We were extremely impressed with our sales person, Summer. In fact at dinner last night (a few days after the purchase) we talked about the absolute worse sales person we ever had (at an AT&T store) and how Summer was the polar opposite. Summer was fantastic! She knew her stuff, guided us to the right sections of the store, gave us time to think on our own, checked back, offered suggestions or comparisons, worked with different fabric choices and was friendly and fun the entire experience. She was great! A sales person’s sales person!!!

When I walked into the store I was graciously greeted by “Zion” , one of the Sales representatives. I explained what I was looking for and directed me to the areas that pertained to me. When he noticed I was interested in the item I was looking for he approached me and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. It was one of the Best Experiences I’ve had in a furniture store. I brought my husband to LaZBoy Galleries because he needed a new recliner. He was skeptical at first but I said LaZBoy had a great sale and we should at least check it out. We walked into the showroom and was immediately greeted by Summer, a very helpful sales associate who led us to the recliners. It wasnt 5 mins in the store that Kerry Saw His Chair! Love at first sight!! Dark red leather rocker-recliner that was studded with golden studs outlining the front of the armrests. He didnt want to see anything else. He sat in it, relaxed and didnt get out of it until Summer and I completed the transaction. Most importantly, the sale price was right within my budget as it was an early Christmas gift. I left with a happy husband (of 39 years) and a even happier wallet!!😃

My experience purchasing and ordering a custom sectional was fine. What came later has been incredibly frustrating. After waiting patiently for five months, it was finally time to arrange delivery. I was notified a few days before the delivery date that one out of five pieces of the sectional would not be delivered that day due to issues at the warehouse. I was assured I would be contacted soon regarding when it could be delivered. Upon delivery and arrangement of the pieces I did receive, it became clear that the assembled sectional will in fact be awkward and poorly suited for the space. When I called to discuss these concerns, the designer was kind and understanding but also made me aware that typically she would come out to the space and measure for arrangement of custom pieces like the one I ordered. This was never offered to me as an option at the showroom, nor did a designer give any input or reviews of the final design. A week later, I am still waiting to be contacted to arrange delivery of the final piece and am highly dissatisfied considering the end product will be a huge disappointment. The ends of the sectional will come together too closely for even a small coffee table to fit in the middle comfortably.

David and Summer were both helpful and patient. Great selection of quality furniture. Disappointed about the long lead time for delivery but I understand. Looking forward to getting our new furniture!

I wasnt push or pressure, Summer made me comfortable without being stressed. I was able to make my decision choosing the lift recliner that was affordable and suitable for me.

The experience was all positive. went to the beachwood store. We had bought my mom a chair last year. The help was so good, I decided to purchase my own chair from them. The associate’s name, Zion, was really helpful. He knew his stuff, had really good taste, and wasn’t pushy. Nothing but good things to say.

The sale process was fine. The problem began and continues with the delivery. I bought a couch and recliner at the end of March. At the time I was given a delivery date of sometime in June. I called in June to be told that I never should have been told June. The date should have been in July… you may see where this going. Called in July. Told it would be august. Called in august. Now it’s September. Does anyone believe September? All this and I paid them half in March. Won’t be going back.I know the excuse will be that everyone has long lead time and that Covid has made it hard. My issue is not really with the long lead time, I get it. The reason I will never go back is because they gave me a false delivery date originally, never called with an update and I was only told about the further delays because I called them. I don’t really believe anything they tell me.

Monique was our sales associate. She greeted us and showed us the furniture item we were interested in. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were happy to place our order with her for the power rocker recliner we purchased. Our only disappointment is that we have to wait 4-7 months for delivery‼️

I just walked out of the Lazy Boy store where I was looking for a recliner for my husband. The young man who offered to help immediately took us to a chair that was close to $2000. I told him I would like to keep it under a thousand. He immediately said clearance chairs are throughout the store, waving his hand and turned his back and picked up his vacuum and sashayed off. I couldnt believe he stopped helping us because we told him keep it under a thousand. We walked out. We will buy the beautiful chair we saw at Levine. Ridiculous!!

My wife wanted to buy her parents a set of La-Z-Boy recliners however we live in Maryland, they live in Ohio, and were in this pandemic. So I called the Beachwood location and spoke with Monique. I explained I didnt know much about La-Z-Boy except for the name. She couldnt have been more patient walking me through the different products and their functionality. Monique took the time to ask about the parents to understand exactly what they would need. She recommended the Pinnacle Power Lift with power head rest. She also took the time to explain the protection plan and white glove delivery. I couldnt have been more at ease making this purchase from afar. Im sure La-Z-Boy prides itself by hiring exceptional professionals. Well they really outdid themselves with Monique. We hope some day to be able to visit the store to thank her personally. As for the parents...to say they love the recliners would be a huge understatement. Thanks Monique!!!!!

Great selection of recliner chairs. The showroom was big and they were following CDC safety guidelines.The information received from the sales associate was superb. Zion explained the benefits of each of the chairs that we were looking and provided us with great suggestions. He was very patient and helpful!! Went in looking for a recliner to match other recently purchased furniture. Zach was very helpful in selecting the fabric and then gave me the space and time to select a recliner that would fit with my other pieces. Needless to say I found the perfect chair and I am very satisfied with the experience and purchase.

We ordered 4 pieces in October. We were told there were delays and everything would be ready at the end of January. We just received 3 of the 4 pieces, but are still waiting on the couch . While I understand the supply chain issues, 6 months to produce a couch seems outrageous.Aside from the delays, the chairs and loveseat are well made and very comfortable. Excited to complete the living room with the couch. The delivery guys were awesome as well. If not for the delays, this would be 5 stars

I have had an amazing experience with my La-Z-Boy team. They worked hard to ensure that I got everything I wanted at the price I wanted. The person handling my account (Zion) has expert experience and knew what designs I would like before he even showed them to me. I was never left out of the loop or forced into buying anything. Zion made sure to give me the items that would fit my taste and was never offended of the items I didn’t like. I plan to continue with them for all of my future furniture needs. Very professional and wonderful to work with.

Disclaimer: I thought LaZBoy only had armchairs, so I was very surprised to see the variety of furniture, patterns, and options available.All of the employees were helpful and answered all of our questions (we had a LOT of questions because we had never customized furniture before).We did wait a few months for our furniture (they had to build it, so this was expected), but it was worth it.We love our new furniture and would DEFINITELY buy from LaZBoy again.

I found my chair within minutes. It was the best fit for me. The only thing I would have liked was a much shorter time for completion of the chair. Four months seems a very long time. The buying experience was great and Monique was a good listener. However, the couch arrived with wrong feet on one part of the sectional from the factory so the height varies from piece to piece, and a button was poorly sewed on in the back cushion and it’s not tufted. Not sure how that got past quality control at the factory. We were told that we’d be contacted that week and someone would come out and fix the feet and button. It’s now been over two weeks and Lay-z-boy has been silent. For the price tag, the craftsmanship and customer service doesn’t add up.

I wish there was a way to leave a review with negative stars. We waited 25 weeks for our furniture to arrive. Never one word from the sales person, store management, or anyone in corporate during the entire 6 month time. We understand that COVID has thrown a wrench into Supply Chains everywhere but the deafening silence, particularly when we paid in full when placing the order, was unacceptable. And to top it off, when the furniture finally arrived, one of the 3 pieces was broken. Now were waiting for a call regarding repairs...so far, crickets!!

I wish I would have went to lazy boy 10years ago. We replaced our couch and chair and a half with a sectional and it completely changed the look of the room making it look larger. We can’t remember the designers name but she came to our home and measured the area. The sectional we originally wanted to purchase was too large for the room and she recommended another sectional that we couldn’t be more happy about!!! She helped us pick out the fabric and choose a rug as an accent. Thank you LazyBoy. 2 satisfied customers!!!We’ll definitely be back.

Spent over $,4500 for a couch and got extended warrantee. Lazyboy kept putting off the repair and the case has been opened for over 4 months now. Which means I have not been able to use my primary couch for 4 months now. LazyBoy does NOT care about their customers and I will not buy from them again

Yes , Ive waited all summer long for a power recliner chair . for my mother , every day complaining her rear end is killing her .finally3 months later , we get it and It doesnt come with arm rest or head covers . Now you want to charge an extra 85 dollars for covers . For a 2 thousand dollars chair , I find that ridiculous . She very much likes her new chair . Maybe the factory , should have hired new workers . Right now Im not sure about recommending lazy boy to anyone . Sincerely Alex Vargo

My experience in Shopping at the Lazy-Boy furniture store was a nice experience. The two individuals that waited on me were very professional, kind and most definitely courteous. They were not over bearing in any way and I appreciated that and when I did find my purchase, they took very good care with the transaction which made me feel secure and confident that I will receive my purchases by delivery with nothing to be concerned with.

I spent the last three years sitting in every recliner in the city trying to find one that’s just right for me. And when I did find those very few, they were way too out of my budget. I kept watching La-Z-Boy to see what would come my way. Sure enough, I found two of the finest sales reps to Tolerate my specific requests m, my needs, and indecision! Wow did they do a great job! After about four weeks of non-stop phone calls, emails, store visits, measurements, and choices, I finally picked out the fabric! Next! The recliner! That took another week. We celebrated as my made my final decisions and paid for my chairs… For real! Now to enjoy them for many years to come… Sigh....

I came in needing help reassembling a chair that was disassembled incorrectly during a move. I was a bit worried since the request involved seeing the underside of the chair to view the mechanisms. Kevin was incredibly helpful in trying to piece together my photos and description of my chair. He showed me how the floor model was assembled and let me take pictures for review. I went home and had the chair correctly reassembled in less than two minutes thanks to his help and the pictures. Kevin’s willingness to aid in my odd request is much appreciated and now I can finally relax in my favorite chair!!

I needed a recliner for a family member very quickly and could not go to the store. After my first call on a Saturday morning, I worked with the sales team to find what was in stock and compare features on their website via text messages. By the next day after one more and final call, two ladies took time to personally deliver the choosen power recliner, wearing gloves and masks, beating the original delivery date by 2 days.All other furniture stores I called before talking to Laz-boy said it would be weeks before they could bring me something that they had in stock.I will look nowhere else for my next furniture need then Laz-boy.Thank you so much!!

We had the best customer service! Our children were provided snacks and coloring books in a quiet area of the store so that my husband and I could browse. We decided on two chairs and the price was immediately marked down without even asking! A 3-D rendering off our living room was created to see if the couch we liked would work! You just gained a forever customer!

Came in to the Lazy boy store desperate to purchase a recliner after ordering one online for my business, which turned out to be worthless junk after it finally arrived and was assembled.While I was not to thrilled to hear custom orders at slash Boy they can take 4 to 6 months to be delivered, the salesperson kindly allowed me to purchase a floor model. It should be delivered in the next week, which works well for me. I was thrilled with the color, quality, and a chance to sit on it and try it out before purchasing.Purchasing online is a crapshoot, I am learning.Lazy boy furniture brand isn’t some cheap junk, the quality is there.

So far our experience has been really positive at La-Z-Boy. We arr9ved looking for a specific chair and Laura immediately offered some great suggestions without trying to suggest upgrades which we appreciated. She was upfront about delivery and pricing and I observed others doing the same. Now we just wait on delivery, but we are very excited!

We are expecting our first baby and stopped in at La-Z-Boy on a whim to see what it would cost to get a rocking recliner for nursing. I was hoping to get enough cash at my baby shower to help us get one. We were blessed to get Michelle as our sales person. She took our desires very seriously. (I am very short, so most recliners are way too deep for me.) She understood the need to wait a couple months until after the shower to place the order. We found the perfect one, and she wrote up all the notes for what we wanted and what it would cost with the different options. No pressure to order that day or anything. A couple weeks later I got an official quote in the mail detailing the prices and options. My baby shower was last night, and we were given enough to make it possible. I called Michelle and she handled everything perfectly, even finding us more of a discount to fit our budget better. Our recliner will be ready in just a few days. I cant wait to snuggle our little girl in it!

I was NOT charged for any new custom fabric nor was I charged for any upgrades. I could come in to the store and choose anything I wanted. When I arrived, Matthew had selections already prepared and layed out. We had great conversation regarding the best choice. His enthusiasm made working with him fun.Even if you dont like buying furniture, Matthew will help make the process less painful.

We were greeted right after arriving and pointed into the direction of what we were looking for. The salesperson didn’t hover and came back around after a few minutes. We were able to make a good decision on new furniture.

Leah took lots of time with us even though we didnt have the right measurements. When we returned with the correct measurements later that day, she wad able to do the schematic perfectly for our sectional and chair and ottoman. The next morning when I changed my mind about the color of the fabric for the chair and ottoman she quickly found the options I wanted and changed the order. Leah is extremely personable, caring and easy to work with.

We stopped in because we saw an ad for the Leap Year sale. Christopher was helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. We ended up purchasing 5 different pieces for our living room and den and were looking forward to receiving them. It was nice to be able to select the upholstery and not be charged more instead of being limited to what was in stock; we dont mind waiting for what we want. The prices at the A and L and direct stores arent that much better, and I think their quality is lower. Stick with made in America furniture from a name you know.

UPDATE #2: Here I am in the middle of week 27. Still waiting...now they are saying it will be even later...expected delivery at week 32 from purchase. This is the store so I understand there is nothing they can do, but they dont even try to make it right or pretend they are concerned. Even say something related to, we will use this as a lesson learned and ensure our sales people are up-front on their claims for delivery.UPDATE: Called again, and now we are about 3 weeks MORE delayed. Favorite part...they tell me after you bought it we started saying 4-6 months for delivery to ensure we are setting right expectations. That is 12-24 weeks maybe 25 weeks if you consider there are more than 4 weeks in a month; if new date holds mine will be 29 weeks from purchase to delivery. You tell me if they are being honest? Horrible customer service!Still waiting for my stuff. Bought it almost 3 months ago, they are now saying it is going to be another 4 months. I asked if there is anything I could do...NOTHING, cant even cancel or get money back, all I got was the delivery fee waived (nothing based on the total cost of the couch and recliner). Meanwhile I get to sit without a couch for another 4 months. Horrible customer service! By the way they also didnt call to let us know. Nope, we found out cause we called THEM wondering what was status. They didnt even thought of letting us know that there were delays. The couch, when it eventually gets here, better be the most comfortable thing in the world! But will NEVER do business with them again.

Caring for an elderly relative and needed to buy a replacement lift chair. I called ahead to wrok out preliminary details. Christopher is quite helpful and mindfully clean, given our current state of social distancing. Chair ordered and to be delivered to nursing home in usual time frame. Nice to have a somewhat normal and pleasant customer service experience at this time.

My daughter and I went to La-Z-boy to replace the chair that I practically live in and I needed it in four weeks because I was having a knee replacement then. We went in the store and were energetically greeted by Jason who asked lots of questions to narrow down the amount of walking I’d need to do to find my new chair. The search was actually fun. Between Jason, my daughter and me, there was a good amount of silliness all the while we were narrowing down the char that would suit me. Also, with Jason’s sharp pencil, he made it possible for me to get the chair that I liked best and still stay within my budget. We were more than happy with our La-Z-Boy experience.
