Clean, neat. Products are more expensive than in other supermarkets. There is a good selection of fresh and prepared food. Also a good selection of cheeses. The store has a beautiful interior, clean and tidy. I want to come back here again. A good grocery store where everyone will find everything they need.

I like the location of this Whole Foods store. It definitely catches the eye in the spot its in. I went in & immediately noticed how nice and neat the store was. The aisles were clear from clutter and most items were at a decent price.

Pretty good store! I almost always had a good experience in there. Recently, my friend had a huge complaint about this market. Because of it, I have change my thoughts about it. My friend was literally crying because she was not happy; she was even upset about the way people treated her there. The organization of the market is not the best. Its not always obvious where things are. I am a good person, and I care about my friends feelings. And therefore I will support my friend and will not go there anymore. Buy the Costco membership and you will not have any problems in future. Just how Russians say Free cheese only comes in mousetraps. Therefore, just get over it and spend some money on the membership. I swear it will be worth it! Anyways, no offense intended and I think none taken. Have a great day everyone! Love yall!

Aside from the inflated prices for everything, the cheese corner is excellent especially if you are searching for European cheese varieties. They also have a relatively large wine selection for a store not primarily dedicated to liquor sales. However, the rotisserie chickens all looked very palid and steamed rather than roasted. Foolishly I took the best looking one home only to be disappointed by the overall blandness of the flesh. It looked and tasted as if whoever cooked it liberally sprinkled salt and black pepper on the breast and nowhere else. The flesh was moist but most of the skin lacked the caramelized crispness typical of a roasted bird. Wholly unimpressive for $8.

Sure is different then what Im use too but loved the difference and they had some great wine on sale $3.99

Whole Foods has to be my favorite grocery store and a nice addition to Pine🌲Crest. I usually shop here for my wild caught 🍣 salmon, vitamins 💊 , vegetables 🌽, and fruits 🍌. The hot food they provide changes daily and is usually delish. They have a sushi and pizza station also. They have a coffee bar as well☕️

I love whole foods. Im from bay village. Im a creature of habit. So its hard for me to change stores that Im familiar with. I gave in and went to this location because its closer. Its a beautiful, clean store. Great variety. I have a new store. 🙂

The best produce and meals if you are in need of something reliable (produce) and quick (meals). Speaking of the meals, I used to live in NYC and miss the pizza. Its hard to find authentic New York style pizza where the slice is so big and flat you have to fold. Ive noticed Whole Foods makes their pizzas much like this style. I would highly recommend this as opposed to Googling NY style pizza near me.

Alway a good selection of organic items. You’ll find things here not at Heinen’s and visa versa. For instance, I couldn’t find a ginger miso salad dressing easily at Heinen’s but find it here no problem.

No Lie, this is probably the worst location in the U.S., and Very suprising when taking note that its located in Pinecrest.

Whole foods is such a great store. I love the artisan cheese selection. Today I got Grayson, and trying Frescatrano olives.

It was not an ideal experience. I usually shop at the Whole Foods closer to my residence, but I was driving near Pinecrest today so stopped to pick up a few things. I went to the fish counter and selected items for dinner. The employee wrapped them up and then walked away. He did not thank me for my purchase or hand the product to me. After a few moments of being ignored I looked around the corner and saw a table and counter that said Pick up your product here. That is fine but why would you not inform the customer that is the protocol? The second annoying experience occurred while departing the store. I had one very heavy bag so once I exited the first door I picked up the heavy bag and the sanitizing wipe I had used as I wished to discard it in the waste can (I think its the polite thing to do so employees dont have to handle them). A female employee appeared to have followed me, and in a scolding manner, uttered that I should have pushed the cart all the way out the exterior door. I felt like replying Youre welcome for my business . Honestly, is this how you want to treat your customers? I have no desire to return to your location. I have always found the University Heights location very welcoming and never been treated inconsiderately or rudely.

Excellent place to buy freash organic products..

This is a new and improve store for Whole Foods, thats seems just as nice if not better then the one in Fairview Park. All departments are larger easier to navigate and some new items to choose from. In the front of the store is a coffee and juice counter and a much larger cafe on the opposite side near the stores exit entrance. Plus the Express lines are an excellent idea for picking up a few items and getting out quickly

Had nothing drove down from Mentor. No whole bean coffees stocked.

Good selection. Staff is very helpful. High quality meats from the deli area with good flavors and variety.

I love whole foods but really who doesnt? The staff is friendly, whatever you pick up within their walls is decently good for you. Oh and in case youre wondering they carry Buffalo mozzarella which I have been looking everywhere for! Additionally their hot bars are open! Go grab you some delicious prepared food and some to make later :)

Its okay but stop removing gf food..Also friendly reminder not to bring your pets into non pet friendly stores. Make sure to check the website before bringing your pet somewhere. Ive been seeing a lot of this recently..

You have everything you need with the best health options! From food to cosmetics! And the take a way section, with fresh food, and the places for sit and enjoy the meal! Really, my favorite place now a days!

Its really cold in the store sometimes. The partnership with Amazon is nice. l like to multitask by sending my Amazon deliveries to the lockers at the front of the store. The parking lot is awful but at least parking is free. The store is beautiful inside and out.

Couldnt read the QRC code for An Amazon return. Waste of a trip.

Great shopping!! Had an order to return to Amazon. Had difficulty finding QR code. The young lady at customer was wonderfully helpful and patient as I fumbled with my phone, and helped me find it!! Kudos for great customer service!!

I like this new location. This new store has fresh new design competed with the old one. Several sections like beer got bigger and added a selection of new products. Milk, eggs, butter and another deary products are now behind glass doors. At the bakery, you can now slice your own bread. Coffey Barr on the right side of the entrance is a good now add on but feels a little cramped. Also, you can get fresh miso soup or sushi next to the pizza section. If you need to relax with something stronger then a soup there is a small bar in the front corner of the store.

Love to buy meat there. Vegetables are awesome luv it ❤

Love this store! Customer service rep very nice. One seasoning thats hard to find is Ceylon Cinnamon. The Rep assured me that itll be coming back, and that they are in the middle of changing their packaging, so Ill need to allow more time. This is one my favorite seasonings...so Ill continue to wait...and not panic..for now..😐

I mentioned in another post about remembering Whole foods being so much better before I left Cleveland. Well I found it and fell in love again! The selection of fresh produce is amazing! I felt like a kid in the toy store in the area where the supplements and essential oils are. The aisles are wider which makes shopping and social distancing more comfortable. Everything was great! That is until check-out time. I didnt even mind that I spent over $200. My phone would not scan the Prime QR code and my phone number didnt show up either. So I ask the cashier how to show my membership for scanning and the Hello! How is your day going? became an inpatient attitude as if she was paying for my groceries. Although the other store doesnt have the layout and selection that I remember, the staff is always pleasant. I will return of course because at the end if the day, I found what I need at competitive pricing and my health is an investment!

Was very disappointed in the variety of foods in the takeout counter. Several kale and cabbage sides however no sweet potatoes planks. I know you cant always have them, however it seemed like everything was green. There also was no one there to wait on me or to answer any of my questions. Lots of organic and locally grown food. Youll find things there that you wont find anywhere else.

I love getting the cold pressed vegetable juice. I try to get those with out fruit juice, as a diabetic I try to avoid sugar. They off times have sales. If you are a Amazon Prime, they give you specials. With COVID they limit the number in the store.When you go tell them Joe sent you...they will say Joe Who...thats me 😃

Stopped in to shop since we were in the neighborhood. Got all of our favorites for about the same I pay at another store near my house . I only gave 4 stars because they were many empty shelves. And I love additional savings with my Amazon Prime.. I so wish Whole Foods would consider a Lake County location. I have no doubt it would be packed all the time. We need higher quality out East here!!!!

Inventory could be significantly better. Half of the time theyre out of the product(s) of what mainly come here for.Update, so I called 15 minutes before I came to the store to see if a product was in stock. I was told it was. When I get there there is none. If it was almost out I wish I was told so I wouldnt have wasted a trip, either that or I was lied to about the it being in stock at all. It is quite irritating since it was the only thing I came in for this time

Its always an experience when we shop at Whole Foods. Good food and competively priced. This store also has a good wine selection.

A lot of empty places on the shelves but thats to be expected during the pandemic. Hot foods had been out way too long. They were completely dehydrated and unpleasant by 5:30pm. I mentioned the dry meatballs in marinara sauce to a young man tidying up the hot food table and he said he wasnt in charge of that.

Great costumer service and fresh fruits and veggies also offers pick up services.

Went here right before closing and they still had the deli, seafood bar, and meat department open (10 minutes before closing). This is unheard of because alot of stores close those departments 1 hr before closing. I got a garlic & herb boneless pork chop, jumbo shrimp, tailgate coleslaw, and Mac & cheese croquettes. Great quality food, even though my stove top expertise took it to the next level 👌 Also stopped at Chick-fil-A for a large lemonade😁

Best Shop for organic groceries! They even have fretted squeezed OJ daily. Coffee for the AM. Nice selection with Salad Bar for lunchtime. The fruit and veggie area ALWAYS looks immaculate and well presented. Outdoor Patio seating is also great!

Overall a nice store, but I was extremely disappointed with the rotisserie chicken -- it was so overcooked it had a dried out layer almost like a husk, and the drumstick meat was reduced to desiccated sinew better suited to making rope than eating! I returned it and replaced it with one that was better looking, but it also had chicken jerky legs! It was 1 p.m. on a Friday afternoon, I did not expect such seemingly old chicken at that time of day -- were they reheated leftovers from the day before? Seems like It! Yuck! Very disappointing! Like Jeff Bezos personality!

Beautiful new Whole Foods @ Pinecrest! Store was extremely clean & well stocked in all isles. Produce in this store is the best I have seen at any Whole Foods. Employees are always saying hello when walking by them & eager to help when asked (or if you have a puzzled look on your face). My only complaint-they need to have more cashiers on duty to keep the lines down at the registers. Having 3 cashiers dont cut it when each line was trailing down the isle.

Whole Foods Market can be a little pricey for those items many people dont need. But a informed shopper can find many best quality items that are a must for a healthy diet and want break the bank. I will always shop at this store for my must needed foods before settling for less quality food items at other stores.

I just found out that this Whole Foods was just 6 miles away off 480E to 271N Harvard rd exit right off the ramp turn right OMG a whole new shopping dynasty is on the left restaurants clothes stores and plenty of parking oh yeah Whole foods some shelves needed stocked I was a little disappointed for that only but the staff was great I needed my 5 gallon bottle refilled got in and out no problem!!!!

Very nice store with plenty of organic food options. Fresh fruits, veggies and cooked food. The only down side is that parking is so limited; if you go on weekends or night time its very difficult to find a spot.

I was talk down to because of my medical disability and not being able to wear a mask. I have shopped at whole foods for years and for some reason this location seems to have an entitlement. They are extremely rude to their customers. I will be calling my Lawyer regarding that discrimination.

Staff is friendly, the lines move fairly quickly, location is great with tons of parking, and the shelves are always stocked. Unfortunately there are some rude/belligerent people that walk through the doors but the staff handles it well. Having an Amazon Prime membership is a plus when shopping here, it makes the lines go faster and you save a bit of money!

I am used to paying higher prices for quality food. But Whole Foods can be on another level of pricey. Yikes.

We love Whole Foods. We drive for over an hour to come here every few months. The white peaches were the best peaches I have ever had in my life.

Prices are the same as most retailers maybe even cheaper. Selections are good.Only concern is the Haddock fillets are never in stock at the Beachwood location. Cashiers are friendly.

I love Whole Foods. It is my grocery store. I drive 40 min to go here when I have 2 major grocery stores an Aldi and a Marcs all 5 minutes from my house in Chardon

Whole Foods is initially impressive with a wide variety of products not found in other grocery stores. This was my first visit and stopped for a few items to make dinner. The bill came to a hundred dollars and change. I noticed a sign stating Prime members received a discount. To be clear the discount is not on the entire bill, only eligible items. My eligible items were 2 chocolate bars priced at $5.00. My discount for spending $100 was $.50. You should keep this in mind when shopping there.
