I like cricket wireless i have a bill payment that i can afford to pay. It is a good phone company to go to when your not looking for a high phone payment

The only lady working was doing a great job helping everyone out. Had 3 or 4 people in line the whole time and did great.

The sales women was very polite and respectful. She answered every questions that I ask concerning me purchasing a phone to my liking

So for starters they don’t answer the phone even when they are sitting right there. Then when my family went up there to add a line they didn’t even attempt to port the phone number. Didn’t offer accessories or anything. I’ve worked under two different cricket authorized retailers and I know about the “bring 4 sell more” rule and I also know that when a customer wants to keep their number you do a damn port. It’s not that hard to enter an account number and PIN number. Does anybody know which ownership this authorized retailer is under?

They suxed! 2 1/2 hours to buy and activate a new phone. Girl couldnt even run the printer! Said F it and left. Went to Verizon and was in and out in 45 minutes! Get what you pay for!

Was Overly charged for some items and the only option I had was to pick accessories out of the store when I had jus purchases and new phone wireless ear buds screen protector and a case. The workers was no help and very nonchalant about their mistakes

Two young girls work here, the skinny girl in particular , I think her name was Viktoria with a K. She had the worst customer service when I went up there. Just because it was almost closing time she figured she would be rude a disrespectful to me. Because of the way I was treated, I decided not to even purchase a phone with her and instead went to T MOBILE where my service and money was valued. I wouldn’t dare go back in this store if she still works there. She made me feel unwelcome as soon as me and my fiancé entered the store. She kept making smart remarks with smart facial expressions. Finally I said just forget it, I’m not about to deal with her poor customer service and disgusting attitudes. The other girl which I normally go to is a lot nicer, I’m not sure what her name is. But I’m almost positive the one with disgusting service name is VIKTORIA I believe.

Idiotic children run this place. They care more about posting on Facebook than working it helping you. Be prepared for dismissive rudeness. If you MUST use Cricket, go to the Bluffton store where the REAL employees are. The Beaufort store is the worst in the industry.

Bad Experience , I’ve Been With Them For 4 Years And The Longer Your With Them The Bader The Experience ! Went To Pay My Phone Bill And One Of Them Ran To Lock The Door On My Face . They Act Like They Don’t Want To Sell Phones To Black People ! I Went Get A Phone And The Skin One Told Me They Had The Phone I Wanted And The Big One Went In The Back N Came Right Back Out And Said There Were No More .
