the regular employees at this store truly are great. However, the management and store policies are questionable at best. I purchased 6 LED lanterns here at $10 a piece a few months ago for my fiancé and I’s wedding. The wedding is coming up soon so I opened them up to get batteries in them and get them ready, until I found they already had very cheap batteries inside from the manufacturer which had rusted out and were expanding causing battery acid to leak out of them. I could not find my receipt and even contacted customer service to try and find the receipt on my account, it was gone. I went in to return them and was told they would be taking off 20% for not having a receipt even though they had sold me a dangerously defective product. Not a single person in management would do anything about the 20%. If I had been sold a good and safe product I never would have had to have come back, and did not think I needed to check each of them prior to throwing out the receipt. If you ever come here save your receipts and make sure you check your purchases for rust or battery expansion.

I absolutely love this place. Its mygo to place to shop for Christmas stuff. Its clean, organized, and the workers are helpful, pleasant people. I recommend to all to shop here. We actually bought our couch and dinning room set here over five years ago and they are just as nice as the day we bought them. Happy Shopping.

Has gotten some nicer yard items, but overall not organized. Almost no summer stuff for kids to play with in the middle of July in South Carolina. Pretty sad.

Great place to find excellent deals! If you find something you know you love, and its an excellent price, my suggestion is to buy a couple, because you cant be sure they will have that in stock the next time you are there. They have a very friendly staff to, which is a major plus in my opinion! The only thing I think would make it easier for a lot of shoppers, is a scooter/buggy.... Which would make the disabled shopper more likely to come in for a longer shopping experience.

Friendly knowledgable staff. They were very helpful in choosing the furniture that was right for me. Their prices are the best in town on furniture. And when it came to loading up what I had bought, the staff was right there helping! I have been to this store several times and am pleased every time.

Its a nice store but what ever you do, do not get furniture from there or sign up with there leasing program. Its all a scam designed to hurt you in the end with furniture you have to build your self and prices higher than wal mart but quality worst than wal mart. Living room table broke with the first week...... Like I said nice place to little mediocre shopping to avoid wal mart but the WORST place to get furniture from. Its a rip off
