Very pleasant shopowner ! Sadly they were sold out of the Honey Almond soap I wanted but I opted for Cherry Almond and grabbed a few other items! Once she heard we were tourists to Beacon, she gave us a little helpful map! Loved it! Thanks for the lovely experience!
Rarely do I write reviews, but this utterly unique and charming shop, inclusive of great customer service and products, was definitely a top highlight of my trip to Beacon this weekend. Every inch of this store is interesting and colorful, with a touch of 50s vibe. The quality homemade soaps, salts, lotions, bath bombs, gels and bath accessories are beautifully displayed throughout, and the fragrances (about a million for the bar soaps) and packaging are just absolutely lovely! Prices are reasonable as well. I picked up a few things for myself and a bath bomb and bubble bath for my son, who was content to sit and wait for me while sipping on a 50s style soda (which tasted terrific...they dont make them like they used to I guess!) at the counter, replete with vintage metal signs and decorations. Next time we decided we would grab some pre-cupped ice cream from the freezer and create our very own soda special (suggestions are posted at the counter)...who would have thought to put candy, soda and soap together in one shop? Anyhow, it works! Beyond all this quality and fun, I found the owner to be extraordinarily friendly, kind and conversational. A shop I am beyond happy to give my business to. I absolutely cannot wait to go back next time I am in town!
The soaps smell great and have long lasting scent after showering. Worth the purchase.
Lovely products—especially love the shower steamer and the oatmeal milk bath—and the owner was unbelievably kind and generous. I realized a few days after my purchase that she had charged me incorrectly (I bought over $30 worth of goods but she only charged me for $3 something) but when I called to rectify the situation, she told me to just enjoy my products! Will definitely stop in next time I am in the area. A great small business to support!
Love this shop! The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming; the owner and staff are so friendly and caring towards their customers, and are knowledgeable about their products. The soaps smell wonderful. Beacon Bath & Bubble gift baskets have become popular go-to gifts in Beacon during holiday seasons. Also, the vintage themed soda bottles and candies offered are unique, and add to the shop’s charm. Highly recommend checking out this local shop in Beacon.
My sister,Gayle, got me some Bath Bombs. What a delightfulexperience! Smells great! So relaxing!
The staff are kind and courteous. The store is always clean. My favorite scent they have is Endless Love. Having one of their Vanilla floats with butterscotch soda is exactly what the doctor ordered!
The store is nice and clean, but the products have a very strong odor, smelling like dish detergent. I cant give this to anyone because of the strong odor. This is not a very appealing product.😏😒
Our go to spot for bar soap and more! They have a great selection and an amazing assortment of fragrances. Our favorites are the hand cut bars of soap and the sugar scrub. The staff is always courteous and super friendly, I cant reccomend them enough!
The staff is exceptionally pleasurable. They are friendly and willing to assist. Its an experience anyone would find delightful. Whether browsing, purchasing goods, or buying a specialty soda float - you are sure to leave happier! We highly recommend!
Very nice place! Soda selection covers all the bases. Soaps, lotions and bath gels all fragrant but not overpowering. Mom will love it! Customer service top notch!
Love this place. Great selection of bath items & old school candy & soda pop. They hosted a fundraiser for our local cat sanctuary, Mid-Hudson Animal Aid. The atmosphere is cozy & welcoming. Smells great in there. Staff is very friendly & knowledge.
I found the last bar of soap this evening. It is worth the drive to Beacon from New Rochelle to purchase this wonderful soap. Bubbly and creamy...
A lovely little soap shop. Everything I have gotten from here is wonderful and very creative. The soaps smell amazing and work great. You can pick out items to assemble into beautiful little gift baskets. Everyone who I have gotten soaps for from here has asked me to get them more. The shop owner always has items that are funny or cute for whatever holiday it is.The shop hours vary a little bit, but its certainly worth coming back if they are not open at the time you visit.
Youve got to love this high quality locally made soap. Ever since I began using it nearly ten years ago, my sensitive skin stopped having blotchy rashes. Cant say enough about this great hypoallergenic product! Very friendly owner as well.
I have been a customer here for years. I am allergic to traditional soap...it makes me break out with eczema. When I found this place I was in heaven. Brenda is a wonderful lady, and is so talented. The soap is so gentle to my skin...I dont get eczema from it. Even though I live in Troy, NY now, I still order from her. I even have my family back home in CA loving this place, and always have to send soap to them. Highly recommended to anyone, and everyone.
Weird hipster soda that taste good esp with ice cream.
Welcoming staff and fun selection for root beer floats.
Truly wonderful store, products, and owners!
Really nice staff, and an amazing atmosphere
